The touch of Naleth leaning on her made her jump slightly, and competely knocking the scale from her mind. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Er.."</span> She sat there looking a little dumb, yet she wasn't pulling away. She didn't really 'hear' her words, yet she knew what she wanted and quickly jumped up. Despite the fact that she probably just lost her balance, Chiara paced back into her bedroom. This time she took a minute to survey the room. Thick blanket, thin blanket? Ah what the hell. She took a grab for the comforter that was on her bed. Chiara came stumbling out of the room carrying a horde of blankets. She threw them on the floor before picking up the thickest and warmest blanket. Carefully laying it overtop of her. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Is that good?"</span>
Naleth thanked her many times after she brought out the blanket. She curled up under the blanket as much as she could without disturbing her foot. Yawning and stretching she looked up to chiara and said,"Thank you, for everything." She smiled. Then she thought to herself,"Oh my god did I just smile again? this day is so wierd... My Instructor would be beating the hell out of me right now." Thinking of her instructor reminded her what her proffesion is, which reminded her that she has a meeting with someone in about five minutes. But they could wait...
Chiara shrugged, that was just the type of thing she did. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Don't worry about it, it's no trouble at all."</span> She didnÂ’t want to tell her that she was just enjoying the company. A sigh slipped past her lips as her thoughts came to Temyc, he was so different now with the baby. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"So yeah.. When's the best time to have the lessons and stuff? I don't really have a booked up schedule so basically it's all open."</span> A thought passed through her mind, 24/7. She stopped to think about that. Now what the hell does that mean? It was really starting to bug her, it was completely random and didn't make any sense whatsoever.
Naleth had to think about this for a second."Well really we can start right now if you wanted, its just I wont be moving much." She glanced at her blanket covered ankle. She sat up, resting on her arm made it fall asleep. "But if we could find a healer that would be much better." She took her foot off of the table, placeing the icepack on the pillow. Gingerly placeing her foot on the floor, she winced as a small jolt of paint went up her leg. "You wouldn't happen to know any healers would you?"
Chiara shook her head. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"I don't now would be a good time. We need to get you better and all that." </span> She watched her as she removed herself from the numbing of the icepack. "Are you sure you want to take that off now? Because I don't know any healers really, sorry." She felt bad now, she wanted to do her best to help her out but she didn't know how to fix this dilemma. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Erm.."</span> She put a finger up to her lips, trying to think. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"How about.. I kiss it better?"</span> She laughed at herself, she was really at a loss as to what to do. Sitting herself down on the couch next to Naleth, she sighed in frustration. What could she do?
Naleth turned to her."Im sure you kiss good but not that good." She blushed at the comment she made and turned away , not that anyone can see her blushing under her scales. And to add to the embarrasment Chiara sat down next to her. She tried to take her mind off the comment and gingerely touched her foot to the ground again, this time not feeling any pain. She lied back again, molding into the chair's cushion. "So what do you want to do then? Since I am currently unable to move."
Chiara couldn't help but blush herself, rethinking about what she said made her blush tenfold. Oh god.. I didn't mean it that way.. Oh god. Did she think that Chiara was coming on to her? Well she's not that bad looking.. Stop it! Stop thinking that! She was silently berating herself over what her mind was thinking, she was with Temyc, remember? <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Haha. Erm.. Well I don't know."</span> She looked at her rather mischievously. She looked away in a similar fashion as Naleth, finding lots of things to do which she shouldn't even be thinking about. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"I'm not sure really, whatever you want I guess."</span> She was drawing a blank (lol) for ideas, well ones that were acceptable anyways.
Naleth turned back to see Chiara looking away. She giggled slightly. "I think she is thinking the same thing I am..." She thought to herself. She glanced around the room for something to do. "Well do you have any movies to watch?" She remembered that meeting that she was supposed to have, man he was going to be ticked when he saw her next. But that didn't matter now. Then she remembered the scale on her leg and she gently lifted it up and flipped the scale back over, not sure if Chiara just saw that or not.
Chiara shrugged, she couldn't remember what movies she had anymore. Sadly, she picked herself up and walked over to the TV unit. Pulling out a box, she carefully grasped it and hauled it into her arms. Shuffling over back over to the couch, she sat back down and the box dropped on her lap. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"I've got whatever is in here."</span> She motion inside the container. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Here, pick what you like."</span> Setting it between them, she contently laid her head back and rested comfortably against the cushiony chair. She didn't notice Naleth changing the scale, but she did notice her lean forwards. At that point she didn't pay much attention to what she was grabbing at, but the way she moved. A giggle slipped past her lips as she contented herself with happy thoughts.
Naleth looked into the container, completely oblivious to wether she saw or not. She skimmed through the movies, picking out a horror flick. "This one sounds good." She said, pulling it out of the container. She kept looking through the movie bin, but decided she was happy with her first choice. She quickly checked over her ankle again, making sure no other scales were flipped out.
