<span style='color:purple'>You aren't the only one</span> He said, smiling back at her and scratching her under her chin. <span style='color:purple'>Lets get this over with</span> He said, opening the door and waiting for her.
Nyx nodded and stepped out the door. She couldn't help but, smile. She felt better than she had in years. "Ready, when you are." She said, quietly.
As they walked down the stairs, Raizan's parents were at the bottom, smirking. "So...it IS due 50 days from now" His mom said, looking at them knowingly. <span style='color:purple'>Um...well...er...maybe?</span> Raizan stuttered, blushing so furiously that one could see it through his fur.
Nyx blushed and took Raizan's hand. She gave him a mischevious smile. She turned and looked at them, and said,"What makes you so sure, that we weren't just talking?" She pressed her laughter down deep inside, if he cracked a smile, they would instantly know the truth.
"Because we heard you two, you aren't as quiet as you think" His dad said, still smirking at them. Raizan kept a stoic face, not revealing anything. <span style='color:purple'>...You never fixed that squeak in the bed, did you?</span> He asked, hoping he was wrong "Nope" His dad said, knowing that there was only one reason he would ask.
Nyx squeezed Raizan's hand. She glanced at him and shrugged her shoulders. She shifted her weight slightly, so that she could lean against the wall comfortably since, they were still standing on the stairs. She still held in her laughter, which for some reason was just filling her insides. She wasn't quite sure why she found this so funny but, she did.
<span style='color:purple'>...Um...</span> Raizan said, Scratching behind his head and smiling. THis was very very awkward for him. "I'll wash your sheets now" His mom said, smiling at them and rolling her eyes.
Nyx straightened herself back up. She looked past them towards the couch. She leaned in close to Raizan and nuzzled his neck. She whispered, "Why don't we move over to the couch and sit down, I mean no matter how long we deny it. Your parents are aware of what is going on."
<span style='color:purple'>Ok, you got us.</span> He said, rolling his eyes and sighing, knowing that she was right.
Nyx shook her head in agreement. She dropped Raizans hand, and walked over to the couch and sat down. She looked over at him, to his parents and then down at the ground. This was the closest, to a happy family reunion that she had ever known.
"We thought so" His mom said, sitting in one of the chairs as raizan sat next to nyx, one of his arms around her. "So, how was it" She asked, causing raizan's eyes to widen and almost choke on his own spit again.
Nyx looked up at her and raised an eyebrow. She asked in a quiet voice,"No offense but, what business of that is yours? I mean after all, it is between Raizan and I." She looked directly at her, waiting for a response.
"I just said it to get rai-rai choked up... although it worked better than I hoped" His mom said, noting that raizan had stopped coughing. <span style='color:purple'>No, ya think?</span> He said in response to his mom's statement. She did this, not to be mean, but to show her affection and tease him.
Nyx leaned against Raizan. She forced herself to smile. She wasn't sure if she liked this style of teasing. She closed her eyes for a moment, and then opened them again.
"I'm sorry if I offened you, we are just used to teasing little rai-rai alone." His mom said to nyx, trying to make amends.
"I guess we do, rai-rai, have you been teasing her?" She asked, looking at raizan and causing him to blush a little. <span style='color:purple'>Maybe</span>
Nyx couldn't help but, laugh as Raizan blushed. She pulled his hand close. "What good is having someone you care for, if you can't tease them some?" She said with a smile. She whispered,"I don't mind how you tease me."
<span style='color:purple'>She is right mom... sooooo, why did I find this in my room?</span> He said, holding up a small black book, his mom's eyes widening. <span style='color:purple'>Lets see, mia 36, 81380, I have the feeling that little rai-rai was engaed in some activities involving a member of the female persuasion, although I was busy with...</span> Was as far as he was able to read before his mom snatched it away from him and blushed.
Nyx looked over at Raizan, then back to his mother. She just smiled. "Sounds interesting, I wonder busy with, what." She said, in a teasing manner.
