A really, really, REALLY big Lukuo of Khell descent - roughly eight feet tall, and somehow managed to get that tall without gigantism. Most notable physical features are his sheer size, his long hair, and two pairs of large horns on his head. (He may or may not have had surgery to reinforce his spine because of that last one.)
