Straken looked up to her as she responded in Ramathian, though a bit of a blush hit his face. Seems he had forgotten for a moment that she could speak the language as well. Sure, irrational fears of hospitals plagued many people, but it still wasn't a very good fear to have. "Oh, I'm sure they are. But... I'm just a tad uncomfortable in these sort of places." He gave a nod and a smile. In truth, most hospitals reminded Straken of laboratories, which always brought back less-than-fond memories. It was the memory that made him a tad nervous, as opposed to the actual hospital. That and there always was a bit of an interesting pause whenever they asked him for information on his relatives, in case they needed to contact the 'next of kin'. He just hoped that this place wouldn't check up on his background either. It was never very pleasant when people found out more about him than he was willing to share. "This reminds me of the time I froze my foot in a block of ice." Straken paused, then looked up toward her with a bit of a pout on his face. "I never thought that a jack hammer could be a medical instrument!" The pout then shifted to a smirk. Maybe he was fishing for a laugh? At least he retained a sense of humor with his fear.
