No, that was alright. I wasn't supposed to reply, earlier, was I? I hope not, as I could have, but didn't think I needed to.

The Sunhawk 'dragon had watched with keen, careful eyes as the birds were judged in their categories and smiled at the second that Tangaj got. A soothing sound escaped her throat as she looked in on the maroon bird, which caused the flitter to tilt its head, giving an inquisitive call in response, unaware of the reason for it's breeder's happiness. Yet the excitement seemed to catch as the ribbon was pinned on, though Tangaj pulled his head back a bit in surprise. His focus had been entirely on his trainer and the appearance of the older pendragon had been a little bit startling. Tangaj stared at the ribbon now pinned to his cage, tilting his little head and chirruping curiously, hopping closer along the bar that he usually rested upon. Yin nodded encouragingly, then turned her gaze back to the judges, content with what her bird had won, and wondering who would receive best in show.

She suspected it would be that pretty piebald female. Her own eyes had barely moved from that bird when she was inspecting the competition and she doubted that it was any different for the judges. Yet before that was best color, an award that she expected to go to the red and white mottled - it was quite the lovely little bird. Yet as the announcment was made, she heard her own name, followed by Tangaj's. It was all she could do to keep from staring in shock, though she managed, smiling in warm appreciation as she stepped forward to take the award. Wow. For her first public appearance outside of the Tribes, she had done quite well, as had Tangaj. Holding the ribbon her hand, she was still having trouble believing it real. As things wound down with the Best in Show, she clapped enthusiastically, recognizing the end of the formal events.

The first thing she did was reach into the handling bag she had brought, taking out a small round treat which she promptly gave to Tangaj. She didn't know anyone in these circles so instead of approaching anyone, Yin started to get things ready to go. Yang would want to be out of here as soon as possible. He hadn't even stayed here, was off finding machina parts somewhere. So as soon as he got back he would hustle his twin off so that they could get "home". Though home wasn't exactly what one would expect it to be. That meant she had a little bit of time. She was almost tempted to see if there was anyone out there interested in a breeding or something, but she tended to stick to herself. Such was her way and she was going to stick with it.

  2. [out of character] Fwee... that was fun!

[in character] Securly locked away, Mr. Cell had been braced for loss. A silky periwinkle material was dropped atop the brownze cage, shielding the Flitter. "Let's go home, 'eh, girl?" his 'fingers' were tightly wrapped around the small silevr handle, the bird failing to escape from its habbitat after countless tries.
