1. Morgan looked up and snarled into Diable's rapidly zooming face, standing firm until the last second. She jumped back just before he would have crashed into her. She pumped her powerful wings and lifted from the ground. She glared down at Diable, daring him to try attack her again. She kept an eye on Nae and Nadine, though Tagryan's net around Nadine should keep anyone from touching Nadine, let alone dragging her away.

2. If you blinked, you would have missed Diable's recovery from crashing into the ground. As he was diving and saw that Morgan wasn't going to let him attack her, he himself whirled back towards the sky. His first instinct hadn't failed him. When he turned back upwards, Morgan had basically attempted to evade his attack by taking flight as well - so she was immediately under Diable, which she didn't realize because he was directly above and behind her. He began to dive right back for her, making sure to stay suspended in the air. Falling to the ground from this height would kill him. Morgan was just about to figure out where Diable was - right behind her, about to grab her wing and cause her to fall. With his claws, he reached out, attempting to slash her wing where it sprouted out of her back.

Naedalya jumped from the ground, and with a slight fall before actually taking flight, dove upwards in Morgan's direction, snarling angrily, eyes narrowed, and fangs glistening in the early sunlight of the morning. Morgan was now being attacked in two directions, possibly oblivious to where Diable was at the moment, and with Naedalya charging at her from the front. { This is it, Morgan, } she telepathed, about to crash into her in midair, and Diable behind her, ready to inflict a fatal wound on Morgan's wing, which would likely cause her to fall, unless of course his attack missed.

3. It was obvious Drak had no use just sitting there, trying to call Nadine, so he silently crept along through the bushes, crouching, until he caught sight of Estrella, once again restrained by a spell that was put on by Morgan this time. He was very good at immboilization spells for just being an apprentice, so he decided he would try to counter it. When everyone's attention was on Diable, he concentrated and saw that it was hard to penetrate the spell, it was put on by someone stronger than he was... so Morgan was talented at sorcery? He felt the barrier start to deteriorate as the spell wore off, and then took off the spell untirely. He then placed Estrella on the ground quickly (hoping she would seize the opportunity to do something) and moved to where he could see the battle currently going on not far off. He saw the two siblings Nae and Diable diving at Morgan.

4. Estrella felt so weak. She might have managed to evade the first net if she had struggled, but with the second one she had no other alernative than to wait. She had given away to her pain and had fallen asleep. She suddenly woke up as she felt he hard ground under her body. she couldn't believe it as she opened her eyes, what had happened? No time for questions though, as she realised that Chitter was looking a Diable and Morgan, and that this might be her last chance. She dived for it and was soon in the bushes, then, on a tree branch, ready to make for Chitter. She didn't have all her strenght yet that litlte nap and the excitement and adrenaline that she now channeled were enough. She saw Drak, not too far off, nd decided he must have been her 'saviour'. she would have to thnk him, later. She made for Chitter, hoping she wouldn't realise she was coming for her and be able to evade. Estrella had her wings out, just in case she might fall.

5. Chitter had bought Tagryan time to regain his composure. Now, he looked around, trying to identify his next source of attack. Noone seemed a potential threat anywhere near him on the ground, so he looked up. And almost gasped.

{Morgana! Drop! Land! Just get the hell down here!} he yelled at the cornered pendragon. Down was basically Morgan's only feasible strategically good option. He glanced at Nadine for a sec. Her shock-net spells were still perfectly in place, and shouldnt be letting up anytime soon.

Targ had two main concerns. a) That Morgan get out of her fix and b) finding and nullifying whoever had managed to undo estrella's net-spell, for even in his quick glance he had seen her disappeat out of Chitter's hold. Morgan was the more urgent one, but Drak (altho he didnt know that pendragons name of course) was the more potentially dangerous one int he long run. But not if he lost a man first.

But he didnt have time to physically reach Morgan. Nae and her brother were almost on Morgan, and Targ didnt know if Morgan's reflexes were quick enough to respond to his call in time. So now, groaning inwardly at the toll on his rapidly dwindling magic supply, he sent a bolt at the siblings. 10 feet or so away from them, the bolt split in two, one half going to each of the siblings. Presuming his aim wasnt off, the bolts would hit each of them squarely in the stomach. Although by no means lethal, it would be rather as if you received a strong electrical current - a bad shock, but no more. It would at least slow them up a bit, and hopefully buy Morgan the time to escape as they doubled up in midair - or at least that was Targ's plan.

But there was nothing else he could do for Morgan, so he turned his mind to the other problem at hand.

