Her ears twitched as she listened to them talk. Dropping her wings to her side it was more obvious now how colorful and shapely that she was. Crossing her legs she looked about a bit more and sniffled. Blasted weather.
<span style='color:green'>Are you ok Peiruh?</span> Gavan asked concerned, <span style='color:green'>if you have any sickness our healer won't be able to get here for a few days.</span>
She looked up suddenly and laughed. No I don't need a healer. After all I am one. I study Medicine, Healing and Herbs so...I don't need a healer. I'm just...shy. She smiled and looked out through the windows. Sorry if I worried you.
<span style='color:red'>ok</span> Drac said looking at her, <span style='color:red'> bya any chance did you ever got to school?</span> he added. Gavan glared at Drac, he knew better than to ask things like that.
She looked over at him and nodded slightly. Yes, for a little bit, but school was to...boring for me so I decided to figure it out on my own. She smiled and then watched him glare, wondering why.
Gavan sighed and let Draconan go on, but he saw the sun going down as Draconan kept talking, he saw Gavan get ansy, and knew why. He motioned for Gavan to take her out of the hut. Gavan stood up and grabbed Peiruh's arm and walked her out`, he saw her wince.
She didn't notice the antsyness until Gavan jerked up up and out. Stumbling and confused she reflexively yanked her arm back toward herself and looked a bit crossly at him. What's wrong? Rubbing the spot where he had grabbed her she tabbed her foot a bit impatiently.
He watched Draconan bolt off into the forest "<span style='color:green'>He's..a..a weredragon, a nice one, but it gets out of control</span>" he said grimly
She looked out at the forest and winced, not because of prejudiced fear, but because of her blatant ignorance. I'm sorry...I didn't mean to seem rude or whatever. She wasn't disgusted or afraid at all, in fact she was intriqued. She felt pity for those considered social outcasts and often felt like befriending them.
<span style='color:green'>You arn't rude, just alittle ignorant</span> he said, he knew many could tell about Drac's 'condition'
She looked down at her feet, so obviously embarassed. She felt so horrid about being so...naive. Walking away a bit she looked up at Gavan, and then quickly away. Does...it hurt him when he changes?
<span style='color:green'> I'm not sure, but don't be ashaimed if it does, you look miserable</span>" he said softly, he knew it hurt, but didn't want to say.
She looked up quickly and half smiled at him. O...do I? She knew she probably looked like someone had "stole her puppy" but she attempted to appear happy. Twirling the bangs in front of her face she flew up to the roof and looked down at him. Hey, I never did say thanks for inviting me over.
"<span style='color:green'>oh its noth...</span>He lept back as a feral; Drac clawed him in the back, he gasped and fell to the ground
She looked away just for a moment, and in that second it just happened. Jumping into the sky she looked down, scared and worried. She would have to get him away from Drac. Be gone. Go away! This is your friend. Landing calmly next to the fallen 'dragon, she had the appearance of someone with past experience. But on the inside she was crying like a baby. Croutching at the body, she lifted him slightly, though she wasn't strong enough to lift him into the air. Staring at the feral, she hoped he couldn't read her mind.
Draconan looming over the two suddenly picked his head up and darted away. The sun was rising. Gavan was still unconcious.
Peiruh watched him disappear and sighed a prayer full of relief. Hugging Gavan to her chest, she felt his forehead, and then realized that the warmth from his body was blood spilling onto her from his back. Gavan wake up...wake up!
She smiled happily and then looked at the ground beneath them, soaked with red. Im gonna grow up something to ease the pain and then we'll dress that wound ok? This was her element to say. Healing the injuried and blood never did cause her to lose her mind. Placing her thumb on the planks of the porch, green light shot through her into it, a tiny yellow and orange plant starting to sprout. Snatching it up she twirled it in his face. Open your mouth and eat this ok...it's like morphine. She dropped it into his mouth and waited for him to eat it.
