teakany went out into the main room of the dorm and cleaned up the blood. the smell was sicking. she couldn't tell the other but she knew how vollnyymt must have felt about her father. she had felt the same way about the pendragons who raised her. she finished up and dumped the discusting water in the sink and let the water run she took the towl and rung it out then put it in the garbage. she set to work cleaning the sink. when she was finished she went back to the empty bed and laid down.
Asenka smiled up at him. But she still felt some guild on her shoulders. She looked over at Teakany who was staring at the ceiling. You know I was going to clean that up.. she grinned at Teakany. Khodac was right.. she would just let it be the past.
Khodac sighed. Hmmm...I'll need to go talk to Baal later, his soul stones better be working properly he thought. "So what are we going to do tomorrow?" Khodac asked.
teakany had fallen asleep and muttered i'll clean the rest tomorrow sir i'm to tired to day. i cleaned the basment and the rooms. can i just sleep this once please. she wimpered in her sleep.
Asenka laughed a bit at Teakany talking in her sleep..Then she realized exactly what she was talking about and stopped. She yawned and fell back on the bed she had been sitting on. "We'll think of something to do tomorrow morning, Khodac." she said with a sleepy smile.
Khodac yawned and nodded at the same time. He walked over to his bed and sat down. He took off his shirt and put it under his bed. It was too warm inside, besides no one would mind ;) He just lay there, thinking for a while.
Asenka looked over at Khodac and smiled. "You can't sleep either?" she said. She got up quietly in the dark and amazingly managed not to trip over anything while she made it over to his bed and sat at the foot of it. She rested her head on the top of it. It was just far enough off the ground to do that. She stared at the ceiling and thought too. She had barely had time to slip into her pajamas before her feet gave away to the bed..Now she couldn't sleep at all.
He smiled. "Well you can come sleep in mine if you can't sleep or have a nightmare" he said. He looked up at the ceiling again. Nevermind her, i'll probably have a nightmare... he thought and he laughed a bit out loud.
teakany was having her own night terrors she saw a male pendragon but she couldn't see his face only his boots were clear. snake skin... she woke up it was clear there would be no sleeping for her tonight. she got out of bed put on a cloak and mumbled i'm going for a walk she left the room and shut the door.
Asenka jumped up and turned on the lights, but Teakany had already walked out the door. She wasn't going to bother calling after her since the hall was pitch black and she knew other 'dragons were sleeping. She was very curious what had spooked her enough to simply run off like that. She sighed ,flipped the lights off,and sat back at the foot of Khodac's bed. "Wonder what got into her" ,she said staring at the dark end of the bed where she assumed his head was.
"No clue". Khodac couldn't sleep, and neither could she. He got up and turned on the lights. He scratched his head for a second and then decided to get a snack. "Want anything?" he asked as he was walking into the kitchen.
"No thanks." she said. She could hear a low rumble, almost like thunder outside. "I hope it doesn't rain on Teakany's walk." she added. Asenka yawed and walked into the kitchen at sat down at the table, running her hands threw her hair. She definitely wasn't going to sleep now. Not with Teakany running the grounds and her not knowing why.
Khodac was worried too. She left without telling them where she was going. He decided to make some herbal tea for Asenka to calm her down and make her sleep. He took out the kettle and began boiling the water. He went in the fridge and looked around. Hmmmm leftovers...hope there not as old as I am he thought. When the tea was boiled he poured some for Asenka and himself and sat down at the table. "Here, it'll help you sleep"
"Thanks." she said taking a sip. She looked up at him. "They aren't as old as you are. They're just old." she said with a smile. Asenka looked down into her tea and saw her reflection staring back at her. It was a tired reflection. She rubbed her eyes and took another sip. Nope. Still tired and worried,as usual. She sighed and stared out the kitchen window at the black sky.
Khodac smiled. The tea would kick in any minute now. She had read his mind again. "So what do you wanna do?" he asked "I mean we can't sleep and all"
She yawned widely. "I was gonna take a quick hot shower..See if that didn't help me sleep." she stood up. Her feet felt like jello now for some reason. She shook it off and took hers and his empty cups to the sink and washed them out. The tea had begun to hit her now. After washing them out she wobbed to the first bed she could reach and fell face first into it. "Mfffgggh.." she moaned into the pillow. She rolled over onto her back and looked over at Khodac sitting at the kitchen table. "You spiked my tea didn't you?" she said with a smile. She knew he hadn't but it was funny of her to have even thought that.
"Nope, i'm all out" he said laughing. Suddenly the tea hit him. Her bed was closer so, he fell next to her with an "oof".
Asenka knew Khodac was getting the full affects if the tea now too. She laughed, then stopped. She hadn't laughed in years, and it sounded weird to her brain. Like some kind of foreign language. She sat there for a second thinking about it. Then she stuck her hands behind her head. "Strong stuff ain't it?" she said grinning over at him. She yawned and closed her eyes. She still couldn't completely sleep, but she was pretty damn close to it.
Khodac yawned. "You bet". He wasn't close to sleeping yet thought. He could drink all the herbal tea in the world. He put his arm around Asenka and closed his eyes.
teakany had gone out side and had been crying for five minuets before it started to rain she welcomed the rain. she loved it. she decided that she should probly going in she was still criing and hoped her roomies weren't up she went up to the door and slipped the key in. it unlocked with a quiet click and she went inside completly soked,cold and still crying.
