Gregory grinned. "You have no clue what we are do you? Maybe next time you'd think first, but too bad for you, there won't be a next time if I can help it..." His body seemed to disintigrate fro under Jahhar, and a few moments later Gregory was standing above Jahhar holding his rifle point blank to his head... "In traditional villan fashion I'll let you say a few last words..." Gregory mocked, as a slug automatically loaded itself and armed...
An extremely cliche laser fire sound filled the dark basements as Sulphea fired a single round from her gun, and an identical one in the other hand. A purple blast of light hit the end of the rifle and the fallen 'dragons knife, coating both in a thick layer of ice. "Now now, mabey you could explane to me exactly what is going on and I will decide what to do about you, but take any action against me and you will end up like your weapons... but afterwards you wont be quite as functional as the guns will"
Jahhar was quite surprised at Gregory's move, but more than annoyed when Sulphea interfered with Gregory and his fight. "I guess you never learned not to interefere with a fight between two rivals..." murmered Jahhar as he assumed that Gregory was just as annoyed as he. He got up and looked at Sulphea. "If you want to know why I was down here I'll tell you that it was for the purpose of finding some items that I was in need of for a class." spoke Jahhar. He put his hands together in front of him and pointed his palms at Sulphea. "If you want to tie me up, go ahead. I have nothing to hide if you further interrogate me." He concealed a grin quite well as he kept his hands held out. It seemed that since Jahhar had become a vampire, he had also gained the perfect charisma of one, which was indeed, always useful.
Temyc whispered some words before he moved downstairs...most likley some angry words. He put his hand on the hilt of his blade and walked down. He stopped as soon as he saw the three again and cussed again...this time more audible. He reached into his Trench and pulled out a handgun. Not his favorite weapon to use...but...it seemed like he may need it. He pointed it at the Woman "Okay guys...can i say something? Its obvious what ever you are looking for is far more vauable. So if you all just let me slip by and let me go down this hallways here to our right I will just walk by and never speak of this to anyone. Im just a student, looking for an item of mine...so can I please go and I will never bother you?" he asked with almost a pleading eye...if someone could see through his sunglasses.
Gregory was indeed irritated by Sulphea's entrance. He quickly used his powers to clear the ice from his gun, and while they were preoccupied with each other he cloaked himself totally again and vanished just as the sound of heavy thuds came within hearing distance... <span style='color:green'>MK-20 Combat Unit Series 6, Online Defense/Search And Capture Protocols Engaged. "Ahhh crappp!" Temyc returned a few shots and then touched something on his trench. He quickly disapeared. If one was able to see him they would see his tail flame go a blue....he is letting blood go cold. He isnt part reptile for nothing. He latched onto the walls and made his way up the stairs, using the walls. crap crap crap crap crap crap! He jumped onto the next level as soon as he saw and ran quickly as he could on all fours down a hallway and turned. He hugged the wall and waited to see if the others survived.
Jahhar moved in one liquid-lightning like motion as he drew his sun katana and quickly super heated it while waving it in front of his body to melt the bullets coming at him. He also rolled behind a pillar while performing this action. "Blasted..." murmed Jahhar, "We have company. Good thing I brought a com device..." Jahhar pulled out his com device and linked to the nearest hideout with Kama or Timaro. "Ya, what is it?" "Um, "The Lost" and their insanely powerful agents, robots with big guns, well trained civilians arme-" "Lucky you, I've already located you, you are in the school basement of Janardan. "The Lost" is probably after some kind of new technology that a corporation under Janardan is hiding. Recover it or try to stop The Lost. I'll send a few cyro dogs to give you a hand." finished Kama as the link broke off. Jahhar smiled as he waited for the dogs to appear.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Damn, sorry Viper but the two post rule is in effect and I really want to post!</td></tr></table> Gregory stood behind the two MK-20's, using a small device to record Jahhar's every move. He was just as powerful as X-7, and his technology was so much different as well... Earth technology contained some of the most potent weapons ever known, but Jahhar's seemed to match several of the greatest weapon's power. the only Earthling weapon not yet surpassed by Rmathians, according to "The Lost"'s archives, was the nuclear missile. Gregory sighed, and kept recording for a few moments more, before packing away the device and dashing off down the corridor. the military corporation was sure to have plenty more MK-20's and Gregory knew he could get in, record, and get out via his cloaking device and his powers before anyone ever knew he was there. Too bad the school was built sturdy, he wished he could bring it down on top of these bastards, but it WAS a covert operation, and not only could he not do it due to the scholls builders, he would attract too much attention to the military corporation, and then through a chain, to "The Lost". He shrugged to himself and slowed to a walk as he treaded right past the 5 MK-20 team guarding the lab entrance. It was sad how easy it was. His device was soon running, sending live signals to "The Lost" headquarters, overseen by the best damn hacker on Earth, Alan Sanders. Jahhar might find out what he was here to do, and his siblings might be quite talented with computers, but all three of them had nothing on Alan. Gregory chuckled to himself quietly as he planted even more devices on every wall possible, the extremely high tech compact cloaking devices within, beside the recorder, would keep them totally hidden to anything besides touching them through the light that was forced to bend around them. And Gregory continued on... <span style='color:green'>MK-20 Unit 3 has obtained structural damage due to an unknown heat source, unit continus to function, yet it's visuals and movement are impared. Sulphea watched this all unfold from her hideing place hmm... X-7 has improved quite a bit... oh well, I suppose this is a good enough hideing place... she spoke to herself as she turned on her three levels of hideing before watching the show
Temyc turned a few little dials on his wrist watch as he kept hearing the gunfire coming from the basement. A few bleeps sounded and he sighed. Soon a breifcase that was on long, metal, legs walked into the light near him and set itself down. he opened it and searched around for something...
