Sejv groaned, he wasnÂ’t prepared to verse another magic users and they had them at a bit of a disadvantage. He was some what grateful however that they were only apprentices and they magically knowledge paled in comparisons with his. He flung aside the bullets with a well directed burst of concentrated air, bring them to a complete halt. He was mildly surprised at how ell organised they were, they had swiftly disabled most of their attack and he didnÂ’t have the man power to keep them all at bay. So he would summon it. As Jed cut forward he invoked the energies into two swirling white masses that formed into uej hufct each, they rose immediately and began to beat constant waves of pressurised air onto Jahhar and Sabato followed Timaro to keeping them pinned down for a while. Sejv then ran past them as fast as his legs would carry him towards the gate and after the apprentice pyro who was trail blazing her way to the central guild. He did manage to catch up however before she got to far. "Surrender now or you wont survive this girl." He said with a growl, using the element of air he moved as much air away from her as possible in an attempt to starve her flames of oxygen, and her if he was lucky. Then he channelled up some of his remaining energy and focused it into a high pressure beam of water. ... Jed was trying his best to keep the others out of the guild by causing as much havoc as possible, two guild guards had arrived though on the railings above the building and where hailing bullets down onto Kama's position as Jed took the main group head on. With his sword burning he launched it horizontally towards the group, spinning at waist level to cut anything in its path but also setting fire to the air behind it leaving a trail of destruction. Still though conjured up a massive wall of shimmering light, one of the few defensive spells he had to block the entrance to the guild. Before they could attack however he caused a massive deformation in the ground beneath them, in blackened and twisted. The sand becoming almost like black glass as forms wretched forth and tried to grab them and pin them down. Dragging at their heals to pull them into the substance. He breathed heavily as he planned out his next move, lunging at Jahhar with a purple spear this time although it was still clad in flame.
Timaro felt a compression of air around her to hold her in place. However, Timaro then saw Sevj running towards her and then felt the air around her becoming thinner. As the air around her thinned, she broke out of her barrier and was able to move again. Then she saw Sevj firing a blast of water at her. She unleashed the fires trapped inside of her body which were able to counter the blast of water long enough for her to jump on a large nearby boulder. Standing on the boulder, she was able to avoid the blackish sand which was attempting to pull down any intruders as well as the sword. However Timaro wasn't finished as she quickly pulled out three shurikens and held them between her four fingers. She then threw all three of them at once at Sevj. Jahhar felt the compressed air pushing on his body. He powered his augmentations up and felt his strength increasing. He broke free of his barrier with a fair amount of effort and then quickly jumped high into the sky when Jed lunged towards him. He spread his wings and swooped down towards Jed. However, as Jahhar watched from the sky, he saw the blade of Jed slice open Sabato's side, spilling blood in the sand. He also saw that Sabato was stuck in the blackish sand. "I know what will fix them," growled Jahhar as he decended towards Jed. He pulled out two vials with the same chemicals in them and threw one at Jed and the other at Sevj. The liquid, when exposed to the humid sea-air, errupted in flames. The chemicals Jahhar had thrown were oil, sulfer, and quicklime and little bit of tow. Touching the slightest amount of water made it catch on fire. In this case, it was the sea-air which did the trick. Blankets of flames decended apon Jed and Sevj. Jahhar landed two feet away from Jed and drew a katana. When Sabata saw the blackish sand, he quickly put his gun on his back and climbed a tree, feeling a bullet graze him. Once on the top of it, he put a new ammo clip in his gun and started firing bullets at the two guards who had arrived. One of them fell over and the other grabbed at his bleeding side. Kama climbed a tree after Sabata, but he wasn't as skilled a climber as Sabata, so he only reached a high enough point to avoid the sand. He watched Jahhar throwing the chemicals at Sevj and Jed. --- Jusaki's gaze was turned from the arden he was pinning against the wall to Auraron. "How can I trust you?" came Jusaki's reply. Auraron neared the pinned arden and looked behind his left ear. There were engravings which read, Clone #6. There was a bright flash of light emmitted from Jusaki's hands and the clone fell to the floor. "What happened Auraron?" "Words can come later, the rest of the family is trapped...." Auraron told Jusaki the location of the facility. It was in Bhim, hidden in the jungle. "Let's not waste any time," spoke Jusaki after hearing the report from Auraron. He mentally called for two archon which appeared by his side as he left the small cabin he had been in. Jusaki had been in Vivuli. He would reach Gyu in Bhim by sunrise hopefully. Hopefully the other clones wouldn't cause too much trouble at the magic guild, as the clone of Auraron said that they had all gone their tonight. Just in case, however, Jusaki mentally spoke to one of his conjured archon and told it to go seek the magic guild and kill the false Teslos. The creature flew off from outside of the cabin. It would take it some time to get to the magic guild. Hopefully it wouldn't be needed at all to help the guild win the fight...
