"shus yma hut tyna vusul Cexo, ota umyshaj ymat" he picked up another ones and should her how to hold it correctly "see?"
“My name is Mist. Iat E kum tgauc Junusheum" She said to the new comer. Then turned back to the teacher. “I am willing to learn what ever the others would like to learn." Mist was very open to learn about new weapons. She payed close attention when he showed the new comer how to use the weapon she had picked up.
"well i am trying to teach each of you a different weapon to counter that of the others. So Brim's weapon would have defeated that staff you picked up. do you want the weapon to counter hers?"
She held her new weapon the way she had just been shown. It had a nice feel to it. "Hillu Mist, Huq lump hefi oua viim tsagoymp shyt tavriks?"
“Sure, but I don’t know one that would." Mist said that with a puzzled and embarrassed look on her face. She then turn back to Sharie “Well I have been studying it ever since I can remember. But not as seriously before."
Yoh threw to her a pair of tough gloves "This does. They have magnets in then so you can take their sword and use it" he smiled widely "my invention"
Sharie looked at the gloves curiously. "Shyta dlybat taan haubi." She ehinced at the thought, she prefered light and fast movements, and hated being slowed down by anything. "Fyolpm's iyo seja yos auti?"
\\ OOC: Awesome! I love meeting people who also do martial arts. It's almost like there aren't enough of us!! XD I've done martial arts since I was 11, started in Kenpo and Tagi Jitsu, which I learned a bit of fillipeno kali stick art from one of my teachers along with some Kung Fu, then moved to an off-shoot of Choi Kwan Do (which in itself is an off shoot of Tai Kwan Do) and currently am doing Kung Fu and some Tai Chi. (My brother is going to teach me Pa Qua, since it looks like a fun form to do against each other) From all of that, I have several brown belts, a 1st degree black, and a blue in Kung Fu. (only started a couple months ago) I know Tai Chi has sashes, does Viet Vo have belt ranks? LOL, not that belt ranks are important, I'm just curious, 'cause I've never heard of it before, and I'd like to know more! Erm.. *cough* .. back to the RP.. ^^;; \\ IC Anezka swings the double weapon around in each of her digitigrade paws, trying holding them in different ways. Holding at the top was no good; she dropped them and couldn't manipulate them. And holding them in the middle was difficult. So from the bottom she found it easiest. Trying some figure-eight swings she'd seen done by others, she both drops the thick wooden stick repeatedly, and/or knocks herself somewhere as they went flying. Her knees and feet were most often the target. After a couple tries, she's got them going at a moderate speed, and allows herself to smile a bit at her own progress. Hey, who knew if she was doing anything but being flashy? She was only a child.
OOC: ThatÂ’s really cool that you guys take all that stuff. I never have, but I want to some day. 2 of my friends do different types and almost have a black belt. A thing I know about is it takes a lot of time and IÂ’m taking lifeguard lesson now, so maybe in a few years. One can only wish I guess. Better get back to the RP. IC: Mist grind at the gloves. She has never seen any thing like it before. They would be a good defense agents a sword. She pulled them on and raised her paws in front of her face as to block. She threw a few punches while lifting herself on to just her back legs, at no one just to test out how she would have to incorporate them in to her fighting skill. She then looked over at Anezka who as swing of smaller staffs around. Mist was impressed because she do that herself couldnÂ’t do much with them.
Yoh picked one up "this is what it is best for" he held it up to mists neck and pulled bacl softly "that, but to kill"
\\OoC// I have been doing martial arts for practically my whole life. My Dad had been studying Tai Chi for a long time before I was born, so basically, as soon as I was old enough to be able, I started Martial Arts. My dad showed me a little bit of Pa Qua and Tai Chi, and also the Animal Form's (My favourite was monkey, but I also liked Crane, and was good at most of the others.) When I was 5 I started Judo, but the place had to close down for some reason. So my dad continued showing me Pa Qua, and started teaching me Phillipinno (no idea how to spell it) Kali, Nun chaku, and some other stuff. When I was 10, I started Tae Kwon Do, I entered 3 State Championships, coming 2nd inttwo, and 3rd in the other, so I could have gone into National's twice, but my parent's said I wasn't experienced enough. Then we moved house, and it was too far too travel each week, so I started at Viet Vo. Which does have the belt's and sash system, but I'm not exactly sure how it works. \\BiC// Sharie waited patiently for an answer while she sliced the air with the katana. "Py iyo huba umi terlemdt, Anezka?" Sharie started playing with the swords as if she was in a fight, ducking and strafing, lunging and swinging. I thought all this time what my dad was doing seemed boring, but this is actually fun! She smiled and continued to 'Dance' with the weapon, as she had heard her dad refer to it as.

