  1. It was extremely rare for Mae to trust someone like this, she had been betrayed too many times and each time it was harder to open herself up again. She was sure that this time it was only happening due to her altered mental state and that by the time she woke up tomorrow she'd be kicking herself for the choices she let herself get away with. But for now it felt easy, she was happy to give up her need for dominance and control to let herself be led somewhere. Velisra's voice calmed her nerves a bit, but not enough to make her forget the danger that she could be in.

She followed the aquabat with ease, unsure of where they were really going. While doing the best to remove paranoid thoughts of being killed in a dark alley from her mind. She had to remember that she wasn't living in the much more dangerous Black Market anymore. Here there weren't gangsters lurking around every corner... only garbage? She quickly glanced at Vel to make sure that the thill truly knew where she was going. Mae remembered how she had been able to tell that Velisra was new to the bar, could she possibly know the area that well?

She tried to return a smile to counter the aquabat's own confident one, but hers faltered. Mae wasn't that big of a fan of trash and over the last season she had done a pretty good job of avoiding it in most places. "Err, how about you show me how it's done then I'll follow." She was starting to recognize this alley, it was where she had to take out the trash from The Gravedigger when she had first started and was tasked with the dirty job of taking out the rubbage. But it looked like the garbage clean-up team for the city had missed this route this week because it was worse then she remembered it being.

  2. 1. This thill, Mae seemed tense from what is happening around her or it was just Vel’s appearance. If it was her then she could leave this thill, but Mae showed signs that she wants someone to help her and Velisra isn’t one to not give a hand to someone who is in need for help especially a cute Lukuo thill like Mae. Seeing Mae glancing over to her as Vel just stood there smiling along with a cute happy face to assure this is the passageway to get out of here to the street she had asked for.
Going through her mind, she thought that the thill might be thinking how she might know the area well. Technically, Velisra was well known with every section in the world since she’s been around and about to sell and trade her weapons that she usually crafted. Some of the groups were those who shouldn’t be dealt with unless they preferred to be wanted for arms dealing. Then again, Vel is licensed to sell weapons to anyone and can’t get really in trouble for making deals with criminals, but still Velisra wants an easy escape route just in case thing heat up to much and this seems the appropriate time to use this method.
When Mae gave a smile that was confident, but yet faltering made Vel guess that she was either winning this thill’s heart or just trust, but it was really hard. Even though she is bi, she is not really much of a “dragon” person. Hearing Mae’s words tell her to take lead to demonstrate how to go through this alleyway. It was fine with Vel to guide others though she doesn’t appreciate doing so. “Very well sweetie. I’ll show only for you.” Velisra said in a flirty tone as she smirked with a little wink towards Mae.
Not long after her flirty attempts, Vel took a deep breath before placing her small foot down upon the squishy trash, which gave her a shiver up her spine, but she held it with in to continue along the alleyway till she reached the other side of another alleyway that was clear of trash… sort of. Turning her head to see how Mae is fairing at this adventure.

  3. It was that retched smelled, or at least that’s what she wanted to blame it on. It was bringing back memories and her mind was already reeling from that dodgy drink. She eyed the path that Velisra took carefully, regretting that she was wearing flats since some sort of heel would have put more distance between her feet and the sewage.

She took a step forward and felt her shoe squish through something soft. But it wasn’t so bad, all she had to do was keep the smells away. The scent of the trash reminded her of her run down days living in the Black Market, days she’d rather not be thinking about. Another step, followed by one more. Dodging a few pieces here and a strangely coloured puddle over there. It was going better than expected, and probably would have been pretty easy if she wasn’t intoxicated. At least that’s what she believed until she started to fall.

She couldn’t have seen it coming, since it wasn’t so much a physical object that had her fall. She was about to take the last few steps towards the waiting aquabat when she felt herself loose the sensation in her limbs and her head go light and feathery. Her eyes rolled back and she saw the real stars in the night sky right before she saw the extra stars added to her blurred vision.

  4. Velisra watched her with worried eyes as Mae seemed a little on edge with moving through the filthy alleyway. Seeing that she was unstable to stand Vel quickly hurried over to help her out. She moved the thill’s arm over her shoulders as she place arm around Mae’s lower back as Vel dragged her butt out of the alley. “Hey… You okay dear?” She asked sounding really concerned for someone she just met, but she had a blast with her, so that counted in the money mark of her caring for this thill.

Moving away from this wretched alley from its toxic fumes and disgusting contents, Vel moved Mae to a cleaner spot that had more fresh air than garbage. They were pretty far away from The Gravedigger as well. Laying the thill down, Velisra looked over her checking if she was alright with concern in her eyes.

  5. Mae hardly noticed herself falling, the air moving past her, if anything, it made her feel like she was flying. She also didn't notice the hands that were holding her up and leading her through the alley way. The voice of the thill echoed between her ears, sounding louder then it really was, while at the same time being completely incomprehensible.

There were lights. Alien lights. Wait, nope, just normal street lights. Her brain wasn't working probably, that much she could tell, but she was having a hard time caring. She let out a small laugh as Velisra lowered her to the ground.

As her vision started to clear she reached up, past Vel's face that was hanging up above her, trying to catch the floating lights. Instead she caught hold of a dead leaf, one of the many evacuating the trees before the cold Mia temperatures invaded. She gripped it gently, not wanting to break it's brittle edges, breathing the word 'Ellonemusa' as she let it go. Returning it to the caresses of the wind, now infused with an enchantment that made it glow blue in the night.

"Why so worried pretty lady?" Maeanu questioned, finally really looking at Vel. Ignoring the bubbling sickness at the pit of her stomach.

[ooc]Holy smokes! Just realized this thread has been slowly clawing forward for over a year. I'm so slow :O[/ooc]

  6. Velisra was concern over this gorgeous thill she just recently met in a club to get drunk and relax, but her question was why. She didn’t know her except tonight and that wasn’t a lot of info, so why did she care about her as if she was like a sister or more. When Mae reached passed her and caught as dead leaf that floated away from a tree for the season Mia. Looking at her in surprise thinking she was reaching out for her to probably kiss of something, but Vel guess that was just hopeful wishes or fantasy. Why was she thinking of that now? This was all too confusing for her, which gave her a headache real fast.

While she was pondering on the thoughts of her own mind was when Mae spoke asking her a question the made her blush just enough to show on her cheeks. “I… I…” Vel couldn’t really get the words out of her mouth to tell her that she didn’t know.