Sejv growled in fury as Timaro avoided his attacked and only to return with her own barrage of deadly metal, he didnÂ’t have time to re act either, his magical energy getting a little low. He used the protective shielding in his arm robes to help deflect them but to little avail, the three shrunken imbedded themselves in his arm drawing blood and pain. He winced and clutched his arm just as a blanket of flame flew over head. Drawing on desperate and more primeval strength, putting the element of fire into practice he held the flame sin place before sending them to wrap around Timaro in a ball of intense heat. ... Jed snarled at Jahhar as the flames above him where moved away by Sejv, locking eyes with him yet partially watching the Katana in his hand. However he dissipated his spear and shot a different spell at him, a ball of extreme darkness that no light could escape from. It was absorbing everything into the realm of nothing, it moved with uncanny accuracy as Jed guided it to in an instant. As Jed gritted his teeth white he controlled the spell the guards began to pin down the others. The one with the bloody leg with drew a thing stick like object and pointed it at the tree, a lighting blot shot straight form it but zigzagged though the air super heating it as it stuck the base of the tree. It exploded into a shower of sparks and small flames that began to catch alight the tree. More guards began to fill the seen, the apprentices and odd journeymen from the guild kitted out in simple uniform and armour. Most where up high and armed with rifles, showing down a hail of bullets at the two Teslo's in the tree.
Timaro avoided Sevj's blanket of fire, but was not so fortunate as Jed's wave of fire fell on her. She screamed as the flames engulfed her and burned here. "NO!" shouted Jahhar watching his sister burn in flames. Fueled by his anger, Jahhar jumped over the ball of darkness and ran up to Jed, making a long verticle slash from his head to tail. Sabata jumped from the tree and landed in the sand. The electricity shock had shaken him and he had been shot in his left arm by some bullets. However, he was filled with a wave of renewed energy as he saw Sabato, with his side cut open, bleeding openly on the sand. Sabata quickly moved towards Sabato amidst the madness. Kama felt the bullets from guns up above pierce his chest, head, and limbs as he fell from the tree in a pile on the sand. Dead. "Sabato, are you alright?" asked Sabata in an urgent voice. He had drug Sabato away from the main portion of the fight. Sabato coughed, spitting out blood and shook his head. "Sabata-- I don't think we are who we think we are..." replied Sabato weakly. "What do you mean?" asked Sabata. "I... remember... what..." Sabato's voice drifted. "Go... find our creators... Gyuy..." Sabato was dead. "Sabato?" spoke Sabata. The dragon wept over the body of his brother, his twin. Sabata then quickly turned and got up. "BASTARDS!" he shouted before running past Jed and over to Jahhar. He drew the sun katana, which Jahhar was wearing on the left side of the belt. "Sabata, what are you doing?" The blade was white hot as it burned on Sabata's fury. The blade was as so hot, it incinerated Jahhar as soon as Sabata had grabbed it. Then, however, the blade emmited a flash of light so bright. --- After that, Sabata couldn't be seen anywhere. The sand along the beach as far as the eye could see was crystalized. The sun katana was stuck in the sand, and Timaro had died from the last wave of heat emmitted by the katana. All of those dragons who claimed to be Teslos were dead, or so it seemed. The sun peaked over the horizon. --- Auraron and Jusaki boarded a jet headed for Bhim. On the trip there, Auraron spoke to Jusaki. "How long were you trapped?" asked Jusaki. "I think it was three days. Every day, I spoke to the guard of my cell as if he was a good friend. Finally, I was able to convince him to let me out of my cell if only for a few minutes. I assured him that I would do not harm." Auraron shook his head. "I got out, killed the guard, and escaped. I would have freed the rest of the family, but I didn't know where they were locked up." "We'll know soon enough when we get to the place..." murmered Jusaki.
