Shiden followed after her, deciding to play along for now. You can't seem to sit still either today sorceress He said, catching up to her and smiling. He was right, every time he tried to just enjoy holding her, something happened. Okay, who did I offend this time? He wondered, rolling his eyes as he ran beside her.
She slowed down and quickly fell into his arms. "I'm sorry. Nothing wrong with having a little fun while spending time together, though, right?" She laughed a little and they both sat down on the ground. She just layed back in his grasp. It was getting late and the sun was slowly sinking into the water. "I really enjoyed our day together." She said. "I just wish we could have more like this, don't you?" She sighed and closed her eyes with contentment.
Who says our time is up? He whispered, kissing the back of her neck and wrapping his arms around her. She was right, he did want more time like this, but with his members becoming more bold in thier cirmes he couldn't afford to. The last thing he needed was a confrontation with the cops. Besides, nights are more fun, aren't they? He whispered into her ear, giving it a gentle kiss.
"Mmm. Nights are definately more fun." She just leaned back into his arms, letting him hold her and kiss her neck. Nykjek watched the water become fire, as the setting sun started to sink below the water. Her tail wrapped around Shiden's leg as she sighed in contentment. It felt nice, in his warm, protective arms. His kiss melted away her hyper attitude and made her just want to stay there with him. She rubbed a hand over his face and smiled.
Shiden turned her around and gave her a peck on the forehead. Seems you aren't as energetic now He whispered, looking into her eyes and smirking. One of his hands went to her back and rubbed it while the other cupped her chin. I think we should be getting back...
She looked up asking, "Already? I thought you wanted to stay?" Nykjek stood up, reaching out to take his hand, "Well, where should we be getting off to, my love?"
