  1. Sinok greeted Thela with a hearty hug and hello. He always hugged those who worked with him. "Ahh Thela, Im glad you are okay out here. And ofcourse no one would come after us here, apprently nothing is out here alive!" he smirked and turned to Xal.

"Xal, this is my second in command, Thela. I met her in Manik one day when I was out for a stroll. We got talking, and I convinced her to join me...she worked hard for a new recruit then quickly jumped up the ranks."

  2. "<span style='color:green'>We're alive if you think about it.</span>" He scoffed, before continuing to ask more. "<span style='color:green'>What is your purpose? Why do you want to cause ruckus and become known?</span>"

Thela narrowed her eyes slightly and whispered to Sinok, "<span style='color:gray'>Are you sure it's safe to give away our intentions to this... this, youth?</span>"

  3. Sinok merely patted her on the back and whispered "Do not worry, an Arden as young as him wouldnt be much of a threat, and if he were to decieve us, it wouldnt be that hard to make sure he didnt breathe."

Turning back to Xal- "Those reasons are something deep. As most governments, there is always a group that does not agree with the way things are run, and they go to the extreme to take out that government. We are those sorts of people. "

He tapped his fingers on the table, before reaching into his nap-sack on the floor and handing Xal a Journal. "In there is a rending of my beliefs and my definitions of a book that i was given as a lad. It basically summorizes everything we believe in this faction, and also what we want....which is, a less technology based and corrupt government.

Technology itself has corrupoted people. The more we make, the more people want, the more people do what they want to have it. We believe in only having what we NEED."

  4. He felt a bit scared now, after slightly picking up what Sinok muttered to the grey thill. The thill looked rather pleased at this, the unscortched side of her face lit up with excitement. Shaking it off he toook the journal and listened to what Sinok said, before flipping through a few pages and saying. "<span style='color:green'>We do, in some sense, need technology, I mean, without it we couldn't have gone into space, or even invented the telescope. But I do agree with other ideas, the corruption, it has made them lazy. Some make it so they can survive, replace their limbs, and such. But others, use it to cut out on the amount of work they must do. Because of that, it has made our gorvernment lazy and corrupt. Is that what you are trying to say?</span>"

He took a deep, but silent breath after that, he wasn't very skilled at making long 'speaches' if you could call them that. He was used to being plain in talking.

  5. Sinok stood back up and showed him his armor. "This armor may look as though it was made to just protect me, it was also made to keep me alive. Under this shell is a weak and frail frame. I agree, we need some technology to survive and communicate....but not all of it is needed. Such as the oens corrupting our people. We need to get back to the days of magic and faith."

He sat back down. The thill waitress in the corner of the bar snored loudly and began to drool on her table. The bar tender has seem to left the room and have gone down to the cellar for some reason.

"My Young Lad...I have an offer for you."

  6. Xai raised an eyebrow, "<span style='color:green'>An offer? Well, sounds interesting, if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to hear it.</span>" He grinned slightly, he liked Sinok, no matter how different he was, nor the fact he was the leader of a group of renegades, or rebels, or whatever Sinok wanted to call them. Even though he led a Thill that made fear run down his spine, he'd consider any offer that Sinok gave to him.

Thela, on the other hand, was bothered by the way Sinok was acting. She should've been used to him by now, but with him, it's hard. She climbed into one of the chairs, to watch, and wait. Seeing what her 'leader' would do.

  7. Sinok smirked and watched Thela for a moment, he could see her discontentment for him right now, and in a moment she would be even more upset.

"Would you like to join us?" came Sinok with a serious look on his face.

"Now think hard, lad. This is something that is very serious. Once you do choose, there is no going back. If you choose us, your stuck with us till death or I let you go. If you choose your old life, you are welcome to stay here in our presense for as long as you wish in this pub, but when you choose to leave you are to never come back, and you will not speak a word of what was happened here. "

The girl at the table in the corner had sat up, and her eyes where fixed on Xal. The barkeep was back upstairs and his eyes where fixed on Xal as well.

  8. Xai narrowed his eyes in thought. An aspiring physicist like himself to join a rebel group. What could he gain or lose? He pondered this for a moment, "<span style='color:green'>What are average pros and cons to this? What can I gain, what will I have to forfeit?</span>" He replied after a few moments of turning these words over and over in his head.

