Telkan is inhabited by an aquatic, sentient race known as the Telkians. Telkians are considered rather strange in appearance as they regularily have six limbs. For decades, clashes between Ramath-lehi and Telkan have been going on. For the most part these disputes have been in regards to the resources upon Telkan and who should get to use them.