Jed was fighting tooth and nail with Jahhar now as the Teslo clones where slowly dying one by one. He jumped back as the slash was about to dissect him in half, his arms flashing up a shield of dark energy which managed to soften the blow although not stop it. The claws cut through his robes and into his chest giving him mild lacerations over him, causing him to yelp. As he continued to return and doge blows with Jahhar things seemed to slow down, he looked around to see Kama lying down dead, another clone crying over his brothers death. Sejv leaning up against the wall clutching his side while a fire ball lingered in his hand, yet it all didnÂ’t matter. Jed barely had time to react as Sabata incinerated another Teslo and caused the most brilliant flash he had ever seen. And it would have been the last thing he would have seen if he had not shielded himself in a aura of nothing that absorbed the flash, however he could not save any more. ... Magnus dissipated he shield Jed had forged around with guild entrance with one of his own as he strode forth into the battle a little to late. He was just in time however to protect his guild and its occupants from the flash of light generated by the sun katana. He drew on his powers and summoned up a massive glowing white barrier that rippled like water as the light blast into it but it saved at least the guild side of the beach and the guards. He dropped it as the light disappeared and gazed at the mass of destruction, looking over the dead bodies hanging either here or there. He immediately tended to the wounds, healing all he could with another burst of power before barking out orders. "Find out who these people are and how many more of then, assemble our dead and treat them with respect. Burn thereÂ’s." He said with contempt and he did his best not to look shaken by the whole incident, however his mask may have hid hsi emotions it did not get rid of them. He lamented loss of life.
It was soon after that Auraron and Jusaki's jet landed in Bhim. They rented a place to stay for the night once there. Jusaki had sent his second archon to scout out the forest of Bhim and try to find clues to where the base was. Not long after Jusaki and Auraron were settled in their room then the first archon Jusaki had sent off arrived at its destination. Jusaki was notified through a mental link and sat down to meditate so that he might speak through the archon and see through its eyes as if it were a puppet. --- The archon surveyed the beach. Upon spotting Magnus, it walked over to him. Jusaki was midly glad, as it seemed that the magic guild had managed to keep the doplegangers away from the inside of their guild hall. Jusaki, not knowing who the leader was, spoke openly towards the group of dragons present. "I am Jusaki Teslo, speaking through a servant. I come in peace, and I come to apologize," spoke the archon. Jusaki waited intently for a reply.
Magnus was surveying the area as he saw another arden on the beach, instantly he was drawing magic to him self and was quite glad he did, especially when the arden identified himself as another Teslo. He was instantly furious at the nerve of the man too, to openly come up and offer some feeble apology for his family, it was despicable to believe he would even try. Magnus marched over to his with a ball of liquid metal forming around his hand, getting more than ready to throw it. He wasnÂ’t sure yet though since the man seemed to be trying to make some sort of amines, still it didnÂ’t cool down his blood. "An apology, I should bloody expect so. We lost some good men today thanks to the ridiculous actions of you rabid family today. I donÂ’t think there is a single thing you could do that would make the life of those menÂ’s parents any easier when i break the news to them. This is a blood school." He yelled at the man, anger seething through his body.
