Erm in a way yes. It was a grrr cant think of the right wording. *cough* It was a drama style roleplay thing but after many many years of huge fandom in the uk it was turned into a comp game. One of my mates tried to get me into it but im not exactly an actor. It also uses pen paper and pencil. oh and here's the wiki description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_The_Masqueradehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_The_Masquerade</a> The video game http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_The_Masquerade_–_Bloodlineshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_T ... Bloodlines</a> Anyways I didnt like it much. Vampire books are class though.
>___> I don't like it when people say that they're "OCD about ____". Chances are that they don't even know what it's like having it... :/
If you have a Playstation 2, theres Blood Rayne ;) (yeah... I'm technically gone, but I'm still lurking xD)
Tons of lovings to the Twilight series, and just as many to Ann rice. actually I've noticed over the summer that my entire DVD collection consists of vamps. always wanted to play masquerade but on top of my gazillion D&D extensions and stuff i just didn't have the cash. apparently it doesn't run on the usual D20 system so I'm keen to see how that works On that note though i recommend a couple of books called "Blood Sucking Fiends" and "you suck" by Christopher Moore. much, much, much more of a comedy than rice and Meyer, but i nearly died laughing and i just couldn't put the books down. its funny though to look at the progression of vampire mythology. After Dracula, it was Ann Rice and her vampire chronicles that laid down what many consider to be the "fundamentals," of vampires. Since then many vampire books and such have been based on the rules that she (Ann Rice) has produced. until recently, with the publishing of the Stephanie Meyer 's Twilight series, she has laid out very much her own rendition of vampires, that many consider to be a completely new take on the creature. that being said i have to say Ramath vamps are a little god modded *shrugs* but thats just my opinion
