Bakall was furious. What was this woman just trying to pull? Did she like him or did she not? She needed to make up her mind about her emtotions, one second, she leads him on, the other she pulls him away. He got so angry he snapped. Just what the hell are you trying to do? He sighed, the words had to be spoken, Bakall was not one to toy with, he hated wemen pulling about his emotions, it had happened too many times in the past and was still happening at this very second. Just what was she thinking? What stunt was she trying to pull? What would she do next? The thoughts bleed through his mind, he spoke some of them, not to her intentionaly, but he knows she heard them. What the hell is the madder with you? One minuet you seem to care for me, the next, you are just using me! I don't understand you at all! Stop toying with my mind, making me want more, then pulling back, ugh, women drive me crazy! Bakall stormed off infront of her, blocking the path she was walking, he tugged on her arm and made her look him in the eye for just a moment, he then let go, trying to control his anger and hate, he sighed and started walking inside. He knew that she was trying to ease the moment. What if she did in fact mean those words she said? Bakall sighed. A gun the words crossed his mind and wouldn't seem to get out. He sighed and gripped the sword. He could kill her instantly if he so desired. Instead, he tried to calm his fury and lied down to think for awhile. He knew something was outside and wanted to kill the both of them. He would be sure to take care of that, bur right now, all he wanted to do was think.
Setha stared at him indifferently as he started to scream in her face. Who did he think he was? Though she had lead him on that was true. She swallowed the lump in her throat. She watched him walk away, going back to the building. That hadn't worked out very well. She shook her head. She should be happy, isn't that harsh display what she wanted anyway? She wasn't so sure. But she didn't know him that well, she didn't know why, but she felt anger slid along her spine, ringing in her head. "How dare you, IÂ’m not just a toy that you can play with at times. I have a mind of my own, IÂ’m sorry, but I don't know you that well, and your anger towards me is confusing and abusive. I was only being honest! IÂ’m sorry that you think I have lead you on, that was not my intention this morning, but it wonÂ’t happen again. " she had felt the pull of his body, she was still half tingling from the experience. She spoke the words harshly, her own anger flowing from her body, radiating off her. Setha's tail swung with irritation. Yet her heart was thundering in her head. ThatÂ’s true, she didn't know him, and his anger was frightening. Who knows what he might do to her, they were all alone. She stalked past him in a rush, not looking back. How dare he say that! It was insulting, like all he cared about was taz or something, he should have let it go. She would not be yelled at, that was no way to treat a girl. He would never touch her again! Her anger seemed to boil, overflowing. She half wanted to push him out of the way and watch him fall.
Oh how Bakall was furious! He could snap at any moment and kill this woman! She was being quite the b itch. He turned around as she began to yell at him more. He sighed, ready to slap the woman, he shouted back; I know you aren't a toy! Don't think that I am using you for my pleasure! I really cared about you! I know I just met you but really, you are the only one who I can care for right now because apparently we are in some other dimention and I am trying my hardest to find a way out of here. At least we were both warm when in each other's arms. Bakall's voice trailed off as he heard another crash, this time closer. He gripped his sword as it sounded like steps were comming down the hallway towards the room he was in. His eyes squinted as he tried to focus. Everything was getting blurry. As if the being was putting a spell or a poison in his eyes. He gasped for air as he fell to his knees. Setha was out of view. He had no idea what was going on. A mist was in the air as he fell to his hands now, struggling to keep his eyes open he could barely see the figure of the beast comming towards them. He heard something elece brake as everything began to fade into blackness... She ran through the forest... Bakall had fallen into a deep slumber, he began dreaming about his past. About his mother and his old love, Kenyu. Kenyu had died long ago. He had commited suicide. He had tried to stop.. but couldn't. He remembered everything going black like it did moments ago...Was it moments ago when this had happened? He didn't seem to remember... Where was Setha? He didn't see her when everything faded. What if she had poisoned him when she had gave him food? Would she do that? Thoughts crossed his mind as he began to wonder if his eyes would ever open again, if he was slowly dieing. He felt a sharp pain in his arm as it made its way through his body. He couldn't open his mouth to scream out for help. What was hurting him?