---------------------
Chitter barked in annoyance and surprise to have his prey stolen out from under her. Glancing up, she saw two foreign figures in the sky. Which left one more besides estrella around. Counting on targ to take care of the last one, Chitter looked around for estrella. She didnt see her slink into the bushes and then a tree. But she did notice when estrella made for her. But instead of evading as she might have expected, instead he prepared to face her head on. Having been subjected to the net spell herself before, he knew how weak it left you feeling. Estrella wouldnt have much umph left in her. So Chitter was hoping that he could bring her down. It had been a long time since she'd felt her jaws close on live, soft tender pendragon meat and heard the crunch of bones in her mouth.

6. Naedalya was just about to have her head bash violently into Morgan's stomach, but with the corner of her eye, she saw Tagryan and his bolt of thunder. It could be a dangerous one, so she twisted herself and changed her course, diving downwards to the side. The bolt missed her. She jumped off the side of a tree to turn around, and bolted right back towards Morgan.

Diable had been slowly but nimbly approaching behind Morgan. As he raised his paw to slash her, the large bolt of lightning was coming at him. He saw Naedalya fly away. So he reached for Morgan's wing with both pands, and if he caught it, it would basically serve as a shield for him, and knock Morgan out of the air, and if he didn't catch her wing, he'd be hit in the stomach.

7. Morgan saw the two lightning bolts around the same time she dived, warned by Targyran. She had skills in magic, as well as in fighting. She fought better on the ground, but could hold her own in the air. So she swooped into a tight dive, managing to avoid Diable's attack. She was feeling a little weak from her head wound, but didn't want to take a break. She was angry now, and she couldn't stop. The only thing making her clumsy was her head wound. That had been a lucky shot on Nae's part. Morgan had overlooked the claws on her wings. But she wouldn't get away with that again. Morgan landed, sharp eyes watching Nae and Diable in the air. She knew that Estrella had been freed, but Chitter was going after her now anyway. Morgan went into a defensive stance, and waited for Diable or Nae to come to her. That way she would be able to see how they were going to attack.

8. Diable was pushed backwards from the impact of the bolt. His long and lean body buckled forward as he yelped loudly. The electricity caused him to lose his grip on staying in the sky, so he fell. In a split second, his senses returned to him, and his wings opened once again, so his impact on the ground was greatly reduced - he landed on all his paws without falling over. He shook his head briskly. It seemed now that the shock had actually given him more energy. So he jumped right for Morgan, his jaws open and claws drawn. It was because of her that he was hit by the electric bolt. None of them were hurt just yet, but someone soon would be.

Nae made a loop in the air through an opening in some branches. It was quite impressive, but she wasn't aiming to impress anyone. She was now diving towards Morgan from behind, about to slash her side with the very same claw on her wing that had opened the gash in her head. Nae smiled at herself as she rapidly approached Morgan from behind.

9. Morgan stood full on to Diable, only moving to avoid Nae's attack narrowly when she heard with sharply attuned ears the air whistling around Nae as she dived. She snarled at the female as she passed. Next time she came near Morgan, she intended to rip one of her wings off, or at least make it so she couldn't fly. Two against one was one thing, but they were both coming at her from above and from different directions. It seemed that they understood simultaneous attack.
Morgan leapt forward to meet Diable, her anger matching his. Her jaws aimed for his throat and her claws for his wings. She trusted that Tagryan would get Nae before the female could try to attack her again.

10. Estrella was about to get at chitter, sure that she would evade. She decided that she probably would and slowed down to see in what direction she would duck. Yet, nothing happened, Chitter didn't seem to want to move so Estrella, smelling a rat , made straight for her but instead of lashing at her with her paws, she kicked her in the face, using it to bounce back into the sky. Efficient and doesnt not use up too much energy. She was soon a few meters above, observing the aftermath of her attack, ready to strike again. Hopefully Chitter might have been over balanced and have fallen over and hsemight be able to pin her down.

11. Naedalya narrowly missed Morgan with her wing. But as she passed beside Diable, she took upwards for a tree again and landed on a large branch not too far up. From there, she watched, waiting for an opportunity. If Diable was to be hurt, she'd go and attack whoever attacked him.

At the instant Diable's paws left the ground, Morgan's did too. He folded his wings neatly around his back - serving as a shield for his sides. But he totally miscalculated it all. He felt a large impact on his chest, then was suddenly standing again, with his arms around Morgan's neck. Morgan's deep snarl was heard, then a tight grip on Diable's throat caused him to pause in his tracks.

12. Morgan snarled deeply again, smelling the blood beneath Diable's skin.
{Let go of me.} she telepathed to him. Her jaws tightened, close to drawing blood and wanting to tear out his jugalar. Then she remembers Nae and flicks her ears, searching for the female. Not yet sure where Diable's sister was, she pointed a telepathic message to her, a warning. {Don't come near or try to help, Naedalya, or I'll kill him.}
Morgan's jaws tighten further, drawing a little blood. A threat wasn't worth much if you couldn't carry it out.