The archon seemed to not be moved by Magnus' words. Jusaki, who was controlling the archon may have done something to show his sympathy for Magnus, but expressions like that couldn't be communicated easily through an archon. Rather, Jusaki spoke through the archon who said it in a flat, and commanding tone of voice. "Come." The archon walked over to Kama's dead body and picked it up by the throat with one hand. With the other it flipped over the left ear of the corpse. "Its the ears. They mark this dead arden as someone besides my decendant." The archon carried the corpse to Magnus in that same position it had picked it up in. Jusaki used the archon to look around. He spotted the corpse of Sabato, Timaro, but not Jahhar or Sabata. "What happened to Jahhar and Sabata?" The archon didn't look troubled, but on the other side, where Jusaki was controlling the archon, he was slightly bothered that those two bodies couldn't be seen. Yet, he was hoping that they had been disitingrated by a strong form of magic and the two arden's weren't still alive.
Magnus was a little startled at this whole situation, he had never encountered clones before and it left him feeling a bit dazed. He knew they existed of course yet it was quite a different thing to actually see such a thing. He also was a little lost when it came to what actually happened with the others. He hadnÂ’t arrived to see the whole event nor did he know the full details. So instead he called over Sejv. "Sejv come here and tell this man what happened." he said in a very stern and forceful voice, mostly because he didnÂ’t like the feeling of being totally perplexed at something. ... As Sejv walked over he was a little confused as to why Magnus wasnÂ’t killing the other Teslo yet he didnÂ’t argue. he was too busy limping slightly from the wounds he had received earlier, of course Magnus had healed him but the fresh new skin still stung a fair among not to mention the strain on the muscles. As Magnus briefly explained the whole event, IE they had been attacked by clones Sejvs mouth formed a little O shape in surprise and thought. "Well thatÂ’s a odd one..." was all he could mutter. he was mildly relived that they didnÂ’t have to fight the Teslos but he was also a little lost as to who would do such a thing. After all a vase was hardly an excuse to start up a war. "Well Sabata clone went a little loco and jumped on Jahhar clone, and we are not sure why or anything but he used the sword to kill Jahahr and then used it to escape. There is a chance of course that he was killed to but I highly doubt it, the sword he used is still in the glass beach by the way." He said throwing his thumb back in a pointy gesture.
Jusaki closed his eyes, dissapointed at the news that Sabata's clone had escaped. The archon slowly walked over to where the katana was stuck in the ground. It turned to face the ground of magicians. As it pulled the sun katana out of the crystal sand, it spoke in a loud voice so that all on the beach could hear. "Make no mistake about this: the ones who are responsible for this will be punished severely by my family and I. We will not hold back, we will spill their blood as atonement for what they have done. I swear it." After Jusaki's speach through his archon, the archon approached Magnus. "I am sorry that we could not fellowship with each other for some time, but I must go to seek out my family's new enemies. I should hope that we meet again when times are... better." At this, the archon turned to leave and again take flight. OOC: make the next post your last of part I. =p
Magnus look at the Teslo with a little amusement, it was quite a impressive speech with a little hint of biblical vengeance in it. Still he was glad at least someone was tracking them down, he himself would have no idea on how to track down a clone. Well... besides the point it was really there business. "Good luck" He said quietly as the Teslo started to fly off, waiting until he was completely gone. "Right get a scry spell into loads bodies, I want to know exactly where they came from and their complete history. Also the location of where they were produced. We are not just leaving this to them." He said with his full authority back in his force. He was quite chuffed watching the scurry of activity, on a bright side least they knew that they could defend themselves. Sill he smiled as he walked along, eagerly awaiting the scry spells results. Scrying was something Seers could do into an object or person. It told you there history and pretty much anything really if you followed it back enough. He at least wanted to help with this investigation. -END-
