Ahh compasion, It's a little useless when you have lived life like I have... He turned and listened for the thuds of Xaviers footsteps, but found they had disappeared. I can't hear anything.... Talon commented and turned to the other two. I don't feel like splitting up, but if he's turned back, the things in these caves will surely eat him, He will be as weak as a baby... He sat down and let the other two voice their thoughts...
Drsuj coiled up like a spring but didn't take off. Well, we better go find him he said
Yes... I agree, but we have to move quickly, follow me! He dashed off into the darkness directly ahead, but didn't wait this time for the others to follow...
Thi held onto Drsuj as he shot off like a spring, bounding off after Talon, soon cathching up to him.
Talon looked back and nodded as he sprinted ahead. He winced as his broken ribs protested, but He kept on, knowing that his brothers life was hanging in the balance.
Thi unfurled her wings and as the air caught them, she took off and flew straight ahead. Faster than Talon. drsuj ran up behind Talon and caught him on his back. I'm not letting you run with broken ribs He called back to Talon
And? Talon replied and kept running. They suddenly emerged into a large cavern, and there were holes in the roof of ice. Light and snow was filtering down from above and Talon had to gasp at what was in the centre of the room. A huge temple, covered in icicles and snow, pillars reaching towards the roof, and Xavier, as a beast standing in front, his beastlike face split into a grin. "ICE TEMPLE!" it somehow said, and it''s giant voice boomed around the huge cavern. Talon just stared, and his arm clutching his ribs fell, limp, to his side.
Thi gasped as Tsuj growled to the beastly Xavier. Out of Character

I'm sorry. I'm really sad today. All of my posts will be short

The beast kept grinning, and turned and started to stomp towards the middle of the temple, where a small outraised piece of rock covered in strange symbols resided. It raised it's fist, and slammed it into the panel, crushing it. In reply, the temple shuddered, and ice fell in chunks from the ceiling above. HEAD FOR THE TEMPLE! Talon shouted over the crashing of the breaking ice, and started to jog towards the temple. Suddenly, a beam of light shot up from the top of the pyramid like central temple, and it shot a hole clean through the roof. More ice started to fall, littering the flat expanse of ice covered rock with boulders and spikes of ice. The beam stretched into the sky, illuminating the land for miles around, untill it faded, and the temple stopped rumbling. But the ice continued to fall from the ceiling, and the ceiling itself was about to collapse. Xavier, in his beastal form, seemed to have dissapeared into the depths of the temple, leaving the three to find shelter outside...
Thi let out a yelp of pain and Drsuj slashed at the peices that kept falling towards him. Drsuj growled angrily and dissapeared off after Xavier. Thi and Talon were left alone. Thi spread her wings out and used them to shelter both herself and Talon. Strange, it seemed she had a liking for this man who wouldn't tell her anything.
Talon gave Thi a quizzical look, but kept huddled under her wing. A large piece of ice dislodged from the ceiling and fell right above the two. Talon stood up and aimed the tip of the blade on his partisan towards it. Move away! He shouted to Thi over the roaring of the falling ice, and energy gathered from the surrounding air around the tip of the partisan. Elementary Science! He screamed again to Thi, not knowing if she could hear him or not. Everything has heat! Even if It's ice cold! He waited and watched the ice slowly get bigger and bigger as it fell towards them. When the blade of his partisan was totally wraithed in flames he thrust it upwards, and the fireball soared to meet the ice coming the opposite way, gathering more heat as it went from the surrounding air. It slammed into the piece of ice, melting it completely, and water flew everywhere, freezing in midair, and making a ring of ice around Talon and Thi. Talon lowered his partisan. Come on! He yelled again, and grabbed her hand to lead her towards the temple before the ceiling came down on them completely... The beast had almost completed what he was planning to do, if he could keep the owner of the body he resided in contained in the small patch of consciousness he had in his mind, then he could destroy almost the entire continent with the power that was locked away in this temple. He heard something behind him, and his ears pricked up, it wasn't the roaring of the ceiling coming down, it was something running through the temple. The beast found a hiding place behind a statue of a large creature that was almost an exact stone duplicate of himself, and he waited for the creature to come, so he could spring the ambush...
Thi ran after Talon as he darted through the temple. Drsuj ran closer to the beast. He stopped a little ahead of the statue and raised his maw to sniff the air. His scent was not detectable. Drsuj looked quizzically down the corridor that led farther into the cavern.
The beast jumped out from behind the statue, knocking it over to try to make it fall on top of Drsuj. He started to run down the corridor, satisfied that the statue would take care of the problem for him... Talon sprinted through the temple, noticing that the roaring had deafened a bit since entering the temple. He took a look back, to see that Thi was indeed following him. He shall be heading to the Inner Sanctum! he yelled back, because even though the roaring of the falling ice was deafened, it was still very loud. He stumbled and fell, his jaw slamming into the cobblestones. He swore, and got up, holding his jaw with one hand, and his ribs with the other, still clutching his partisan haphazardly. Lets keep going... He said to Thi, and hobbled off down the corridor...
A yelp was heard from down the corridor. Thi tried to help Talon stay up. When they reached the area where the yelp had come from, they found drsuj laying under the fallen statue. His body was trapped under it. His chin rtested on the floor and his tail was limp. His eyes closed weakly.
Talon stopped and looked around. He couldn't find anything to use as a lever, so he decided to do it the old fashioned way. He jammed the end of his partisan under the statue, and then, through the end of the partisan, created a puddle of water, which froze immediately. he kept pouring on the water, and slowly the statue was lifted up off of Drsuj untill he could squeeze out. Talon offered him a hand. Are you alright?
Drsuj grabbed the proffered hand and slid out from under the statue. As ok as i can be considering I was crushed by a statue he said. Although he was injured, he still kept his humor about him.
Good, I think the beast has somehow gotten stronger than last time... He leaned against the wall and coughed, a little blood flying out of his mouth and freezing in midair. He covered his mouth and started walking down the hallway, stumbling a bit.
Thi tried to keep both Drsuj and Talon from collapsing to the ground as they made their way farther into the cavern
Talon gave her a faint smile, and continued to move as fast as he could down the corridor. They travelled for a bit and a roar echoed down the corridor, making Talon jump...
Thi struggled to keep Drsuj up as the roar brought a snarl from him and he almost collapsed to the ground
