teakany felt something. it was cold and it hurt! everything hurt. it said something. she couldn't hear it it was all blurred her vision wasn't any help either. all she saw was a blurry moving shape. her world started to fade to black. then it disapeared taking along with it pain and sounds.
Nudek shook her slightly as her eyes went wide. Teakanys body had gone limp in her arms! <span style='color:darkred'>TEAKANY! TEAKANY! DAMNIT ALL! </span> Nudek wanted to call Hiei... But then again... He needed his rest... She growled and called Rluknyym, since Takjas was out and probably busy... She could feel hid mind link a bit a ways away in his bedroom. <span style='color:darkred'>~RLUKNYYM! I'm sorry to bother you but we've got a problem! You need to get in here! NOW! TEAKANY'S LIKE UNCONCIOUS AND I CAN'T CARRY HER BUY MY SELF!</span> She reached down and felt Teakany's forehead... <span style='color:darkred'>She's burning up!</span>
rluknyym was happily taking a cookie pan out of the ovan when he herd nudeks voice. when he herd the message the pan hit the floor he quickly turned off the ovan and flew as fast as his wing could carry him to the dorm. "i'll be there asap" he reached the dorm and flung the door opan her kneeled beside her and felt her forhead. "damnit..." he picked her up "your gunna have to follow on foot... i won't be able to fly to fast with both of you... " he ran out the door and was just about to take off when he said " meet us at the hospitle and be quick!" with that he took off flying so fast the everything was a blur and all you could hear was the sounds of people protesting to him flying through the corridors. her flew out the front door and dodging trees flew to the hospitle she came through the emergency doors where nurses where there in an instant. "shes burning up!"
nudek cursed and jumped out the window. She hopped over benches, people, shrubes, then the high fence around the grounds. She ran around trees and ran after the link she had with Rluknyym. She hated Rluknyym sometimes... Since he was a vampire he never went into the school hospital wing... She finally reached the hospital doors and fell to her knees... Her legs hurt! She hadn't run that far that fast... EVER! She stood up and walked in. She asked the nurses for the room Rluknyym had gone into. She explaned she was there and needed to be with her. She was her room-mate. She agreed and let her into the room. She sat down on the chair and heaved a huge sigh that she was finally there. She looked at the nurse who walked in and started checking Teakany over.
rluknyym was standing back facing the both of them. he tapped his army boots and had his arms corssed. he waited till the nurse left then said "someone should call hiei... this might be her last day... if she doesn't improve " his throat caught he looked painfuly to the side. and said bitterly "she might not even make it through the night. " this was one place he didn't want a vision. he hopped and praied one didn't come to him. tears he was fighting back glisined in his eyes one ran slowly down his cheek. the baby's would lose thier mother before they were even a year old... teakany would lose her life before she was 21... hiei would lose his life.... teakany... school... he'd have to raise two children... he hoped she lived.... if she didn't... there was no happy ending ever...
Nudek's face had already broken out in tears and her eyes in shock. She nodded and rubbed her eyes. Her head fell into her hands as she contacted Hiei... <span style='color:darkred'>~Hiei... GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED AND GET DOWN HERE TO THE HOSPITAL! TEAKANY'S SICK AND YOU NEED TO HURRY! WE DON'T KNOW...</span> Her voice trailed off in his mind... <span style='color:darkred'>We don't know how long she has...</span> She said crying in her mind to him. ~~~~~ Hiei was awake and grabbing the double baby pack, rubbing his eyes and eyes wide with shock... He took up the babies and tucked them into the carrier with their tiny blankets. They looked at him questioningly. He didn't want to take them but the nurses would take care of them once he got there. He ran out of the window and spread his wings. The babies under him strapped to his midd section... After a bit he arived and rushed into the hospital with both the babies sucking on their blankets... He rushed into the room after handing the babies over to the nurses at the door. He was at teakany's bedside in an instant. He had tears streaming him face as he looked down at her. <span style='color:red'>T...Teakany...</span>
teakany was laying in the bed her eyes shut she was hooked up to quite a few different machines. she was groaning and moving a bit. she was drenched in sweat and even through the black fur you could see she was red. ______ rluknyym looked over his shoulder. he was hiding his emotions.... this was not the time to brake down. they didn't need it right now... "i'm going to get a drink... nudek... would you like to come?" using the line that nudek hadn't closed yet he said "leave them alone for a few minuets.... let them be together for awhile" if rluknyym had spoken these words he would have choaked on them.
