1. Sieben reaches his hand up and runs it alone his head slowly and thinks to himself for a short moment before looking back to the female. Shakes his head slowly and sighs. "No, I lost one of my wings in the fall, so flying would be out of the question dear. But I want you to stay there, I'm coming back up to greet you. Give me a few moments." Sieben turned his eyes away from Okkie and looked over towards the stairs that lead back up. Licks his lips a bit then walks over them, turns to go up. Kneels down slightly before going then begins to rush up the steps lightly, barely touching them as he goes.

Upon coming to the point that he fell, Sieben comes to a slidiing stop and stands at the edge of the broke stairs on the oppsite side away from Okkie. Looks down upon a step in the center of them both then puts a foot out onto it. Reaches his hand out to Okkie slowly from where he stood then looked to her glowing face in the light. Extends his hand out to her slowly and grins slightly. "Comeon, I will help you across. I promise you that I won't let anything happen to you." Keeps his missing wing turned away from her as he continues to look to her, waiting for her to take hold of his hand.

  2. She winced, when he spoke so nonchalantly of his destroyed wing, and tried not to picture bloody bone and gristle thrusting from his back, trailing carmine liquid on the wreckage of the stairs. Okkie tried to make all grisly images flee from her mind, and focused instead on Sieben’s word, and his brave attempt at mounting the sketchy steps. She was a bundle of high nerves as she watched and waited, but each heartbeat became more solid and steady as the vampiric pendragon emerged into the light and eventually stood on the stair just a step or two below her own.

“What? Wait. Am I high, or did you just say you wanted me to cross over there? Why? Where would we go? Is there something down there?”

This was Okkie’s bewildered response as Sieben stretched out a hand, and she made no movement to take it. Instead, she pocketed the gem he had given her, throwing them into shadows, and wiped her palms on her dark pants. Unsure of what to say, to do.

  3. Sieben draws his hand back slowly and drops it to his side as he watched Okkie vainish into the shadows. Shakes his head slowly then turns away from her heading back down the stairs to the bottom. A kind of cold and meanless voice errupts from within his being as he continues downstairs. "Go home then...if you don't want to continue on my dear." He comes to a stop then sits down on the steps leaning back against the wall, watching the darkness stick to his body and flood over Okkie standing up at the broke steps above him. Reaches into his pocket of his pants and draws a ciggrette. Places it between his lips and lights it up, taking slowly and deep drags from it. Leans his head back against the wall of the tower. All that was visiable was the ember that burned at the end of his cig.

  4. A single caramel ear pinned back at Sieben’s response, and her disgust for the male came flooding back into Okkie. His reply had been unnecessarily bitter and cold-shouldered, and its tone somehow reached under the female’s skin. Had she not tossed them into darkness only moments before, both middle fingers would have been raised in stark rebellion, right in his face. As it were, the pair or pendragons was stuck in the murk, and all ’Kie could do in way of reaction was unleash an unsettled, guttural growl.

“Dunno what crawled up your ass and died. I love exploring, I love danger, and I love risk. But you’ve ruined this particular adventure. I’d rather go sit on my ass in my dormitory than continue this stupidity with you.”

At the beginning of their encounter, she’d maltreated him with the same disregard and blunt hostility. Then, Okkie had somehow sobered up and gotten along with Sieben for a little while. But now they were back at square one — the Kanji-marked youth glaring at the male, then turning her slender back to him. She snapped her creamy mocha tail as she started back up the stairs, her full intentions to leave him there, alone for his petty little trip into the past.

  5. Sieben set there on the steps looking to the walls that have been inked in blood. Licks his lips slowly and sighs as his mind wandered. Looked back over his shoulder at Okkie as she turned her back to him. "I'm sorry my dear. I was in a different state of mind." Looks away from her slowly then stands up from the steps. Removes his ruined shirt and throws it over the stairs then turns back to her once more. "Can you please...forgive me? Please?" He asked her in a softly, seductive voice.

  6. But she’d already reached the top of the stairs, had padded back down the dim hallway, was now once again standing in the first tower. There, she found a small hole in the wall, covered in bird excrement, and she carefully peeked out. The ruins spread out beneath her, as Okkie gracefully maneuvered out of the slit in the stones and teetered there on the slippery ledge. She could hear the tiniest trace of Sieben, trying to beckon her back with apologies, but ’Kie was high and irrational. Thus, she ignored everything, and leapt into the air, her white wings crashing open to carry her out and over the ruins. Where she began to circle, just peering at the remnants of history.

  7. Shakes his head slowly noticing that she was already gone then heads on down back to searching the ruins. Looks about slowly and appraoches a door at the bottom of the stairs. Attempts to pulls it out but fails. Growls then draws his fist back slowly, eyes burning a bright red. Then within an instant he slams his fist into the door nd causes it to explode, throwing pieces of stone all over the place. WAlks through the opens and back into the sun once more. Glares up at the skies and sighs slightly seeing Okkie flying over head. Shakes his head slowly then continued on walking.

  8. It was just about time for Okkie to break the circle and launch away, her snowy wings cleaving the shimmering Mia air. Her muscles were stretched and warmed up, and she was just about to point her muzzle to Swaraj and scream off like a falcon, when an explosion sounded beneath her. Two flashing blue eyes fell on the towers below, and the female watched as Sieben emerged from the wreckage that had been a door only moments ago. Her lips curled into a sneer and she swooped with an echoing cry, pulling a button from her pocket and chucking it directly at the male. Okkie then climbed the sky again, pitched and rolled in the air, and zoomed off, her wingtips waxing silver beneath the opaque light. Leaving Sieben to remember the past… alone.

  9. As Okkie tossed the button at him and speeded off, Sieben spinned around and took hold of the falling object and watched Okkie vainish off into the distances. Crushes the button in his head and smirked as she left. "Dypt tgaap ni pauj Yccea. Hyga dyyp vyjsoma vempt iyo." Lowered his eyes away from her then continued off into the ruins. Places his hands into his pant pockets and looked about slowly for any traces of his old clan or something in the place.