Setha wanted to scream out "FINE!" and then stalk away, but that was childish, and how would it solve any of there problems. She cooled her anger, walking up behind him slowly. Turning him around her placed both paws upon his chest, near the quick thudding of his heart. "I know, IÂ’m being a prick, there is only that console I can give you. But I don't want to touch you, yet. ThereÂ’s something about you, it makes my skin tingle and my breath fall. It makes me wonder if itÂ’s different this time." she paused taking a breath, not really knowing what to say, "I have had so many casual affairs, so many, but I want it to be different with you, I at least want to know you first. If I wasn't attracted to you, I probably would have s ex with you. But I am." she sighed, running an arm over her face and wanted to scream with frustration, "Do you understand? I don't really myself, or what IÂ’m trying to explain to you, it doesnÂ’t make any sense. I just want to know you first. I want things to be different." Setha fell silent. Suddenly out of nowhere there came a large crash in the distance. She could feel Bakall jump out of his skin, and her own wasn't unaffected by it. She moved back reluctantly, feeling slightly light headed from telling him her emotions. Bakall shuddered violently and fell to the ground. Setha felt the scream in the back of her throat but nothing came. She made a silent "O" with her mouth as she watched him fall. Reaching out she tried to catch him, almost falling under his weight. "Bakall! Bakall, shhhiiit!!" she fell, her knees brought up to her chest to slam into her upper body. It took her breath from her. She got up from the dust, looking down at the fallen male. A large slab of glass had punctured his arm all the way through. There was blood soaking the soil. "Bakall!" she screamed again rushing down to meet him. His breathing was labored. Wait, slow down, she told her self. She was panicking, and that wouldn't save him. She decided that nothing would wake him up, such as a slap or water if the large piece of glass was any testimony. She screamed out into the night air, "whoever's out there, help us now! Help us now or I will kill you, damnit! What are you doing?" she shrieked madly falling up on all fours. "someone, anyone." she mewed pitifully. There were tight tears in her eyes. She couldn't save him, not alone...
occ: What is in Italic is dreaming. The paragraph after is about him waking up and remembering his past, or what he did while Setha went away to do..something. Just clearing that up o.o;; Bakall had felt like he was drowning, seeing his mother drop into the lake. He stopped breathing momentarily. His heart trembled as the bubbles made their way around the water. He couldn't move. The tingling sensation in his arm hurt badly. He felt something or someone try to pick his body up. He didn't know where he was in this dream. Suddenly, it appeared as if he was out of the water and falling from the air, from a castle. He felt his body falling backwards. He tried to reach his hand out or atleast to cry for help, but nothing escaped from the chambers inside his throught. A silent cry made its way through the waves of clouds that appeared to be endless. Gasping for air, Bakall opened his eyes to meet Setha. He looked at her. He was laying on a rust and dusty bed. The sheets were filthy, covered in soot. His hand met his throught. It felt as if he was being choked.. Was his past coming back to him? It wasn't clear. He couldn't even remember how he had passed out. He remembed the smell of blood in the air and pressing his fingers on the back of his head to feel the stickyness of his blood-stained hair. His eyes were terrifyed as he pulled Setha down to him to hug her. He had now idea how the flesh on his head had split to spread blood. It was all confusing, didn't make any sence at all. I don't know what happened to me... He began, feeling the bandage around his head. I don't know how this happened...Something must have hit my head.. but it was like there was some kind of substance in the air trying to make me fall. His voice trailed off as he looked at a kitten on the edge of the bed. He sighed as his eyes met the snoring kitten, resting on his feet. You have got to be joking... He sighed as his hand fell on the kittens head. This must have made all of the crashing noises... Once again, his voice had trailed off. He looked at Setha. You must think I am an idiot for being scared of this.. He sighed once more and let his head hit the softness of his jacket he had taken off earlier. You know, I like you too. That was a reason I wanted to get mad. I guess I couldn't control myself. We should wait awhile before we ever start anything. He smiled too her. His eyes were glowing once again. He didn't let his eyes blink. Flashbacks of seeing his mothers dead body was still in vision and he had no intention of thinking about that moment ever again... occ: I know it is really dumb!! Haha I couldn't think of anything better and I dont think that anyone would have joined it.
Occ: I think itÂ’s sweet!!! I love this side off him. Lol. Kitten... Setha stood and starred at him with almost complete wonder. She felt her heart attach to him strangely enough after his fall. She petted the kitten that lay at his side, the small body stretched and sighed licking his hand gently. It was beautiful, the way his beauty was reflected in everything he did. Setha slowly walked around to his side laying one hand upon his cheek and the other on his forehead to rest lightly against his flushed skin. He felt warm, feverish. She laughed as he spoke those words, "I don't think youÂ’re stupid, maybe a little careless. You feel like your burning up, like your ill. And you are, you look terrible. You shouldn't have risked your life for me like that, you could have been killed." her voice got soft and quiet as she finished, a small tinge of color creeping up into her cheeks. "it was a natural reaction for anyone to take, besides, you have a hot temperature, its amazing that you could have stood at all." She looked down at him, her eyes shinning with a light she didn't and couldn't hide. Then he spoke softly in her ears, "You know, I like you too. That was a reason I wanted to get mad. I guess I couldn't control myself. We should wait awhile before we ever start anything. Setha felt herself grow warmer at his open honesty. Her hands trembling she caressed his cheek gently, lifting the silky hair out of his eyes. She was beginning to care and it scared the hell out of her. She couldnÂ’t help but then think off their predicament that they were in. Suddenly she laughed her face went from beautiful to enchanting as the lines of her face melded to become something better, "It was a cat! A cat! Though, I had been so scared, I thought then and there that we would both die." her shocked laughter died away. The look in his eyes made Setha's breath come sharp and surprised into her lungs.