Nudek silently nodded and got up from her chair. She walked to the door and put a hand on the door frame. She turned slightly and looked at teakany once more. She shook her head and walked out, closing the door as she left... ~~~~ Hiei was in tears... He had a hard enough time trying to take care of the babys for a little while! Teakany was in a bad condition and he might lose her! Their kids would have no mother and he would never love another... He held her hand and leaned his head on the bed. Wishing he could at least have another day with her... <span style='color:red'>~This cannot be the end... It just... Can't!</span> Tears ran onto the bed from his face that was leaning on her hand.
teakany battled for congesness. her eyes quivered and opaned. she looked around and saw hiei she smiled weakly thern said quitely with difficulty "hiei?" she looked around at all the machines and everything. "what happened? why do i feel so-nah" she had tried to get up but fell back on the pillow. _____ rluknyym started ff into nothingness as he took a sip out of his coffee.
Hiei's teary eyes looked at hers. When she tryed to get up he shook his head. <span style='color:red'>Don't... Don't try to move hun... It might make things worse...</span> He didn't know what elser to say... ~~~~~~ Nudek sat sadly by Rluknyym. Staring at the table in the little kiddy corner waiting space. Her hair hung over her face as she turned her head and wipped tears from her eyes. Her face sank to her knees as she tryed to stop the tears from streaming down her face.
tekany nodded and smiled she lay back down. she started to feel a wave of cold. then warm... she was starting to cool down. _____ rluknyym looked over at nudek. he walked over and knelt infrount of her and gave her a hug. "shes ok..." rluknyym could feel her life force slowly getting stronger. he let her go of the frendly embrace and went back to his seat.
Hiei leaned his head on the bed side and waited. He really couldn't do anything but he was glad to be with her. ~~~~~ Nudek nodded with a sniff and wiped her eyes. She was just scared of losing Teakany. She sat up and sighed.
teakany coughed and cleared out her throat. "could i have some water? my mouths so dry... or uhhh... " she looked aorund uncomfortably. "food...." ______ rlukknyym sat in his chair tapping his feet. "nudek... would you mind if i go home? i want to... that is.... i wanna be there when temrin gets home... and i can feel that teakanys better... and im just really worried..." he heard a scream from the nursary... he smriked already knowing what happened. he got up and walked over to the room where the scream came from. he picked up the twins and bit his lip as a nurse sat there holding a bloody clothe over her finger "sorry bout that.." he turned and went into the waiting room and tranfered the twins onto the chair next to him.
Hiei let out a sigh of relief. She was fine... He nodded and chuckled. The only thing he could offer was water. He handed her a glass of water and sighed as he layed his face down on the tear stained bed sheets. ~~~~~ Nudek took the babies and noded to him. She rocked the kids until they slept.
teakany looked around at the nice clean room. she wa sin heaven. "its all so clean..." she took the water and sipped it "and... quite... " she hadn't heard those words in a long time. she sniffled and coughed again. ___ rluknyym walked out of the hostpitle silently and flew back to the cave.
Hiei chuckled lightly. <span style='color:red'>Heh...</span> He looked at her slightly from his angle and was happy she was fine. ~~~~ Nudek sat outside with the kids, falling asleep with them..
teakany smiled and closed her eyes "i wanna go home..." she was about to fall asleep and she whispered "and hiei.... i love you...." with that she drifted into a shallow sleep.
Hiei smiled and got up. He would let her sleep for a bit before taking her home... He would make sure she was alright... He walked out of the room and shut the door quietly. He looked at Nudek and took the kids from her arms. Both of the kids were sucking their thumbs. <span style='color:red'>~Thank goodness everything is okay...</span> He noticed that Rluknyym had left. He smiled, Rluknyym would always be the first to know that everything was okay... He woulnd't have left it it wasn't.