I just thought it was really interesting ^____^ It's funny to note three of you actually know several forms of martial arts and you all happened to be roleplaying in this thread! Tis fate... supervened... LOL! </left>

Mist saw how Yoh had showed her how to hold to golves. Oh I see She tough. She tried how he had showed her. It was easier that way.
\\ OOC: hehe, I know! 'Tis so cool. I like my sport, and so when I've had a good or bad day in practice/class and I feel like gushing or complaining, a lot of my friends kinda go crossed eyed on me, like I'm speaking another language. ^^; So I'm absolutely elated to find other martial-arts enthusiasts wherever possible! \\ IC Anezka hears her name said after a string of Ramathian, but, not understanding it, she pauses a minute. Bending her arms down and grabbing each stick with her dual thumbs on her djirus-like wings, she trots over closer to Sharie. To make it easier for her fellow student to translate what she was saying in her head, Anezka speaks slower than usual, and omits contractions, hoping these two adjustments to her speech would allow Sharie to understand her better. "I am sorry, I do not know ramathian.. do you speak much modern?" Anezka looks hopefully at her fellow student, awaiting an answer. But then, she glances towards Yoh, seeing as he spoke Ramathian, perhaps he could be a mediator.
o o c :- If anyone is online, give me a hollar on my aim NeedlessEstee. =D Zeta trotted slowely in the area commonly refered to as 'Tsupeon', she heard from a few that this was the place to go to learn the arts of battle, or how to kill. The azure femme spotted a few fellow 'Dragons, Â sporting swords and such, 'This is most probably the place' she wispered to herself, walking towards the one refered to as Yoh, well atleast she thought his name was Yoh. 'Greetings, Yoh I presume? She grinned 'You are the teacher I hope? I be Zeta Ivvor' She stuck out her 'hand' in a gesture of good will. 'Do you have space in your class for another 'Dragon?' Â She grinned broadly, willing to learn all the tricks of the trade.
\\OoC// LoL, me too, but lucky for me, I've got 2 friends who have also been doing Martial Arts their whoe lives, and they're also brothers. But they live about 2 hours away, so we don't see each other often. Today at Viet Vo we were having a free fight and I almost got smashed in the face by this kid there, but luckily I dodged it so I only got a clip across the nose, but then about a minute later I kicked him and he went skidding across the floor , luckily he was alright, and then we had wrestling which is fun ^^ (In the free fight's and wrestlign I always go against the same 3 guys, Gao, Dewey and Dan ) \\BiC// Sharie looked down at the sheet's Yoh handed her, she took her time, repeating what Anezka had just said over and over in her mind. She then looked up. "No, sorreh," She noticed Anezka glancing over at Yoh. She read off the sheet once more. "Do yoo haff aneh Siblins?" She asked again, this time speaking the Modern Language. Maybe I should check if there are any lesson's teaching the Modern Language, She thought.
Mist watched as another ‘dragon came into the yard. When is she heard her speak she guess that she was also in the class. Mist continued practicing with the gloves that Yoh had given her to use. She went over to the pile of weapons and picked up a sword to see just how well they would stick. When is held the sword close to it got stuck pretty good and she had a hard time trying to get it off, but she did get it. She heard Sharie and Anezka trying to have a conversation. She herself knew both Ramathian and Modern Language and could probably help if Yoh was to busy but she didn’t want to just jump in the conversation.
Zeta glanced around, frowning slightly; she waited to hear from the teacher though he wasnÂ’t responding to her just quite yet. She watched the others with their swords, she wished she would join in, she was rather good with swords, she remembered her lessons she had with her old teacher, before he left. He taught her to use her mind, instead of her muscle, she could pick the sword up with her mind and maneuver the sword just as good as anyone who was doing it physically. She sighed slightly, she knew she came to this class for a reason, to put effort into learning how to do things the physical way. She often relied too much on her magic and metal abilities, so she lacked in the physical brawny side of things. She looked down at her feet, she had to learn how to do things the way other people did them, to equal her skills out, and she wasnÂ’t going to rely purely on magic alone. Depending on purely magic and mental powers could be disastrous.
"Hally, ni muna et Sharie," she said, smiling. She looked around at the other student's. They were all diogn well with their weapons, much better than what she thought she was doing, she looked to the ground and took a deep breath then looked back up.
She looked over at Sharie, she heard her speaking in Ramanthian tongue, which was directed at her. Zeta grinned softly. 'Ally, Ni muna et Zeta, hyf uja iyo?' She looked around, then back at Sharie. 'Sha saukhaj taant jushaj woeas'
