1. Yuin grinned as she kept on running. "City boy, arent you. You can t even do things the real way anymore, you have to have magic to do everything and anything. Look at you! You're so out of shape that you have to put a haste spell on yourself just to jog. Believe me, if I wanted to go fast, I would go faster than this. And we're going to need ot go faster to catch an Ohayrin, believ you me." She grinned again. "Looks like Ill have to do the hunting and cooking then. Now shush, or if you muust talk, telepath. You'll scare off all the game!"

2. {I am usually faster than this when i am not distracted. And i usually dont run because i can kill it most anything with one slash or spell. so what are we hunting anyway? Why did you not read my mind? i thought that would convince you to take the job or at least be stay around with me for awhile}

3. Yuin igonored Naraku's babble as she concentrated on scenting out a prey worthy of her skill. There...a large male Ohayrin, in its prime by the look of its fine head of antlers, away to the left, browsing as in walked lazily along. Although Yuin could easily have killed it with a single spell-word, she prefered, unless she was absolutely ravenous, which she was not now, to kill her prey the real way. So now, being careful to stay downwind of the unwitting Ohayrin, she crept slowly ever nearer her victim. When she was about 5 yards away from it, it spotted her, and, rearing up abruptly, tried to gallop off. It didnt have a chance. With a leap and a bound, Yuin was off at top speed after it. The Ohayrin had not gone 4 paces before she lunged in for the kill. Leaping onto its back and snarling ferociously, she bit hard into the back of its neck. The Ohayrin stumbled and fell, Yuin leaping clear of its flailing hooves and antlers. Unlike some, she did not bother giving it a mercy stroke to the throat, and instead started eating it alive. First she attacked the tender belly meat, eating great chunkfuls. The Ohayrin's thrashings grew weaker and weaker, and finally stopped altogether. Yuin took no notice, but kept on eating. If she went off with Naraku, who knew when she'd next get a chance at real meat.
As she ate, it came to her that Naraku had said something about cooking the Ohayrin. What did that mean? Didnt cook mean burn? But why would he want to burn the tender meat and ruin it? Surely he didnt think she hunted just for the pleasure? In her primitive clan, meat was hard to come by, and they ate whatever they could, seomtimes even themselves in time of famine. And they always ate their meat raw. Primitive and barbaric, to be sure, but they knew of no other way. And Yuin, growing up with them, had learned their ways. So she ate her meat raw. Among other things.

4. naraku was a bit suprised at this. naraku then made some important mental notes which were: 1. she likes doing everything the hard way. 2.she does not want any of her food cooked,although in his opinion it tasted better that way. 3.although she told me to be nice to nature she is not nice to it."okay you want to eat it raw. i can deal with that"naraku waked up and riped out a piece of meat and started eating it."and to make a point i am not a city boy, i grew up by myself"

5. Again, Yuin ignored Naraku. He was starting to annoy her. She almost wished she had followed Diable and left Naraku in the first place. Maybe she still would. After all, she had just rpovided him with a meal, which he was eating, and he hadnt said a word of thanks. But go figure. It was typical of what she had seen of him so far. But for some reason which she couldnt understand, she didnt pull away as his shoulder brushe hers and stayed there as she ate. The fluttering sensation in her stomach was also irritating, if only because she didnt understand it. She growled softly to herself again, snarling as she tore away at the Ohayrins still-warm flesh. With its blood dribbling down her chin, she looked quite scary, her white fangs flashing in the growing darkness as she ate.

6. "i didnt this this raw would be good. thanks you{must keep thoughts good...clean thoughts,clean thoughts,clean thoughts,clean thoughts,clean thoughts...}"i was still wondering if you want the job. i will pay you double if you want. and dont you still want to kill Diable?"

7. He was definitely getting on her nerves. But the annoying flutter was still there. It was souring her appetite. So she pulled away and trotted off in teh growing darkness to her sleeping-place.

8. okay she difinataly was not lisening to him on propose.naraku snaped his claws and a parchment appeared he started writing on it them folded it so it could fly.he threw it and it landed in the middle of her sleeping area"that should do"he then streched his arms,practiced some elemental magic that he had not mastered yet and waked to her sleeping area so he was 15 feet away and lied down"you still havent read my mind yet"

9. Why was he so obsessed about her reading his mind anyway? Well, if he was that determined... *she reads his mind*. So he had sent her a message, had he? But she didnt probe deeply enough to figure out what was in it. More fun to ask him, especially if he hadnt yet realized that she had 'read' him. "Whats in your message? You can tell me outright you know."

10. "whats the fun in that?"naraku rolles over on the hard ground."okay, okay, its about the business thing and somethin else, you have to read it to find out"

11. Extremely annoying. All flutters were gone by now. Definitely say no to the job. "NO. And if you dont tell me soon and get to the point, I am going ot leave you and your pathetic job and live as I always have done. In fact, I will probably do that in any case." And she turned to go.

12. "WAIT, Yuin...i dont care about the job. all i want is for you to come with me. I will still pay you and you dont have to do a thing. and you can read my intier, all of it, nothing excluded, brain all you want. please?"

13. Yuin did not halt her progress. "I am not going to read you, lamebrain. If you want to say something to me, say it ouright. Coward." And she broke into a jog. She couldnt wait to be rid of him.

14. naraku, now fully dipressed formed some wings and landed right in front of Yuin."Yuin i love you"

15. Yuin was caught totally offguard. She blinked several times rapidly. Finally she said, trying to keep trivial, "Couldnt you have said that right off?" she said peevishly, in an annoyed tone of voice.

16. "you usually dont tell Pendragons that the second you see them"

17. Yuin blinked again. "You dont usually write them letters saying that the first time you meet them either." Then, not knowing what else to do, and wanting to get away from this awkward situation, she jumped about 2 miles away, coincidentally in the direction Diable had taken. She hid herself, once again invisible, high up in a tree branch.

18. {you really dont know the meaning of love do you?}naraku then grew 10 times his size and flew after her{so you really do want to kill that weakly or is it you trying to get that feeling in your stomach away?}

19. {Leave me alone! Get out of my life!} Yuin snarled/shouted telepathically at Naraku. Then she tried a trick she had learned from a friend soon before she had left the Clan. She blanked herself out. Not just physically, but mentally as well. She thought of nothing. She was nothing. If Naraku mind-searched for her now, he wouldnt be able to find her. She also moved about a mile further in case he had 'found' her before.

20. he hated that trick{okay she likes trees lets see}he cast a locater spell.nothing {okay lets see if i can see her}nothing{lets try sent}he sniffs {found you. i knew memorizing everything about her would come in handy}he transforms to his normal size and lands on the tree she is on.{now how do i wake her...hmmmm.......}
