Hathor bent down and scooped up the Cucu like a kitten, it meowed happily. She looked at Meelemar and smiled. "He is yours, my good friend." She stroked the Cucu's head gingerly. She loved her cats, all of them. Each one had a name, she knew their personalities, their linage, and their enemies. They had been the temple's only other occupants till Meelemar came. Sure she had the occasional visitor, but that was once every ten years or so. She stroked the Cucu's head and it purred gently. He was the most quiet out of all of them, he was a great sneak though. He could steal anything, thats what made him useful. He was also one of the younger ones, maybe only 50. Some of the cats were vary old and tended to stay in the other areas. The younger ones hung out here, especially her three favorites. "Who knows maybe he will join us in our stay here." She smirked at the thought, the last male that had been in here was Paush, and that was several months ago. Next time he was in the desert she would send for him. She always does, he usually gets mad but calms down afterward. Toying with his mind is fun to her as he still seeks a reason for the fall of the Anubi. She knew not all his reasons were selfless so she played on that. Toturing, seducing, destroying minds is what she does best.
Amano gasped out roughly and rolled himself over onto his feet before drawing two blades and holding them out infront of himself. That of his eyes darted about the room looking at the opposite creatures that was just a blur to him till his vision decided to agreee with him. He whips his head around and flings blood drops out upon the anicent and dusty floor before stopping and wincing. His hand drifted up and rested at his neck side before slipping that one blade back into the back of his pants and the other remained as is. He vision came back into focus as he stumbled back and came to sit on the throne. His blooded hand came up and rested against his face covering up that of his silver shined eyes from view. "What have you done to me...?" He questioned allowing that of his left eye to come out of the cover of his hand as it flashed. He quirked forth the question once more before he slid that of the blade along the surface of one of the throne arms, grinding the tip against the anicent stone. That of the ruins didn't react with him at all even on first contact with him coming to rest on the chair. His bladed hand came off the arm of the throne and rested against his leg. He drew that of his hand back from his face exposing his metallic eyes to everyone's view. They seemed silver to everyone else but to him at the moment everything was a pink color, even the curves and designs on the walls and pillars. "You must have done something...or else I wouldn't be here still." He spoke once more before dropping eyes down on that of the blood that was on his hand but now also on that of his face. Just about his right eye and on his left cheek.
"What do speak of? We have done nothing...It is yourself that has done something. What it is I know not, you are a very strange creature. Your not a full dragon, not an Anubi, and not quite an Ancient. I know of your kind, I have meddled in their affairs before. I knew of your kind before they existed. Anymore I cannot tell you. The Laws will not allow me." She smirked, she knew too much and she knew it. The blue Cucu had been fiddling with a spear type object and sung very softly. People are dieing, children are crying. I don't care just concentrate Let a snake bite your neck, Let the chills run up and the blood run down Let the chills run up and the blood run down Let your past flash behind your eyes As the blood runs down and the truth becomes clear The gates will open once again As the chills run up. As the venom sets in People are dieing, children are crying. I don't care just concentrate Hathor shot a potent glare at the blue Cucu. She knew the song well, she had taught it to her herself. The cat was rather fond of the song for some reason. Hathor knew what it was about, but once again the Laws forbid her from saying anything.
The muscular pendragon smiled at her offer and made to step forward and feast upon the serpent tailed pendragon. Suddenly the strange pendragon seemed to lounge up. He lurched back, startled and let out a menacing growl. A tiny droplet of the blood fell tentativly on his lip, tempting him. He licked the blood away and let out a pleased sigh beore looking back at Amano. He watched him through one eye. He was acting strangely, swaying and stumbling along. Such a creature Meelemar had never set eyes upon. He opened his mouth slightly, revealing the ever present toothy gleaming grin. "We have done nothing." He echoed, the words formed by low growls, barely audible. He looked around at the small cat who had started to sing. He lifted a heavy paw and waved it back and forth in time with the rythm of the song, also enjoying the melody. Once the singing subsided he walked around behind the throne and to the opposite side. He circled around Amano and then looked from the lady back to him. He stopped and eyed the blood on the pendragon's paw. "What now? Do we still try to make him join us?" He said in a low but flowing and potent voice.
Amano looked over into the direction of the other creature as it seemed to be circling him before he flipped himself up onto that of the top of the stone throne. His silver eyes flased out once more as he slipped the blood covered hand over the ruins that was subscribed on the throne before flip off. He comes down and lands on the ground at the side of a pillar before falling back into it and slowly swinging his blade back and forth. He listened to the words of the others without so much as a look of concern on his face. Shakes his head lightly and looks away from her before closing his blooded paw into a fist and slamming it back against the pillar. "You all think that just cause I have sheaded blood means that I want to join you in this eternal damnnation?" He laughed at their words before slipping away from the pillar and walking over towards the stairs. His eyes drifted back towards the two 'dragons behind him before he looked back ahead towards the enterances of the place.
