Suggestion to drastically increase field size...
+
=== Old field size ===
- An American Football field is 100 yards by 53.5 yards (300' by 160').
+
40' wide, 60' long, two equilateral triangles on either side (35' from base to point) [[User:Sadie|Sadie]] ([[User talk:Sadie|talk]]) 14:20, 20 March 2013 (MDT)
- A Jemdrull field is currently ~44 yards by ~13 yards (130' by 40').
- The top 5 American Football players can run the "Twenty Yard Shuttle" in just under four seconds.[http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ycn-7707694 source]
- So a professional Jemdrull player could easily run or fly from their scoring ring to the centre line in under four seconds. Given our three second possession rule, only one hand-off style pass would be needed to cross the field from scoring ring to scoring ring.
Thread 'Jemdrull Teams' [1] mentions a Jemdrull lingo thread, as well as a thread called simply, "The Game." I can't find either, and assume they've been lost to the sands of time.
