Description
Quick to smile and slow to judge, Cilea Fin can be overly friendly as well as overly trusting. She treats everyone as a friend until given a reason to not and even then is likely to give anybody a second chance.
She has devoted her life to music, but electricity seems to have devoted it's life to her. Together they all live in a unbalanced love triangle where the three players step on each others feet.
