Speaking of pancakes, this guy came and catered at my church a few weeks ago. When you go to get pancakes from him, he will make you catch pancakes in your plate. I made up for missing Pancake Tuesday on Friday. :) My boy and I ended up going to a Dutch pancake place for lunch. Mm. I think I've had my pancake quota for at least another three to four months.
IHOP celebrates Pancake Day a week later. Apparently, they are giving away a Short Stack for free (3 Buttermilk Pancakes) this Tuesday. They are taking donations though.. some charity that they do every year. I know where I'm going for lunch and dinner.
