Sidarta's eyes turned a steely gray. This was a bad sign that he was getting annoyed. He was fed up with the stupid entropy, he was fed up with the stupid rubber ducks that were plaguing them, he was fed up with the stupid concrete donkeys trying to kill them. The least entropy could do was come up with something original! He pushed past Vea, entering the angry ducks with equally angry claws unsheathed. Ducks flew everywhere. However they couldn't really fly, they were rubber ducks afterall. After sevral minutes of this frenzy ducks were waddling off as fast as they could go, leaving Sidarta to attack a decoy, a stone rubber duck in the middle of what used to be the flock. He turned.
Vea's jaw dropped and her eyes filled with wonder as she watched the rubber ducks bounce away frantically. Despite their best efforts, they couldn't help but collide into each other as they tried to get away, sending more and more of their rubbery companions off trajectory. Their distressed quacks were music to her ears and soon the air was filled with her laughter. Mirth overpowering her, she found herself on her back, on the floor, shaking uncontrollably. "Did you... SEE them!" Vea cried breathlessly, "That was priceless!" Then, when she had regained a bit of her composure, she sat up. "Thank you Sidarta, I don't think I've laughed this much in a very long time!"
