1. As soon as the word "traitor" was uttered, that was it. Phoenix's mind ran into overdrive trying to work out what she should do. Her training and Medhsnuja told her that she should kill him, then her heart told her differently. Her heart told her that it could be turned to her advantage. Her kalidoscope eyes swirled thousands of colours as she thought in the silence.
He has chosen SOB over The Lost... That's in his favour..
~My my my... Is Phoenix getting a conscience?~
Oh Tulan shut it
~Tut-tut. Now, are you going to be a sensible girl and let me take over and kill the TRAITOR or are you going to be stupid?~
Since when have I ever done anything sensible?
~... True. So what do you plan on doing?~
I'm.... not sure.
~Well tick-tock! Time doesn't wait forever!!~

Phoenix looked at X-7 square in the eyes. She could see the pitying and pleading look in his organic one. He seemed to be genuine. And she could use it to her advantage..

So.. You were allied with the Shades of Black and The Lost?.... And you wish to remain SOB?....

It was almost like she was saying the words to confirm what she heard and there was another few seconds pause before she sighed deeply

By S.O.B. Code and as Captain of the Army, I should kill you.. But I won't. Providing, you promise me a few things..

Her kalidoscope eyes flickered and there was a hint of mischief in them again but her face was as cold and as serious as ever.

2. X-7 knew that tone of voice didn't sound good, but considering he didn't have much to live for if this failed, it seemed a win win situation. After grimmacing and sinking to his hydraulic knees, as much as his killer instinct told him to strike her down right there and then, he lowered his head.

Thank you... I swear this will not be forgotten... What are your demands?

His computer side was simply screeching at him, well, being a machine it didn't just "scream" things, but it was stressing his chances of survival were critically low.

Illogical maneuver, chances of survival are higher than present number can state. Suggested choice is escape, repeat, suggested choice is escape. Deny demands, deny demands.

He shut the computer down, and sank even lower, so he seemed to be bowing to her.

I renounce any and all connections to any organization, group, faction, alliance, and friendship. I shall do whatever it takes to regain the Shades Of Black's trust.

3. Phoenix watched as he sank on his knees before her like he was worshipping her. She liked that. A hint of amusement and warmth flicked on her face for just a moment, but he wouldn't have been able to see as his head was lowered before her. Phoenix let him finish speaking, knowing that he'd just said that he'd do anything and probably everything she asked. She bent down towards his submissive figure and gently placed her finger under his chin and guided just his head up to look at her. Of course, he got a nice slow view of her breasts too..

I'll hold you to your words... But first, do you trust me? Would you do everything I ask without hesitation or question?

Her voice was soft and sultry again, and her face was a little more comforting. The issue of trust was a tricky one, she realised that. X-7 had probably guessed by now that she had two completely different entities within her. Of course, she knew that perhaps he couldn't trust her completely, I mean she could easily kill him if she was in a foul mood, but she wanted at least 98% trust and the other 2% on guard. She could live with that.

4. X-7 wanted to snarl and hack off her arm right there and then, but he was forced to keep his anger in check, as his chance for true revenge was lying just on the other side of total devotion. As much as it pained him, and as much as he hated having his computer repeatedly call him illogical, he would have to...

I Do... And I shall... As long as it helps me regain your trust, you have mine... I swear to whatever god there is that I will follow you to the ends of the earth for amnesty...

He got halfway up, then slumped down onto one knee again, his other perched on the cement with a mechanical arm on top of it. Bowing his head, he completed the picture of a medieval knight, bowing before his king, or in this case, queen...

Your wish is my command...

He had done it now, he had pledged himself to her, and now there was no way out, besides destruction. He just hoped she wasn't totally cruel as she appeared...

5. Phoenix watched him intently, her kalidoscope eyes swirling at a fairly slow pace of red and orange. Her heart madea little skip when she watched him move to a knight-like pose and she realised that this is probably complete humiliation for him. She allowed him to finish before she knealt on the ground in front of him, on the same level as him now.

Now, with that formality over with, lets lighten the mood again....

She said grinning like a chesire cat before nipping his nose playfully and running her hand down his broad chest.

I won't be cruel to you at all... Unless you betray your word. But I doubt that, especially since it means you lose out on a few things.. And I don't mean the SOB either..

She said sexily and licked her lips before her hand headed towards a certain region on X-7's body suggestively

6. Again?

He was quite astonished by her tenacity. He stood up, and offered her a hand, before grinning, almost stupidly.

Well, if I'm going to follow your every order, I can't really say no can I?

With a click his computer side turned back on, although it had no idea as to the current situation. X-7 gave the order, and it began scanning Phoenix thoroughly. No doubt about it now, she had at least one or two parasite beings within her, otherwise if she was the badass she supposedly was, she wouldn't have let him live. But it might prove to be his advantage, he might be her lowly slave now, but it didn't mean later on there could be a revolution...

Shall we retreat back to the bedroom, my queen?

7. Phoenix laughed softly at his surprise and took his cool metal hand with hers and got up from the floor, his hand offering support.

Thing is, I don't think you really want to say no do you hmm?

She said grinning before nipping his ear playfully.

And don't worry, I won't let Tulan double-cross you...

~What the Hell?! You-~
Can it.
~But you-!~
Shut it Tulan
~But-~
I SAID SHUT IT!

Tulan's voice actually sounded quite hurt for once and Phoenix suddenly felt completely alone in her head. He was sulking. No matter, he'd probably wake up shortly..

Lead the way...

Phoenix said to X-7, happy with how he addressed her. Noone had called her Queen before..

8. That confirmed it. At least one being inside her head. Because obviously what she had just said was a name. Plus the scan had completed only a few seconds before.

Target Phoenix' brain wave patterns suggest partial infestation of a second mind. Recent quote "And don't worry, I won't let Tulan double-cross you" Also supplies significant evidence to support the scan. Parasite is most likely of the daemon origin due to the S.O.B. connection with the dark arts.

X-7 nodded, although to Phoenix he would appear as if he was agreeing with her. Then he slowly meandered towards the bedroom, pulling her gently along with his mechanical forearm. Thinking all the way...
