The empath seemed to appear even before his shout for help had stopped echoing in his head. Dornik did not want to be in the way, so he stalked off a short ways from the fallen 'dragon. The qereniath teetered on his back along the way. It's pointy claws poked his back, he wondered why it was still following him. He stopped, and gently pulled the little pendragon from his back. "What's up, little guy? You worried about the hurt one over there? Don't worry, the healer will take care of him" Dornik then ruffles the qereniath's white mane.
With all the commotion, Nasul was highly confused. He tried his best to stay connected with Elethea, but that task was getting hard for him.
"GAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH YOU USELESS!" he shot dark energy at then both. he grabed the mech pack and tookk out the droid and turned it on. it surryed over to his son and started to work "idiots"
Elethea wasn't a smith, or a mechanic, and wasn't going to risk her lack of knowledge in the workings of machinery botching up fixing him; so the mech pack was of no use to her. But she could heal what wasn't metal. Laying both paws on his side, one in front of his metal-encased shoulder on his neck, and one behind on his stomach, she begins. Closed eyes. Deep, slow breathing. And focusing. See what couldn't be seen with her eye was part of the visualization. The laser shot had gone to the bone, and rightly shattered it. It had also torn muscle, and rather seared it. She'd have to build from scratch. Taking one last deep breath, she begins the painful process. However, his nerves were deadened, and he wouldn't feel a thing. But she would.
Disrupted by the hooded figure, she glares, and reaching one shaking paw, she attempts yanking back the hood to touch the 'dragon. Should her touch have connected, he'd be alseep, and put out of the way, while she worked. She meant him no harm, but she knew he meant his son harm, and she wouldn't stand for it.
"nice try" he replyed as her hand went threw him "will you stop with all the healing and let the droid do it or i will have to kill you"
The qereniath chuckled at Dornik, "Worried about him??..not particularly. Elethea can take care of him." Dornik was shocked that the little critter could speak; It showed. "What? Did you think I was stupid?" it asked. "You don't look too bright yourself." "Don't push your luck, little one," Dornik chided. Dornik started to say more then whirled as energy rippled to his rear. He sprinted back to the fray with the qereniath right behind. Dornik whipped his spiked tail at the shadowy mage. It whizzed toward his head, the flame so black it seemed to absorb light.
\\ OOC: Look.. if he's a hologram, he can't pick up things. If he's not, he can.. so, I'm a bit confused. You've got to pick. If he's shooting things out of his eyes, and physically activating things, then he's solid. Otherwise, he's not. Can't have it both ways. ;) (And I don't mind she didn't touch him; it's why I worded it that way. So there was the option to let her or not. But don't PowerPlay, it isn't fair, nor polite. :) ) I'm going to take a shower, I'll be back in 15min or so.
he jumped so he was right behind his son "if anyone touches him the will fell twofold pain of what he has" he formed a dark energy sword and a dark engery ball "got it?"
00C: he diddnt force any pain on anyone n its magic so yah. if i must i will but not until. also hes not there, elsewhere
Nasul groaned, he was now even more confused then ever. He felt dizzy and just wanted to fall asleep, to get rid of all of the confusion...So, your going to give up? No... Then pay attention...STAY AWAKE! Nasul roared suddenly, and his tail flashed a bright yellow color, showingthat magic was forming, and he quickly tried to slam it into his father who was behind him.
"will you stop?! i am trying to help you... for once. although it is so i can kill you later it doesnt matter? will you just let me help?"
The portal reopens and a pendragon with a red scar covering its left eye. Walks away from the open portal and heads to the area where these other 'dragons are at the time. Comes to the snowy scene and looks up at them from tree cover, growls slightly as the 'dragon watches them.
Nasul was still confused. Elethea may had made it so he couldn't feel, but he still felt horrible, he snarled again and threatened to whack anybody who came near with his tail again.
The wizard said that noone could attack, but the qereniath didn't consider himself just anyone. He was a prideful soul. The critter leapt at the dark mage's face claws ready to rend flesh. Meanwhile, Dornik concentrated. He had only tried this once before. In his childhood, he had found a strange peculiarity, he couldn't shape-shift like the other 'dragons. However, he was gifted with something rarer. In times of powerful emotion he could act as a temporary magical null. Hopefully, it would work. As he tried to enact the disabling field, Dornik's tail flame changed from pitch black to a barely glimmering white, and he fell limply to the ground. Before his eyes shut, the mage seemed to disappear to his fading senses.
Laughs under its breath as the 'dragon continues to watch this so called healing process. Steps out from the tree cover and keeps a distance from the other 'dragons. Smirks and licks its lips slowly. Speaks slowly, the voice sounds foregin to the region. "Seems as if...he isn't going to survive..."
"oaky this is boring" as the calw went threw him "ill be back...solid" he disapperaed yet again. the real Drileahe in his castle said out loud "time for a real fake of me" a Drileahe appeared again where he had left "time to have fun being bad..." the fake exploded and turned into a large disjusting plain with many lines and linbs "good droid. when its done ill leave"
Elethea was a strong 'dragon. Anyone who was a healer had to be. And the fact she was an empath and not insane at her age was another compliment to her inner strength. But now, she was tired. So very tired. A half healing, spells for both pain relief and sleep, had all taken it's toll, and drained her. And the mage, Nasul's unlucky father, had forbidden her go near the wounded Nasul. Taking a few angry steps backward the empathic healer sits hard. She refused to collapse at this moment in time. But it seemed shortly inevitable.
"Elethea..." He whispered. He was scared, and he was still feeling dizzy.
The qereniath flew through the air, to land sputtering in the snow. What was going on? What kind of sorcery was this? Scared of the seemingly omnipotent being, the small 'dragon scampered over to Dornik's fallen frame. He snuggled against the softly breathing feline, all the while keeping an eye on the dark mage. As the light spewing from the droid ended, the qereniath felt Dornik moving beside him. The great 'dragon's eyes fluttered open. Now that the droid had done its work, the two waited for the hologram, or whatever it was, to disappear.
