(OOC: I'd end up slowing you guys down [ this is the first chance i've had to post. Job hunting and whatnot ], so I'll stay out of it. ^^)
OOC: Okay, in that case it's starbaby's turn. although I don't exactly mind waiting star might i don't know, she'll pm you or something.
As soon as she reached the end of the academy grounds, Kataari spread her angelic bright blue wings and flew south, to Gyakusatsu Forest. She could vaguely hear Hali calling her, but she was too intent on finding Sohco.
<span style='color:red'>Oh my god this is not helping</span> Hali thought. She knew she was no match to a flying 'dragon, her wings weren't nearly as large. Before Katarri could get too far out of reach Hali sent out a eb of electricity. She knew that it was too much strain a secon after she shot it out. With any luck she wouldn't fall out of the sky. Seeing the sparks surround Katarri she pulled them inward as she went into a steep dive.
Suddenly, Kataari felt as if chains were pulling her back. She flapped her wings harder, but to no avail. She turned around and saw Hali throwing sparks and then starting to plummet. <span style='color:purple'>"What the-? Oh my God..."</span> Kataari flew downwards and caught Hali before she fell out of the sky. <span style='color:purple'>"What are you doing?"</span> she screamed.
<span style='color:red'>"Keeping you from doing something stupid!"</span> Hali yelled. Unbidden dark blue flames surrounded her. She tried to make them receed, but to no avial. She swore profusely under her breath as she tried to calm herself. She could tell she was probably burning Katarri. <span style='color:red'>"Put me down dammit!"</span> She yelled
<span style='color:purple'>Okay,</span> Kataari said dropping Hali. She watched her plummet to the ground and die. Kataari shook her head of that thought. <span style='color:purple'>God I hope Leah doen't try to get that outta me.</span> <span style='color:purple'>"Why would I be doing something stupid? You're the one who was trying to teach him, and look at you! You can't even control your pyrokinesis now!"</span> She barely felt the flames burning her. <span style='color:purple'>"Now, you are gonna let me go see Sohco, and come with me, or I will drop you here and kill you. OK?"</span>
Hali felt her self falling, time seemed to stop. Then three inches from the hard ground she stopped. Everything went blank for a few seconds and then she felt herself rise. She began to think rationally once again. Her fury was unmatched as the flames engulfed her. Sparks also danced around her figure. She began to rise slowly, picking up speed the farther she got from the ground. Her eyes began to glow with such force it became impossible to look directly at them. Once she was level with Katarri droplets of azure poison fell from her talons, scorching the tree tops below. She listened as the leaves and branches sizzled. Her tail flicked back and forth behind her, the spines making a whooshing noise as they cut through the air. She lashed out, her tail flame scorching the bottoms of Katarri's pants and her spines cutting at her ankles. <span style='color:red'>"You don't know what lives here. They can maul you more effectivly than I can and they are much more merciless,"</span> Hali said, her voice seething with rage.
<span style='color:purple'>"I can handle myself just fine, and of course I know what lives here. I spent a few nights in the forest when he burned my house down, but I didn't live in his tree thing. That was two years ago, and I'm still here, and I'm going to see Sohco. You can't stop me. I have to hear it for myself."</span> Kataari was getting tired from flapping her wings, so she lowered herself and walked into the forest.
Hali shook her head in digust. <span style='color:red'>"Okay two small details i need to point out to you. One, you are going due north Socho's place is in the opposite direction. Two you are in were territory. Now then before you get a chance to kill yourself."</span> Hali, still in the air, grabbed Katarri's shoulders and pulled her upward, her claws might have punctured Kat's skin. <span style='color:red'>Oh well, most that can happen is she goes unconsious,"</span> She thought.
"Well then fine, you do realise that I haven't seen him in years so if you remember, please take... me... to..." she trailed off, knocked unconcious by the poison in Hali's claws.
Hali hoisted Kat higher as she fell unconsious. <span style='color:red'>Wonderful</span> She thought sarcastically. She continued to fly back to the clearing. Once she reached it she let Kat's feet touch the ground before leaning her against a tree so she could try to open the door to Socho's practice spot. <span style='color:red'>Now what did he say again?</span> She thought <span style='color:red'>"Oh yes, veja vjyn hall, doepa ni uen, las ni veja woall, jyodham sha duna."</span> She still had no idea what the words meant, but as long as they got her there she didn't really care. The blackened tree spun around once more and engulfed both her and Katarri in darkness. She shouted both of their names and was in the same room once again. Although this time she had Katarri with her, but Kat was unconsious. She didn't know how Socho would like that, but oh well. -end- Next thread in the Gyakusatsu