"Rules are rules, and rules of this kind are not to be broken, you have entered a hidden temple. The rules are simple, those who enter do not come out the same, unless you change in some other way. There is no other choice. Not all changes are apparent some you must find yourself. I will tell you this is a temple of secrets, use this to your advantage...try..." She smiled, she had given many this speech, most of them had failed in their task and either died their by one of the traps or were turned Vampire and never heard from again. See the thing is, the exit would just lead to another room for Amano, but for another Anubi it would be the way out. Only the Anubi and the damned could enter the temple freely and leave with their minds the same. Hathor had driven Anubi preists mad with her riddles and secrecy, those who still knew the location of the temple that is... As it be, many of the temples had thought to be abandoned and like most of the history of the Anubi, lost in time. It is said that there may still be dragons in each of them. It is also thought that there are 13 of them, no Anubi will tell exactly how many there are though, many of them don't even know. So like many things, these legends may never be revealed, until someone breaks the code, which may never happen.
Amano cntinued on his way out without so much as looking back at the creatures really caring what they say. He reaches that of his blood covered paw up and slips it along his hair. Shakes his head a bit and continues till he slipped off into the darkness. A sudden gasp and growl came from the darkness then that of Amano cameflying back out and sliding along the ground unconious. A sudden chuckle came from the darkness then out came that of a four armed Anubian. She smirked as her golden eyes came to rest on that of Amano then she looked up looking to the other Anubian. "So you have broken your restrains...my dear..." the blue flaming female spoke as she reached her upper left hand up and slipped it along her head slowly. Drops her hand away from her head then walks over towards that of Amano slipping her foot along the underside of his chin before drawing back and reaching another of her hands down taking hold of him about the left arm, lifting him up from the floor. "You need to keep your meals...in check." She spoke throwing Amano once more let him drop infront of the bulky 'dragon. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Kyofu! She is there! ^^</td></tr></table>
The heavy pendragon looked up at the approach of the new comer. A party this is... A voice inside his head thought. This was the most company that he remembered having in a while. It seemed to strange to be coincedence...The pendragon shook the thought away and watched the approach of the other. He was almost starting to enjoy the spectacle when the body of Amano came flying over to him. He jumped back lightly, letting him fall to the ground. He let out a low manacing growl at the female for her insult. His face turned crazed and angry and it was clear he was doing his best to keep himself from lounging out and attacking her. "Watch your tounge lest you should choose to loose it." He said, his words almost a growl. He looked down at Amano. He placed a paw on his shoulder and rolled him over on his back. He stepped back and looked over at his master, a little unsure of what to do. He looked back at the female, with his regular crazed expression.
"Kyofu, I should have known you would show up soon...You always do..." She smirked, this was her territory after all. Anubi were forbidden to fight within a temple, it was sacred territory. Killing was not forbidden though. Hathor walked straight up to Kyofu. "After all, this is the depths of the darkest places." She smiled showing her slightly elongated canine teeth. She turned to her rather tense friend and shot a glance that said for her to stay alert, just incase. As this could get interesting real fast. The cats were seemingly on edge, certainly the blue one. The white one pulled itself closer to Hathor, by clawing at the fabric of her dress. She pet it to calm it down. "Having more fun away from the temples and villages are we?" She said rather spitefully. Alluding to the fact that Kyofu had strayed from the old ways, interacting with others not of their kind. She dared not say much more with ears of a outsider so near.
Kyofu disreguard that of the others threat and turned her attention towards the other Anubian with a smirk on her muzzle. She shakes her head lightly and moved up the stairs walking over towards the other Anubian reaching out her upper left hand grazing it along the side of her face gently. "Well being locked up a temple for the biggest part of my life wasn't what I intended...but thanks for asking." She spoke to the other before looking away over towards the muscled 'dragon. Smirks lightly at the fellow as her golden eyes danced across his furred body then dropped down to rest on that of Amano. She turns her golden eyes back to the other Anubian. "You seem to have...been deining your feeding habit my dear, come." She spoke slipping that of her lower left thumb along the upper right wrist slicing it open for her dear Anubian friend so that she could feed upon the dark, ancient enriched blood.