Jahhar grinned as 5 cyro dogs appeared out of no where and started attacking the MK-20's. They obviously already knew their assignment. The dogs themselves were similar to normal dogs, only these dogs were bred for their fierceness, plus they all had slightly augmented strength. Jahhar let them fight the robots to their death. He knew they weren't strong enough to win a fight against the robots, but they were strong enough to be a distraction. Jahhar scanned with his heat vision to keep an eye on Gregory as Gregory snuck away from the scene. Jahhar extenteded his claws and sliently climbed up a wall into the ventage system. He kept his x-ray and thermal vision activated so he could see Gregory at all times as he climbed in the vents above him. Jahhar was crawling on his hands and knees and didn't notice a spider vent drone jumping at him. Jahhar gritted his teeth and didn't let out a noise as the spider drone, no bigger than his hand chewed at his chest. Jahhar quickly shredded it with his claws and continued following above Gregory, in the vents, but this time more aware of possible spider drones. [Light Security in these vents,] thought Jahhar, but suddenly stopped moving. A whole system of lasers covered the vents ahead of him, making it impossible to get through without being fried or cut to death. Jahhar paused for a few moments before deciding what to do. He finally made up his mind as he cut a small hole on the bottom of the vent, climbed out, and started climbing on the ceiling. He continued following Gregory, by using his claws to keep him attatched to the ceiling. [The things I do to destroy "The Lost"...] thought Jahhar, when his muscles started to burn from him staying clamped to the ceiling.
"Tracking me are you?" Muttered Gregory as he noted a shift in Jahhar's brain patterns. Although he couldn't access Jahhar's mind freely or posses him because of his robotic parts, he could still track his organic parts and mind in a limited way. He switched off his cloaking device and began cloaking himself using his powers at the exact same time, rendering him completely invisible to anyone or anything without an incredibly power psychic ability. He hit the last activation button for the last planted recording device and began firing heavy slugs into the heads of the scientists, decapitating them and causing mass confusion and fear. security units were soon crawling all over the place, and after Gregory planted a small nuclear device on the wall of the main research lab, he bolted off back towards the entrance, only to find it blocked off by a swarm of chittering spider drones. He couldn't get by without touching them, and that would set their self destruct devices off... He felt like keeping his body... So he headed towards the entrance towards the even lower levels, the catacombs that made up never explored dungeons and sacrificial chambers that had never been visited since janardian was built. He would wait until the heat died down, lurking, invisible in the darkness, until it was safe to escape. He sent a heavily coded message to Sanders that only the hacker would be able to decipher, telling him of his plans, and then slowly walked between the two MK-20's guarding the stone staircase that led into the inky black... <span style='color:red'>Hostiles engaged and destroyed, breach in main labratory, return to labratory for inspection, roger that, leaving lower threat level pendragons.</span> The MK-20's and X-13 escaped back to the labs as fast as they could, X-13 noticing at once Jahhar crawling along the ceiling. His vulcan was soon up and firing at him, a line of bulletholes almost covering the entire wall moving quickly towards him... The rest of the security units soon followed suit, and the dusty air was filled with energy blasts and bullets, with even a few missiles thrown in... The spider drones had been engaged to destroy the students that X-13's team had previously engaged. The moving carpet of metal legs crawled along the walls, floor and ceiling in a wave, steel mandibles flexing and biting at the air in anticipation of the enemy...
