"Planned? Well, nothing really." She looked up in thought for a moment then snapped her fingers. "I have to go babysit the twins later on. But its not for a while now. Other than that, i really dont have anything to do other than a little bit of homework that i'll do after supper..." She said looking at him, and shrugging. Her heart still felt like it was being ripped apart over and over again, but thanks to the subject change at that moment she was starting to feel better. She had her emotions in check now, which she was greatly thankful to him for that. Then at once she remembered, "Did you already tell me your name? Because if you did... I forgot... " She chuckled and looked down, slightly embarassed by her sudden memory failure. Looking back up slightly once again, she raised a paw to remove a lock of hair that had gotton stuck around her golden horn that protruded from the center of her forhead.
Lonbak grinned happily,"My name is Lonbak, and even I dont remember telling you." He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small coin. Flicking it up into the air absent mindly, "Who are the twins?" He asked politely, and a little to blunt by accident.
Kailea flicked her ears back in question. "The twins? Oh, They are my brothers children." She smiled politely. "They are really adorible. I usually try and help out when i can because my brother is still in school. HAving the twins has taken a big toll on him." She hoped Hiei could get some sleep for a bit while she watched them... Teakany too. They have classes as well as being parents.
Lonbak smiled,"One day I would like to have kids of my own one day. But now Im haveing second thoughts." He smiled, always smiling. He flipped the coin a few more times, then made it look like he caught it in his right hand. Then he began flipping it on his left hand, a little trick he picked up from a friend.
Kailea tilted her head to one side, curious as to what exactly Lonbak was doing. "Um... What are you doing?" She watched the coin being tossed, her eyes watching it like fish to a finger on the glass. Taking her eyes off the shiney peice of metal, she looked back down at the locket and sighed. Lifting it she reached around her neck with each end in an attempt to hook the locks together.
"Here, let me get that." He reached behind her neck and clicked the to ends together. "There, beautiful." He smiled, still absent mindly tossing the coin up in the air, making it appear in one hand and then appear in the next. He grinned, moving the coin back and forth between flips with slight of hand.
"Thank you." She smiled slightly down at the locket part that she held in her palm. Running her finger along it she could feel her friends name inscribed on the back. Letting out another sigh she lifted her hands from the locket and stretched her arms up in the air. She then yawned and then looked back to the coin... Still not getting an answer fron Lonbak.
"A little trick my friend taught me." He flipped the coin in his right hand and when caught it flipped the same coin in his left. It baffled him for months when he first saw it. "Only trick I know, I want to take some of the different Fronima magics but I can never find the time."
"No time? What else do you do?" She asked, curious as to what this person did that would leave them with no free time. She shifted herself onto her knees for a second then put them back the way they were before. She leaned agianst the tree and from habbit, ran her fingers along her hair line, making sure her hair wasn't wrapped aroung her horn.
"Mainly what Im doing now." He blushed lightly, not many people were told this. "I try to help people, makes me feel happy." He chuckled out of nervousness. He couldn't explain why now, in front of one person, a child, he was nervous. He tried to shake it off.
A small smile crept onto her face. "Oh? Well you certainly helped me. Thank you..." She looked down at her feet, she felt strange saying it, for some reason. She was strange that way. She was embarassed for the wierdest reasons and it bugged her. There seemed to be a looming silence. She knew if she said anything to break it, it'd be something stupid. It always was...
Lonbak nudged her gently on the shoulder,"You hungry?" He put the coin away, then stretched lightly. He stretched hs wings out, flapping lightly. He groaned as he stretched before relaxing back against the tree.
Chuckling she nodded. "Yeah i little bit..." She then remembered that normal food didn't fill her like it used to... Letting out a sigh she got up. she guessed she'd have to eat it anyways. Blood's taste got a little bland after a while. Some tasties would do her some good until she went back tot he dorm.
"What do you want to eat? Have any allergies or such things that I should know about?" He stood up lazily. "Becuase the Caf food sometimes gets a little mixed up with other foods. I think someone lost a finger into a bowl of carrot soup, what a nasty surprise that would of been." He smiled to her, holding his hand out to help her out.
She made a face if humorous disgustment. "A Finger? Eeeww. Hehehe" She stuck out her tongue, adding to the face. she thought for a moment... ~What should i say? I have no allergies but if i put this hunger off anylonger... I dont know what i'll do... I can't tell him i'm a Vampire!~ she was at a loss for words at the moment. She consulted to herself for a second and shurgged. "I dont have any allergies. At least that i am aware of anyway." Bringing a foot up she put a hand on her knee and pushed herself up. Doing her best to flex her wings she grunted as a small pang of pain emitted through her wing. Folding her wing infront of her she rubbed the end feathers. Grumbling lightly she tryed straightening the crumpled feather.
Lonbak looked at her bent feathers, blurting out "Sorry bout that." He tried to change the subject before she questioned,"Whats.. your favourite type of food?" He asked, before taking a step back to janardan.
She eyes him for s econd then chuckled. "So that was you who stepped on my wing!?" She said jokingly. She Shook her head. "Its alright. It only happens when i take the normal hallwa... Er-Never mind..." She jaunted ahead of Lonbak then turned around with a smug smile. "Favourite food? It's hard to say... I like alot of things..." She turned towards the door and pondered the question.
Lonbak smiled,"Whatever you want I can get you." He fully knew that he probably wasnt going to be able to, but he wanted to try. He walked faster so that he walked next to her, he patted her on the shoulder reasureingly.
Smiling all cute-like up at him she nodded in thanks. "I guess from whatever their serving today... I'll have to choose huh?" They were inside Janardan already and were heading to the Cafateria when Kailea heard a familiar voice calling her name. Kailea! Kailea! Kailea turned and smiled at a blue-furred pendragon that ran towards her. "Hi Tyolt." She said with a slight wave. Tyolt smiled and waves back as she panted from running to catch up. "I just wanted to know how you were doing. I havent seen you in a while! I can't talk for long though. I am on an errand for Teakany." "Oh? Well i'm doing pretty good. Oh! Tyolt, This is Lonbak. He's a new friend of mine." Tyolt looked up at him with a cautious smile. She worried about kailea and her free-spiritness. She was only twelve but she made freinds with everyone, no matter how old. It sometimes landed her in trouble and being the close friend she was, worried. "Hello there Lonbak. Nice to meet you." she said, reaching out her hand with a smile. "You two be good, alright? I have to go before Teakany mind calls me to hurry up. See ya" Tyolt ran off, waving. Kailea returned it then spun to face the Cafateria doors only a long page and a bit away.
Lonbak smiled, accepting her hand to shake before she ran off. When she did he asked,"Who was that?" He thought to himself,"Shes kinda cute..."