Hathor gave her a respective lick. "A delicacy as always, but I must decline. It is too soon between feasts." She smiled gently. "What brings you to the temple this time love? More have been seeking our help these days. Something is going to happen...something that has everyone on edge. I haven't seen so many nervous Anubi since the months before the Death. I've had more unexpected visitors too..." She said shifting her head toward Amano. "We didn't let all of them out alive...Isn't that right Neadvas? Come this may concern you too..." She smiled at the rather tense dragon. and motioned for him to stand near them, mainly she was still slightly wary of Kyofu. They both had the same love of destruction...but Hathor would have no harm come to her temple. It was not only her home, but she was in someway deeply connected with it. No one quite understands how...but it is almost as if the temple responds to her, like it has a mind of its own. It will react for others and other Anubi, but only after they have Hathor's permission. Its a rather strange thing to behold...
Kyofu released a relaxed hiss before drawing her arm back and slipping her upper left hand over the wound wipping away the ancient blood. She dropped he eyes away from Hathor and glared a bit on the smooth surface of the floor. "Very well my dear Hathor...I respect your limitations on feeding." She spoke with a soft smirk before walking up on Hathor and placing a gentle kiss on her right cheek. Draws back slowly and drops her hands to her sides before crossin that of her lower set of arms over. Kyofu shifted her weight and looked into the direction of the unconious Amano Jaku as he lied there on the ground. "I just happen to have a sudden urge to come and be with the darkness once more. I mean it was bad enough for my fellow Anubians to go and condemned me to the depths of my own temple. Or really...tomb." She spoke thinking back on that fateful day when two pendragons stumbled upon her place of containment. She shook her head lightly and looked over into the direction of the other 'dragon that seemed to be so wary of her. "I haven't the slightest idea of why those of others would be so nervous. I really haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary either." She spoke taking a cloth from about one of her lower arms and ties it about her bleeding arm. Shakes her head lightly and winces once more before turning back to Hathor.
"This is true." The heavy pendragon nodded in agreeance with the comment directed toward him. Obediantly, he left the body of Amano and walked closer into the two pendragon's pressence. He sat slightly away from them, reconizing he was not directly involved in the conversation. Such matters seemed to be beyond him. He was still however, close enough to reach out and touch them both if he so wished, which was a comfort to him. He hung his head lightly but his wide eyes never left Kyofu. He eyed the bloody spot on her arm for a moment but quickly looked back to her face. He had heard of her before, but he had not reconized her. On his own part he did not trust her whole heartedly. His distrust did not come from fear for his safty, or that of Hathor if he had had need to worry for her. But such security did not detour him from his initial instincs.
"Something is going to happen...What it is no one knows, it might be something small or something that will change the way we think. What ever it is, it is big enough that the temple is responding more. I don't know what it could be or when or where it will happen. I just will, and it will cause the world to change." The white Cucu in her arms hopped down and padded over too Neadvas and planted itself right at his leg. It then lightly pawed at it, as if it wanted attention from him. Hathor sighed, she wish she knew more...Mainly so she could find out if havoc will be broken out. She loved panic and general fear. It amazed her how such a thing could exist. She rather enjoyed it, as not only could she get creatures to do what she said, but she also could get an easy meal.
"I don't find it to be really distrubing at all with the whole thing. But whatever it maybe...we Anubians will see through it as we have other problems over the centuries." She spoke as she took a step away from Hathor and moved towards the throne coming to rest on the arm of it. Shakes her head lightly and releases a gentle sigh. She drops her golden eyes down onto that of her hands looking to the years and years of blood that seemed to have never washed away. So much killing in the name of herself? Who would thought. Kyofu looked over into the direction of the small white Cucu and reached out her lower left hand caressing her fingers together to get it to come to her. She slipped her tongue along her lips lightly and looked away from the Cucu as that of Amano's body stirred and began to lift up from the chilled stone floor. "He lives again." She spoke with a smirk slipping her fingers of her upper right paw along that of her upper left forearm. Amano on the other hand gritted his teeth together and spatted on the ground. He winced and looked over into the direction of the four-armed diva. His silver eyes flashing once more before cursing her in the dead and forgotten tongue of the Ramathian. He shifted his weight and lifted himself up onto his knees slowly before lifting up onto his feet with a stumble. Reaches his left hand up and slips it along her face collecting the blood from his long cut wound. "Damn creatures...you think that you can toy with me?" He questioned in a shaky voice as he drew that of his remaining blade closing his fist about it. Kyofu merely shook her head at his comment before dropping her eyes away from him and looking back towards the white Cucu. "Come here little one. Comeon I'm not going to hurt you." She spoke in a slightly soft voice giving the little creature gentle praises.