Feeling her cold hand against Bakall's cheek made him feel better than he had before. He looked to Setha and watched as she took care of him. Shivering, he pulled the blankets closer to his body. He felt his face warming up once more. Letting go of the blankets once they were over his body, he looked to the kitten. What an idiot He thought to himself, about himself. Petting the kitten he pulled it onto his chest then looked up at Setha and stuck out his tongue. Man, we are a bunch of losers. He laughed gently as he looked up at her. She was looking down at him, she seemed nervous in someway. It's getting late. That or I am just tired. I don't know what's the matter with me. My body ackes and burns. I can't tell if it is morning or night here. This place must be some kind of prallex world of the ruins...Once I get better, I can try to get us out of here... His voice trailed off as the cut on his head and arm stung. Squeezing his eyes closed, he opened them and looked to Setha. He pulled her into his bed and put an arm around her. He looked up at the celing and watched as moments went by. He knew that he wouldn't be able to sleep this night. He didn't want the flashbacks to happen again...Why did they have to happen in the first place? He took a deep breath. As he did so the kitten on his stomach rolled off onto Setha. He looked over and saw her sleeping. He ran his finger tips through her hair and watched her. If only I didn't have to wait...If only you could be mine at this very moment...You don't know how happy this would make me. He placed a small and soft kiss upon her forehead. He sat himself up and slowly made his way out of the bed, trying not to make the rust squeek or worse, break. As he stood, he covered her with the blankey and pet the kitten, then made his way over to her bag that was laying on the cold floor. He felt the dust make its way through the air every step he took. The cold was like fog through the air. He could barely breath. He shuffled through her bag, looking for something to eat. He saw the gun. A flashback of his mother ran through his head. Letting out a gasp he through the gun. It skitted across the cold ground and hit the wall. Dust spattered in every direction. Taking another deep breath, Bakall kept digging through Setha's bag. He didn't want to seem rude, but he needed water at least. He pulled out clothes and finally found himself water. He drank half of it then made his way over to the bed. He looked at the lit flashlight that was shining on the gun. He sighed and took the flashlight and shun it around the room. The both of them must have been in a hospital. That must have been where she got the bandages. There were beds scattered around the room. The faint smell of blood rose in the air. That made him all the more hungry. How he wanted an animal to clench his teeth into. He turned the flashlight off and set it onto the night-stand next to the bed. He crawled in and put an arm around Setha. Kissing her neck, then forehead again, he fell asleep, not willingly. There was a strong smell of blood that rose through the air. The sun made its way through the blinds of the small window. Bakall opened his eyes. His mother stood over him smiling, holding a bowl of soup. Bakall, darling, you have a fever. Take this, I am sure it will make you feel better. She held out the soup. Blood was all over her hands. She smiled down on him, as if she cared, but he knew she didn't care at all. She didn't care if he lived or died. Trying to make her satisfyed, he took the soop into his hands then looked up to his mother. She began to fade away into the shadows. The sun faded and everything went black from the light warm feeling Bakall had. His mother was trying to kill him
Setha laughed, it was true, they both were losers with a capital L. but still, they were in some alternate dimension, and normal people wouldn't jump at the sound of cats or pass out for that matter. And apparently, they werenÂ’t normal at all. She let him pull her into his bed, her heart thumping as his thumb traced her collarbone. But the caresses he gave her were not intimate or meant to arouse in any way. Then why did she feel like kissing him instead of holding his hand? She lay next to the warm hum of his body, nodding off to sleep as he spoke. She curled her hands around his waist, he was strong, large and buffer than most. Somehow this wasn't pleasing as it normally would have been. In fact if he had been less attractive and more roly-poly she wouldn't have cared. His bare chest was rather intriguing but she bit down the urge to run her paws over his vast expanse of muscle. she murmured just before she fell asleep, it sounded a lot like, "Sha ymli num E lyba et sha num fhy vuemst emsy u rlyypi natt ybaj cessamt... she mumbled softly, but he didn't hear and she didn't really listen any way.
Bakall's eyes opened slightly, he decided it would be wise to take watch, incase there was something far worse than a kitten out to get the both of them. His eyes drew out the outline of the room and what it seemed to be. There was little light beaming out through the window. Glass shards were all along the bottom of the cold and wistful ground. He let out a sigh, and stood to his feet. He knew that he needed sleep and he knew that he hadn't gotten sleep in a long time. Making his way out of the barely warm bed, Bakall stood to his feet and felt his forehead. It was damp with sweat and warm. He felt cold, however. Nothing made since to him, not here anyway. He tried his hardest not to think about anything other than breathing swiftly and quietly. He looked over to Setha as she lay silently sleeping. His Ramathian tongue was not very good, then again, he never needed to use it. His best tongue was common. Because it was the most common one he used! The night was long and most awkwardly warm. He was used to the cold biting at him, clawing at him, not letting him get an ounce of warmth. Perhaps he was just getting used to it all. Letting out a small yawn, he thought it pointless to stay up if nothing was stirring. He let himself back into bed, but couldnÂ’t help but ponder their situation and how they would get home. He looked at the kitten that was the only thing between Setha and him. If they were in the apocalyptic time, how would the kitten be alive? Were there others out there that must have survived the apocalypse? Well there must have been or else Ramath-Lehi wouldn't be how it was today. He decided, when the both of them woke up, they would wander and look for others that might have survived.