Chiara was really starting to get into a giggly mood. Horror flicks, a girl and a comfy couch? What more could some one ask for? Her grin became bigger as Naleth continued to look. She couldn't help but be excited for this. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Yeah not bad. I really don't mind what we watch." </span>The statement finished in her mind, 'As long as we're both here together.'. Looking to Naleth and to the video, she gently took it from her hands and brought it over to the TV. Flipping open the case, and kneeling down to face the machine, she slipped the CD into the DVD player. Getting back up casually, she sat herself back next to Naleth. Going just a bit closer than before. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"This should be good."</span> Leaned forwards to the coffee table and picked up the remote, flicking the Main Menu on and then finally getting it to play.
Naleth immediatly rethought her decision. Then she thought to herself,"Im a hitman and I am scared by a move?" But the thought was dashed from her mind as a particularily scary part came up and she jumped, moving closer to Chiara, cuase she was scared. Some of the parts in the movie reminded her of her childhood, which added to the scaryness. She looked over to Chiara to check how she was doing.
Chiara loved scary movies, but went it got to gory and creepy looking characters she melted. The bits that Naleth jumped at didn't scare her in the least, but the first time she jumped freak her out and she ended up shifting closer as well. Which ironically, both of them wanted and seemed to enjoy. She shivered, her whole body shaking like some one just walked over her grave. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Eee. I always forget why I bought this movie. Irks the hell out of me."</span> Well now I've got a good reason, hehe. Maybe this was a good idea after all. Chiara's violet gaze met Naleths' and she couldn't hold back her smile.
Naleth smiled back, after she turned back to the movie she jumped again, this time brushing up against Chiara, which she didn't even notice. She tried to lie back but she couldn't, intent on watching every second of the movie, although she had no problem moveing closer. (:P) Suddenly she jumped and screamed, one thing she hasn't done since she was about five. After she covered her eyes and rested her head on Chiara's shoulder. "This is really scary..." Although she knew that Chiara would of easily been able to tell that after her scream.
Chiara looked at Naleth mildly surprised, she wasn't expecting that. Her ears were ringing for a good minute but after that she was fine. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Yeah just a bit, but think of it this way... What's the likeliness of it happening to us?" </span>She flashed a reassuring smile before grabbing at the blanket and hiding under it. "But if reasoning doesn't work, just hide under your blankets. That always works for me." As the last word came out of her mouth she snuggled under the blanket and leaned up against Naleth happily. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Mm... So warm."</span> She teased, almost beckoning Naleth to come down lower with her.
Naleth looked around. "Your Right. A Psycho demon serial killer could be in here right now..." She hid under the blanked with Chiara. Her eyes were taking a little while to adjust to the lack of light, so for a full minute she was blind, which was weird cuase she's never had that problem before. She pulled her legs and one foot in, leaving the swollen one sticking out. She could just barely see the outline of Chiara's body with only the the light the broke through the blanket to see her.
Chiara nuzzled against Naleth and tried to spread the warmth. Almost like what a guy would do in a movie theatre, she attempted to wrap her arm around her shoulders and bring her in closer.<span style='color:#3399ff'> "There, less scared now?"</span> If it was lighter, the glint in her eye would be almost too obvious and eager. Chiara was desperately tempted to ask Naleth something, but not wanting to sound too weird she held it back. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"So should I shut off the movie then?"</span>
Naleth paused for a moment, the nuzzled into chiara as well. "Do you have to leave to turn it off?" She asked, not wanting her to leave right then. She looked into Chiara's eyes, at least what she could see of them. She could almost swear there was a glint in them but she wasn't quite sure. She looked at her hand, which appeared to be glowing becuase she was so white. She gently wrapped it around her, pulling her tightly up to her, enjoying the warmth a little too much.
Chiara thought about it, maybe they could just leave it on. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Er.. Yeah. But ah well, it can wait. I think it's over soon enough anyways." </span>It probably wasn't, but the thought was comforting anyways. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"This is kinda cool under here isn't it?" </span>Her pearly white teeth flashed again, almost as if they illuminated them even under the blanket. Very cozy. She had goosebumps all over the second she felt Naleth's hand on her. It felt surprisingly good yet it reminded her too much of Temyc. She bolted upright, feeling kind of bad for going that far. <span style='color:#3399FF'>"Gah.."</span>
Naleth thought that she had gone too far, and that Chiara really wasn't that way. "Oh my god Im so sorry." She said as she tossed off the blanket and got up to leave, and hopped on one foot towards the door. A tear rolled down her cheek, she had never come this close to someone like this before. Especially not a girl. She tried to stay composed but it was to hard too. She tripped on a corner table and fell to the ground, crying she didn't want to get back up. She wanted to just dissapear. Uncontrollably her scales flipped and turned her black. She tried to turn back but she just couldn't.
