Jaina knew at this point something was seriusly wrong with Gyethym. She scanned the surrounding area with her eyes, her other senses, and picked up nothing odd or even near them. She was going to have to deal with whatever demons he had with no backup, and less remorse. She called out mentally to the ocean and asked for something large and faster then a dragon could swim.....
Gyethym stood, digging in his pockets, hoping to come across the slip of paper that would remind him where the bastard had gone, but they were empty. Where could he have left it? Surely he had it somewhere. He mentally ticked off his hiding places, wondering which one he'd been in when he recieved the letter about his father. One the old man knew about; that cut it down to about half, since he had two in each realm, one where he could be contacted, one where he was alone...Thym kept digging through his memories, frowning thoughtfully.
