Thanos and Sari Zeb Dragyn

Thanos Dragyn (81250 – 81343) was the Arch Magos prior to the reign of Karryasa and Zamfir Grader. Sari Zeb Dragyn (81250 – 81343) was the Arch Magosai and Thanos' quirky wife. They controlled Ramath-lehi between the years 81294 and 81343. Thanos, hailing from the proud and fiery Dragyn line, ruled Ramath-lehi with a sort of kindness that it had never known. He was true to his word and Ramath-lehi prospered as a direct effect. Sari, while she did not appear to deal directly with politics as was the usual Magosai custom, was noted as being a seer. Sari could predict the future with an uncanny accuracy, and it is believed that this was why the Dragyn reign was so strong.

Thanos and Sari had three children: Terez, and the twins, Lorax and Draco (the Terrible Twosome).

Unfortunately, one night in 81343 at the Dragyn residence on Ajita, there was a terrible "accident." The Dragyns were having a small soirée with several of their friends in order to celebrate their 50th anniversary as Arch Magos and Magosai. A Fronima conductor is said to have malfunctioned and as a result, there was a massive explosion. The entire Dragyn estate was obliterated, along with the Arch Magos, Magosai and everyone else inside. At the time, Terez' whereabouts were unknown and the twins were being boarded at the Janardan Academy.

  • Some suspect that it was Sari and Thanos' own son, Terez, who set off the blast.
  • Terez believes that it was the Grader's fault, and has ever since been planning to get rid of them and reinstate the Dragyn rule.
  • Others think that the blast may have been caused by the inventor Talis Adamaint, who the Dragyns had been oppressing.

Iversia and Jay Seneca

Renown for their elite combat skills, Iversia Seneca (Tria 32, 81278) and Jay Seneca (Mia 4, 81278), nearly took the power of the Arch Magos and Magosai after the unfortunate deaths of Thanos and Sari Dragyn. They were outraged when Zamfir and Karryasa Grader assumed the positions in 81343. They felt as if it were the Senecas time to reign.

Bad blood had for a long time been boiling between the Senecas and the Graders. It's not really known what exactly started the feud. However, Iversia Seneca is credited for having crippled Karryasa Grader and nearly taking out her left eye. The wounds in which she inflicted on Karryasa were imbued with a special breed of magic, and despite the passing of time, never healed. Not even Zamfir or his private consul of mages could reverse the technique used... and of course, Iversia was of no aid.

Although Iversia inflicted the most physical damage during the fight, it was Karryasa who emerged the victor. She pummelled Iversia with waves of mental attacks, eventually taking down the mental barrier that the Seneca had built up. With Iversia's defences down, Karryasa knocked the other thill unconscious. Seeing that Iversia was down and out, Karryasa took a few souvenirs - several of Iversia's claws to create a necklace out of.

While no charges were filed, the two of them couldn't remain in the same room after the conflict. When the Graders did start their reign in 81343, they wanted the Senecas as far away from them as possible. Immediately, as one of the first orders of business as the new Arch Magos and Magosai of Ramath-lehi, they sent the Senecas on an off-world mission for an undetermined amount of time. The Senecas have not been heard from ever since although they are rumoured to be working on a strong anti-Grader movement.

Jay and Iversia had two children: Celest and Blitzen.
