1. Approved two items for the flora/fauna database: Naupyftfaas (Herbs - Medicinal) & the Slikip (Insecta). Don't be shy when it comes to submitting things. ;) Not quite sure how to submit something to the flora & fauna database? Check out the Member Area if you're a registered member and logged into your account. The links to submit flora and fauna are underneath the heading labelled, "Help Build Our World".

I cleaned out our Affiliates page and removed sites that were either inactive or had closed down.

Also, regarding Genetics: Now you can now breed and register Ficalt (hamster-type critters... very cute, see the link, they've got a picture. Ek, adorkable.). That makes the total "breed-able" animals three now (The Flitter being the first animal followed soon after by the Trisk).

There's also a Flitter competition going on for all of those eager breeders. So make sure you've got a registered Flitter and hop on in. Not quite sure how to register a Flitter, or any other type of breed-able critter? Head on over to the Genetics Forum. There's registration templates there for you to fill out. :] They're actually pretty easy to do once you get your mind around the concept... and if you do get stuck, just try your best. People will help you out.

On a lighter note, all applications have been replied to as of right this moment. :) Congrats to everyone that got in.

  2. Thanks for annoucing the new Genetics stuff, Shriker!

And, if anyone would like assistance with a genetics registration, I'm more than happy to help. I can be contacted through PM, AIM (KitsufoxINC) or email (KitsufoxINC@yahoo.com). Don't be shy, the genetics stuff can be confusing just because of the sheer ammount of information on the pages.

  3. Anytime. :] I can't just let hard work like that slip by unnoticed.

  4. Kitsufox, i have no idea how the genetics work, maybe im just slow, im only going into grade 12 of high school, maybe i havent taken anything dealing with genetics, but i thought maybe you could help me out? umm pm me when you have some time :)

  5. Wow.... Scary. I'm in 10th, and I get it.

They should cover that kind of stuff in a biology class.

  6. It's rather easy to forget things you don't use like Punnett squares. The only reason I remembered them is I thought they were alot of fun.