13. Diable's stomach tightened. He brought one paw to the ground, and the other one slid slowly and gently to her throat, his claws drawn. { You kill me, I kill you. } As Morgan's jaws tightened, he gasped for air. Blood dripped out of the wounds faster and faster. He backed away a little, in case Morgan came to her senses.

Nae couldn't believe what her brother had gotten himself into. Recieving Morgan's message, she jumped off the branch and flew upwards into the sky, disappearing through the dry branches and snow on the trees. She then soundly returned under the canopy, quite far away. She flew straight for Morgan's back, as fast as a bullet, without sound, making sure to not let her wings ripple or bend in the wind, which would cause that annoying whistling sound.

14. Morgan held on to Diable's throat as tight as ever. The blood ran in thick lines down her muzzle and neck, soaking into her black fur, making it shiny. She hadn't broke through his neck yet, so if he got away soon, he might yet live. If Nae attacked, she would kill him. So she stood there, waiting for something to happen, totally unaware of the female pendragon hurtling in from behind.

15. Diable collapsed, still holding his claws up, digging them into Morgan's flesh weakly. He couldn't breathe and he was bleeding to death. His chest was stained a dark crimson, which eventually all dripped down his one leg on the ground, to his paw. If his head dropped any further down, his throat would tear open. His strength was running out quickly.

Naedalya saw Diable collapse as she zoomed for Morgan from behind. At her last second airborne, she landed on Morgan's back, pushing her forward. Her claws withdrew over Morgan's muzzle, she was just attempting to save Diable rather than kill Morgan.

16. Morgan snarled and let go of Diable's neck. Her teeth were stained red from his blood, and shook Nae off. She glared at the female, but was satisfied. Diable was still alive, and might continue living if he was properly cared for. But he would be weak for a long time, and would not be able to help. She licked the blood off her teeth, relishing the taste of pendragon blood. She licked clean the bloody scratches from Diable's claws from when he had tried to make her let go carefully, not wanting to get an infection in them. They were long, but not nearly as deep as the wound in her head. She was close to exhaustion. The head wound and the fight had sapped most of her strength, but she would not stop fighting until she collapsed.

17. Diable fell down completely now. Motionless, breathing slowly.

Naedalya, shaken off of Morgan, went straight back towards her. "You almost killed my brother, you stupid bitch. I'm going to kill you for that." She pounced for her. She was aiming to exhaust Morgan to a point of no return.

18. Morgan leapt clumsily out of the way, snarling.
"He's not dead, idiot. He just might live, if he's properly taken care of. Though I can see that you're not capable of that," she says, not wasting time on telepathy. At this point, Nae probably would exhaust her until she collapsed, and Morgan didn't like that idea. But she couldn't stop. Chitter and Tagryan had their own problems. She wouldn't have been this weak if she had managed to avoid Nae's claw. But then, they wouldn't be in this mess either, so that didn't help things.

19. " I never said you did. But look at him. " She sighed, and then approached her once more. Then pounced for her side, on purposely missing her, but pushing her far away. Then she took a look at Diable, and darted for his side.

-Can you get up?We have to get out of here."
-No, but you get out of here. Now." he whispered, apparently unable to talk.

Nae looked around. Nadine...she remembered, and walked to her side.

20. For the first time in a long time, Tagryan was starting to get worried. IF the going got much worse, he'd have to pull out of this fray - either that or die fighting. Which had a certain romantic appeal to it, but thank you veyr muhc but Tagryan didnt feel like dying just yet. He carefully watched Chitter as Estrella had a go at him. Chitter stumbled a little, off-balance, but steadied herself again long before Estrella could have another pass at her. No, Chitter would be alright, at least for the time being. It was Morgan he Targ wa smost worried about. She looked rather limp as she stood there, looking on defiantly but unable to attack as Nae bent over her weakened brother. Targ saw his chance. Flashing his fangs in a silent snarl. In the next instant, he had launched himself at Nae's back. Unless she miraculously looked up from her brother's side in time, he would land perfectly poised on her back. From which vantage point it wouldn't be too difficult for someone of his skill to bring her down.

OOC: we should probably wrap up this battle soon, jsut about everyones exhausted. Point: noone's gone for Targ yet. How come? He's the leader - normally he would be the one that was under heaviest attack, because the leader supposedly coordinates the attacks of the others, and gives them courage. When he loses, the others are likely to lose heart and disintegrate.