Temyc quickly pulled out something...the breifecase on legs could hold so much more than it looked. It was actually a small doorway into his little toy chest of gadgets thats in his dorm. he finally found the one he wanted. The R-K 29 Assualt Rifle. Capable of firing multiple kinds of rounds and held 60 round clips. He picked up 10 of its clips, pocketing them in his trench then loading the 11th one into the weapon. He also attached a nice long range taser on the bottom for dealing with the folks downstairs. Then he froze...hearing something........something like...little metal feet...He turns and sees a horde of spider drones "Crap" he pulls out an emp grenade and throws it at the horde. It bursts and takes out allot of them...but there still are many left. He begins backing away, using the taser to tag one and let the shock jump to multiple others. But there are still allot left.
Jahhar sprung down from the ceiling in a moments notice but was still caught in all the gunfire. Bullets shredded through him like he was no more than tissue paper. Fortunately for him, he wasn't blown up by any missles, for no more were fired in his direction other than the ones that were fired when he was on the ceiling. Jahhar collapsed and barely had the strength to pinch open a glass container containing nanobots. X-13 raised a hand. "Suspect neutralized," the firing ceased. X-13 and his team continued foward. X-13 already calculated no odds of survival on Jahhar's part at the rate he was degenerating from his wounds. At least X-13 thought he was degenerating. The nanobots worked their way into Jahhar's circulatory system and started rapidly producing proteins which his body used to repair itself with at an abnormal rate. By the time the nanobots lost power, Jahhar was well enough to raise himself up and felt well enough to proceed in his mission. He watched X-13 and his team walk away. Jahhar grabbed another vial and threw it at the entire team of robots. It shattered releasing more nanobots, but with a different program, which was to deteriorate all metal elements before they ran out of power. Jahhar drew his brother's sun katana and heated it quickly. The katana grew very warm until it started to singe the fur on Jahhar's hands. He slashed foward and watched a wave of heat flow towards X-13 and his team. The heat melted the walls as it passed them, the metal walls dripped. A section of the walls collapsed completely. Jahhar smiled contently and turned away from the damage he had caused. He climbed back into the vents. Luckily for him though, he could proceed because the heat had shorted out the lasers. Jahhar made his way to the main lab where Gregory had set the nuke. Jahhar dropped out of the vents and examined the nuke on the wall. He put his com device on. "Kama, I need a reading on this structure, it seems to be a type of bomb." Jahhar waved a device over it and waited for a reply. "Yeah, its a device I havn't seen before, but an analysis on it shows that it has one explosive in it that explodes and causes an element called plutonium to crash into another piece of plutonium. The effect of the two elements running to to each other causes a great explosion and also releases radiation." replied Kama on the other end of the com device, back at a hideout. "The initial explosion could wipe of part of Janardan's foundation and expose the whole school to massive amounts of radiation." "Is there any way to disarm it?" "Of course, you need to remove one of the pieces of plutonium, or the explosive. After you disarm it though, you should bring it back to our hideout for further research," Jahhar nodded, "I'll get to work, how long do I have before the bomb goes off?" "About 30 seconds. I'll stay on the line in case you need any further help." Jahhar swallowed and nodded. He scanned the device with his x-ray vision to see its internal structures. "Remove the plutonium or explosive..." murmed Jahhar as he looked over the device's internal structures. "25 seconds," Jahhar took one of his eclipse blades and held it by the blade itself. He carved a careful hole over one of the pieces of plutonium. "17 seconds," Jahhar tugged at the piece of plutonium but it was infused in the bomb. He cut a hole over where the other one was. "10 seconds," Jahhar pulled at the piece. He hadn't cut the hole big enough. He carved at the edges of the hole. "5 seconds, hurry Jahhar!" Jahhar pulled at it again and the corner of it got stuck. He cut away another small piece of metal. "2-1," Jahhar pulled out the plutonium and then quickly smashed the entire bomb away from him as the small explosive in it went off. Pieces of metal from the bomb and pieces plutonium scattered on the floor. Jahhar let out a sigh of relief and scooped up the pieces of bomb which he stored in a metal box he had with him.
