"Then let me help." he said, embracing her. {...WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING IDIOT. YOU JUST RUINED ANY CHANCE OF BEING FRIENDS.} His mind screamed, making him pull away and continually saying sorry. {Great, just great. She's gonna hate me now.}
Akira looked over at him as she stood up she did not know what he was doing but her insticks told her to back away. So she did.
Lukhan felt terrible and decided to go to sleep, making sure that he couldn't try anything on her again. "Good night." he said softly, walking over to the cliff edge and laying down, going to sleep.
Akira watched him as he fell asleep. She thought she should get some sleep as well but something was troubling her. She then just layed down trying to forget about it and closed her eyes hoping to fall asleep.
Lukhan remebered that akira would need the blanket, so he got up and put it on her. "Sleep well." he said, going back over to the edge, not looking forward to bitter cold that would come around midnight.
Akira opened her eyes slightly watching Lukhan as he returned to sleep. Her fur is more than enough to protect her from the coldest of colds. So she waited a few moments making sure that he was asleep she placed the blanket on him.
Lukhan was a bit suprised at the gesture of caring. "Thanks, no one has ever done that for me." he said, falling into a dreamless sleep.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Next morning</td></tr></table> Lukhan got up, moving the blanket off and noticing that akira was still asleep. {She looks so peaceful, unlike her dreams.} he thought, turning around and watching the sun rise, casting different hues on the sand.
Akira turned onto her back while she was still sleeping. Her wings where spread out ontop of the sand as far as they could be spread (which was about ten feet each.)
Lukhan heard her move, and saw that the sun would wake her up. He expanded his wing to give her shade, trying to make up for last night.
Lukhan turned around, seeing akira scratch herself. {Its just an itch, nothing to worry about.} he thought, sitting down.
As she was squriming around on the ground a rock gabbed into her back. She yelled loudly as she quickly jumped up.
Lukhan jumped a little, suprised by her scream. "You okay?" he asked, still blocking the sun with his wings.
Akira turned and started to search on the ground then picked up a mid sized rock with a sharp point on it. She then started to rub her back as she sat down "ya im fine just wasn't expecting that kind of wake up call."
"Good." he said, turning back towards the sun and looking out over the desert. {I wonder how mad she is for last night?} he thought, shaking his head a little .