Neadvas felt the small creature rub against his leg. He lifted his paw away and looked disaprovingly at the cucu. He did not want it to think he would pet it because of such a gesture. Finaly, he gave in and he dropped his paw on the cucu's head and swept it down its fur, pressing letting the massive wieght of his arm rest on the cucu. It wrenched away from him and he smirked. He was releaved as Kyofu called it to her for he could not say he would have enjoyed sitting there having it rub up against him. He listened to the two females intently though he found it a little hard to concentrate. As if to relieve him of his boredom, he shapeshifted once again back into his female counterpart. She at least felt more comfortable in their pressence than he did. Meelemar held her head high as she listened. Then Kyofu brought her attention back to the fallen Amano. She turned her head as he stood up. She eyed the weapon commicaly. "Aparently we do, and have been..." She said under her breath but loud enough for Amano to hear. She smirked devilshly letting her teeth slip out from behind her lips once again.
Kyofu remained in her conversation with Hathor. Paying no attention to Amano as he cursed them and everything. Amano turned his eyes towards the creature that came to speak and spat blood on the ground. "You think that you can try it again?" He spoke to her moving away from where he stood going towards the shape shifting female. His eyes drifted into the direction of the little white Cucu but just shook off the image of it and looked back towards the he approached. That of his tongue whipped out over his bottom lip shortly before he came to a stop infront of Meelemar. He glares a bit down on her and extends that of his blooded paw towards her placing it softly beneath her chin. His silver eyes came locked on that of hers for a short while. He retracked his hand and placed it back to his side just looking to her. The grip on his blade seemed to tighten a bit as it came to go and rest back around behind his backside in the rim of his lower body clothing. "I'm going to give you a choice." He claimed looking out away from her for a short moment then back. "You can either let me go, or...perhaps you could end my life for me." He spoke as his eyes dropped away from her and his left paw swung around behind his back once more taking hold of the blade once more. Amano releases a short sigh and brings his paw back around holding the knife by the blade, facing the handle out away from him. "Go ahead..."
The Cucu ran to Hathor and clung to her dress. Hathor ignored it and turned her attention to Amano "I wouldn't do that...You may never make it out...With or without your body. Like I said, discover something, something secret. Then you may leave. I do not control your future, I just toy with it." She laughed evilly. Her eyes were mad, with that the room changed...the throne disappeared and the walls moved out. The floors changed and became heavily engraved. Hathor, Meelemar, and Kyofu were on a platform high above him. The cats had disappeared. The walls seemed to go up forever, all carved with intricate writing. She turned to Meelemar "It has been high time since we had a chance to have a fight like this, shall you dance?" She then called down to Amano "To exit, you must fight one of us...You may use any of the inscriptions as you wish...That is if you know how to use them." She smirked evily...And then turned to Meelemar "Your choice weapon is in its usual spot along with a few others places I have added this time. He has a wide selection, but I dought he knows how to pull-inscriptions. Do what you wish with him...This could be a challange"
Kyofu shifted her weight turning into the direction of the edge of the platform. She glares a bit and reaches her hands up placing them behind her head walking over towards it and looking down on Amano as he stood there with the same silver gaze as before. She shakes her head lightly and turns away looking back to Hathor. "To give him such an unfair disadvantage...I like it." She spoke before casting out that of her left hand causing crystal shards to leave her fingertips and drop down towards the ground where Amano stood. Amano winced a bit and shook his head as he stood there looking towards the ground still not noticing or really caring to do anything with it. He leans his head back and looks up towards the floating platform at the sound of Hathor's voice as she spoke and noticed the shards as they fell. Remember who you are Amano Jaku. Remember that cursed tail and the nightmarish transformation you take. Amano blinked a bit and watched as the crystal shards came with in contact with the ground changing into large sand dunes and filling out across the temple floor. "No...contest..." he spoke with a smirk before turning towards one of the walls looking to the scriptures.
As the platform rose up Meelemar stood at its edge and looked over it and waved playfully at the shrinking Amano. She smirked happily, glad to be out of that situation. Her first reflex was to grab the blade right there and do away with him but she did not know if such would be acceptable. Besides if that was all the choice he chose to give her, she was not in control of his release so only the one option was left to her. She turned to Hathor when she was addressed, the comical grin still spread across her face. "I shall." She said her toothy grin widening. That she could do. Most of the time she was not quite sure of herself, if she was doing the correct and proper thing. But a fight had no boundaries and anything she chose to do was acceptable. That was how she liked it, unpredictable. She bowed her head to Hathor. "Thank you, my lady." She paused a moment, watching the display of crystal with giddy joy. Then she jumped nimbly down to AmanoÂ’s level, landing flawlessly on her feet in a bipedal stance. She knelt down and placed a paw on one of the inscribed tile of the floor, one that looked familiar and she read the words silently to herself. The inscription faded away. As it did, a long blade tipped staff appeared in MeelemarÂ’s paw. She held it with one hand over her arm and shoulder. She was poised, tensed and ready for a good fight. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Hope the weapon thing is acceptableÂ…I wasnÂ’t quite sure how I was supposed to do that.^^</td></tr></table>