X-13 detected the massive thermal spike and shot up to the ceiling with his jetpack only seconds before the wave of heat rolled in. His units turned around, but were soon dripping metal as they shriveled into piles of molten scrap. He flew over Jahhar, and readied his gargantuan hammer. With a whine, signifying he had abruptly cut his jet pack, He dived down on top of Jahhar, the shockwave generator in the hammer already charged. Unless Jahhar could not only dodge the hammer blow and the shockwave that rolled along the floor, AND pick up all the pieces of plutonium that were scattered across the floor, the shockwave would trigger a small nuclear explosion. While the explosion would not be powerful enough to damage Janardian in any way, and the radiation would be restricted to the labs, anything caught in the initial blast would be ripped apart. X-13 had vaccines to prevent any long term damage from the radiation, but he was assuming Jahhar did not, as this was Earth technology, rarely used... Gregory felt the heat even from the lower levels. The astones around him seemed to blaze with heat suddenly, as the wave of heat rolled over the military units standing exactly above him. He gripped his Sniper Rifle a little tighter, but continued down the levels, through rooms filled with mummified coffins of teachers and faculty long since dead, and through drainage rooms resembling sewers. He eventually found an old storage room, shrouded in complete darkness, and sat down behind some old plastic containers, not yet decomposed like the collapsed wooden crates around him. Old tattered books were scattered all over the floor, teaching material long since banned, as a result of the wooden crates eventually breaking apart, one by one... The spider bots were relentless. The wave was a large one, and as soon as the large group was deactivated by the EMP grenade, they assumed combat mode. Sparks of electricity danced along the floor from their small electrical energy generators, with power similar to a taser. They would attempt to paralize the enemy first, and then engage in close combat, as per their programming...
Jahhar, surprised, yet still quick on his feet, moved out of the way, the hammer narrowly missing him. Jahhar noted the reaction that would occur from the shock wave. "Kama," said Jahhar speaking into the compiece, "I need a full set of lead plated body armor." Kama didn't bother replying. Jahhar felt the pieces of armor quickly appear on to him one at a time. When all the pieces had appeared, Jahhar heard a click as the pieces sealed themselves. The lead coated over the armor would provide protected against the radiation, since radiation could not penetrate lead. Hopefully X-13 wouldn't shred Jahhar's armor, then Jahhar would be in trouble. Jahhar leapt up onto the ceiling to stay off the ground as the shockwave passed under him, but he wasn't able to grab the ceiling as he had forgotten to take into account his new weight with all the lead coated armor he was wearing. He landed back on his feet with a solid loud clang. Though Jahhar had still avoided the shockwave, but not the way he would have liked to. He turned to X-13 and scanned him. He read about what weaknesses X-13 had, which weren't much of weaknesses anyways. The pieces of plutonium clashed together and a minor explosion occured. Jahhar slid back against a wall from the force of the explosion, but his armor held. After the explosion was over, Jahhar could scan the air in front of him and read the radiation levels. He glanced at X-13 almost daring the robot to make the first move.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Im wondering if I should post or wait for Viper because Viper hasnt posted in awhile....so...yeah...I sure am confuzzled</td></tr></table>
Temyc made his way into a room, shutting the big metal door behind him. A few Spider ots made it thru and he shot them with the Taser. After that he took a breather then searched around the small room for another way out. He knocked over all sorts of boxes and suck, looking in every dark corner of the room.
The spider bots followed their programming, they were soon hacking away at the steel door, their armor strengthened mandibles taking bits and pieces from the door and passing it back, the ones behind breaking it down until it was only steel gravel. It was a large job and would take them half an hour at least, that was IF they kept up the pace... X-13 took the initiative and leaped up into the air again. He readied his hammer, but this time he was sure to hit, especially when he was in such a confined area as this one... He cut his jet pack just as a missile slammed into his chest plating, exploding with incredible force and sending him flying against the high wall, before falling and leaving a large crater in the metal floor, where he grunted and lay still... <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Since cyborgs and robots are getting sketchy nowadays I'm gonna throw all mine in, to try and get as much use out of em as possible before they kick the bucket... :D </td></tr></table> X-7 walked in, his silver armor gleaming in the light as the missile launcher on his left shoulder dissasembled and the vulcan did the opposite on his right. He was locked on to Jahar in a split second, and then his vulcan was pouring out a thousand rounds a second towards him, ripping up the metal floor as the trail of titanium capped death crossed the ground and began chewing up the floor by Jahhar's feet... Gregory took his chance. With X-7 running a distraction he would high tail it out of there and get back to HQ via a cloaked one man fighter left silently hovering over the courtyard. His heavy duty sniper rifle began tilting in Jahhar's direction as he inched through the battle inflicted room, but he thought better of it and was soon up a level. He came to a corridor completely covered by spider bots, and the small creatures were eating away at a steel door. He loaded an EMP round into his rifle and blew the cretures to hell, eradicating their circuitry as the small machines fell to the ground, all save a few. the few remaining continued to hack away at the door, until the small group broke through, and began swarming towards Temyc... Gregory was long gone soon afterwards...