Thela watched the young arden and said, "<span style='color:gray'>Sinok, I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to be flat about some things he will, or may suffer. We are a /rebel/ group. Hear that, rebel, we are not exactly 'liked'. We can, and are hunted by the 'authorities'. If it is not your thing to need to do fleeing and fighting, along with negotiating with others. Than I sudgest that you listen to Sinok when he says leave and forget everything you saw and heard today. If you leave and speak a word about this I will hunt you down myself, and rip out your throat, no, splean, then liver, and then a few vital organs we don't speak of often, like the pancreas, or the gall bladder, then your throat. I will enjoy evey second of that alright?</span>" Her wings shivered in the delight at that thought, and she settled down. "<span style='color:gray'>I'm sorry for the outburst Sinok...</span>"

  9. Sinok just lightly patted her on the back, letting her know her outburst was quite alright. He watched her for a moment, her times like that made his broken wings quiver in a good way. There were times where he thought of her...as more then a general in his army. His eyes moved back to Xal.

"What are your cons? They will be great in size...but so will be your pros, my lad. For the most part, your entire life will be left behind. We will deal with things like clearning you from your school and jobs and such, but its up to you to deal with your family. You will be allowede to contact them on a fixed scheduel from a monitered line. You will not take any incoming calls though, but what we get for your calls, we will leave notes for you, so you can get back to them on what they called about."

Sinok breathed for a moment his life support in his armor charging up his body, the metalic shell humming as he breathed, then he continued.

"You will be allowed to visit family and...love intrests on my permission, but you while you are, you will be monitered at all times....want me to stop here, lad, or do you want to hear your pros?" he smirked and leaned back in his chair.

  10. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class='ooc'><tr><td>I'll try to reply tomorrow :<</td></tr></table>

  11. "<span style='color:green'>I have no going back now. So, please, let me hear them.</span>" He said with a light grin. he knew what he was getting into, somewhat. "<span style='color:green'>But beforehand, please tell me you have someone who can teach me? I am not ready to quit school yet.</span>"

He lightly tapped hir tail-tip against the floor, eyes never leaving Sinok.

  12. Sinok leaned forward, a smirk on his face. His wings flickered with deviousness. \

"If your family has debts, we will pay them. You fear for a close loved ones life, we shall protect them. You need a vehical, we shall provide it. You need a weapon, we ask you how big. The majority of your wishes shall be taken care of. As long as they are with our reason." he chuckled.

"Our reason stretches. We can take care of your needs."

He leaned back. Silence encompassed the room.

"Oh, and we pay for all health care." he laughed again.

ooc: sorry for the blandish post, kinda just brain dead.

  13. "<span style='color:green'>Hmmm. I like the sounds of this. Of course I can support myself, it'd be nice to have help. But it'd also be nice to at least not let my brain rot from the boredom of not having anyone intellegent to speak with.</span>" He tapped a finger thoughtfully on the table as he quickly pondered what he was saying. Thela flicked an ear, she knew he was making sure he wasn't digging his own grave.

    "<span style='color:green'>I think I'll accept.</span>"

  14. Sinok stood, his arms outstretched. "Come now, my brother! Give me a hug! Welcome! Welcome into our family! Thela, would you like to join our hug?" He winked at her, then smiled a big smile at Xai.

ooc: sorry for the short post, distracted.

  15. "<span style='color:gray'>No, Sinok. I think I'll pass.</span>" She said. Amused at Xai's hesitance to the hug. She tucked her tail around her paws.

Xai hesitantly accepted the hug. Bemused and confused at the arden.

  16. Even though she passed, somehow Sinok grabbed her and pulled her into the great hug. "Oh Thela, warm up to love!" he smirked and hugged them tight.

"We are a family, and we must be willing to give out the love."

  17. Thela snorted, "<span style='color:gray'>I don't do 'family love'. Even you should know that.</span>" She pushed her paws against him to try to get away.

  18. Suddenly Thela was free from his grasp, and he let Xai go too. He frowned then sat back down, his eyes going to Thela with a sigh. He wished she would be alittle less cold from time to time.

"The storm would most likley be going on for some time now...tell me more about yourself Xai."

  19. Thela smoothed her fur back down and sat again.

"<span style='color:green'>There's not much to know. I look like what you see, and I prefer to dress dark to contrast my fur colors. I enjoy studying chemistry and physics, and I don't do much for sports because of that. I'm patial to some activities, like dancing and singing, as well as cleaning because I have a neat freak disorder.</span>" He shrugged after his short explanation.
