Vex was a natural born fighter and she eyed Gavan harshly. Shut up Gavan...no offense but your little...whatever she is has got to go! She turned at the girl and strided forward evenly, stopping in the girl's personal bubble. That's me for sure, Vex...nice to meet yea. Her mock was just wrong.
Her eyes were icey cold, she didn't like this girl, while she was staring into Vex's eyes, she was atempting a mind spell, a spell that would hold only for 5 minutes, but that would be enough time to give this girl a toung lashing. Gavan who had tried to stop, knew Dewlap, and didn't want to be part of the fight.
She could feel her mind being invaded and instantly she began to struggle. Tensing she gave in, only because she could feel that it wasn't a very powerful spell, and besides she needed her energy. In her mind she spoke to the girl, since of course all girls were telepathic. Bite me you litte witch.
"<span style='color:purple'>I would never to that, I'm not an idiot, now i bet if told that to someone that they would do, but I'm not that stupid</span>" she replied harshly. Gavan, was trying to figure everything out, because, two friends of his, in a fight.
The spell broke and she watched cautiously for the reprecaussions and both herself and the caster. Smirking a bright, momentarily blinding light, cloaked Vex as her body shifted into an immense beast. It appeared almost rapine in image, but obviously Vex wasn't that good to immitate them yet. Digging under ground she laughed, waiting for her moment.
Spreading her wings she grabbed Gavan, so he didn't get hurt, and pulled them atop the pillar that she was on earlier.
Her moleish form could fell the vibration's easily and she migrated to the pillar. Jumping up, her three inch thick and 5 inch long nails slashed through the pillar, knocking it over. Jumping out of the way, that same light cloaked her, as she changed back into her normal self. Gavan get out of the way...I don't want to hurt you.
Opening his wings he flew up into the sky and yelled "<span style='color:green'>Stop this fighting both of you</span>" Dewlap looked up at him and said nothing.
She looked at Gavan and flew up towards him, cocking her head. After all it was her nature to fight, it had been bred into her family. All the Mirkjin's, beside Peiruh, had inherited it.
"<span style='color:green'>Why must you two fight, it's not like you two like it, do you?</span>" he said, hovering in the air.
She shrugged. Actually I don't mind it. Her attitude simmered down a bit and she rolled her eyes at the girl. She didn't mind a good fight at all, but she would stop if only for Gavan.
"<span style='color:purple'>I perfer singing and teaching, but I do know how to defend myself</span>" Dewlap said lazely. "<span style='color:green'>Good, now shake hands or something</span>"
She looked at Gavan as if he had just asked her to rip out her own throat and eat it. Your kidding right? She laughed and looked at them both like it was some kind of joke.
She hovered there in mid air and looked off into space. Well she wasn't gonna be the first to apologize. Snorting she looked at Gavan in disbelief.
She stuck out her hand and the pretty girl nodded and grunted something unintelligable. Fine. You happy now Gavan. She looked at him, her eyes turning soft and almost shy around him.
"<span style='color:green'>You can leave now Dewlap</span>" he said and watched her fly away. "<span style='color:green'>Glad that's over</span>" he thought, landing, and leaning back.
She drew a line in the sand with her toe. Sorry...really I... She looked down. It wasn't a usual thing for her to apologize. Stepping toward him she kissed him and then jumped back onto a big, surprisingly standing building.
"<span style='color:green'>No don't be sorry</span>" he said, then walked over and stood next to her, "<span style='color:green'>I know how you were feeling</span>"
