Rom tooK a deep breaths more in releif then in pain this time as doctors rushed in and out only to tell her all the same thing that there was still a while to go and had nothing more to offer her then a bucket of ice chips. Not amused by this but not as angery as she was Rom greated a game to pass the time, lets chuck ice chips at nurses who walk past and have bad news.It was very entertaining to her untill a gut renching contraction would take place and she would take a hold of Temyc's hand and squeeze the living daylights out of it.
Temyc kinda laughed at Roms little game..it was funny. But then when the contractions came, he thought he could feel them too..but only in his hand..... after about the third time he thought a few fingers were a little broken..but he just kinda cracked em and they got back in place...he kinda hated being double jointed in areas. He lowered his head a bit as he looked at his cell phone...still no answer from Chiara...he wanted her to be here....
An accual giggle was let out but was quickly cut off by a contraction as it tured in to a groan of pain they were getting really close together now and really painfull but still the doctors told here it was a bit to wait. "You can go call her again if you wish" she said noticing him as she looked at his phone.
"No....i dont feel like bugging her if shes in class..plus i feel like making sure your okay..." grabs the bucket of ice and looks at it "Your wasting to ice, throwing it at people...." he smiled... He looked at her "When you get let out from the hospital..do you you want me to take the child for a few days? Or do you want it?"
Is busy looking at her depleation of ammo in the bucket when she hears the words he says. Is he crazy? Who does he think he is? Ture he might be the fater but the nerve of this man."WHAT!?!?!?! you expect me to go though all the pain and had it over right away? You must be absoutly freaking insane to even think that! GET OUT! get out of my room right now you swine!! This child is mine! You did not carry it for 9 months inside you, you did not take on 2 jobs for as long as you could to save money to support this child, you did not appartment search for 6 monts till you found the perfect place with the perfect room for the nercery. GET OUT NOW!!!" It was ture the pain had taken over her brain along with her mothering nature, she had never known her mother of even her father for this much she was not going to let her child be taken away from her.
Temyc tried to explain but he got interuppted everytime. He frowned, dropping the bucket on the floor and he left. He kinda knew she didnt fully mean it..but it hurt him..he just wanted to help. He slowly walked down the hall to the little break room for the visitors..he pulled out a dollar and went the the vending machine..but the damn dollar wouldnt go in. He grumbled and kicked the machine. "Friggin peice of crap...."
Rom crosses her arms to the best of her abilities tears running down her cheeks she was far to emotional to have questions asked at this moment. Finally after hours (yes time went REALLY fast) of this pai a doctor finally gave the nurses the ok and they began to move her to the deleivery room where they had all the instraments set up for the arravial.Since she was so young and small they had extra instraments such as an incubator for just incase. Quickly moving down the hall in a blur past Tymec as Rom let out another loud scream of pain as the worst contraction of the bunch occured.
Temyc followed..hearing the cry of pain, but he didnt know what to do....he hung outside the delivery room, biting his lip. he just didnt know what to do. not just that he was cussed out earlier but also that he didnt know what could happen in there. It scared him. Eventually he went in, nurses getting him covered in medical styled clothes. "Rom? Im here for you..Im sorry i angered you..." he took his hand in hers once more, squeezing it lightly
Rom screams out loudly again as they shift her from bed to bed again and put her legs up in the sturp things (no more details about that) nurses work quickly behind her as the prob her up with pillows and suchs. Sweat was now pouring down her forhead in buckets as she grabbed at anything she could eventually taking a hold of his sleeve and pulling him close not wanting to be alone "Dont let anything bad happen alright?" she said looking up at him for moments before another contraction took place. ooc: its hard to find a good way to describe a contraction.....
He nodded silently "I wont..i promise...i wont...." he held her hand tightly, holding it close, feeling the squeeze of her hand on his, wincing slightly. "Its going to be okay, Rom...its going to be ok" The doctors moved about her and one finally sat down infront of her, looking under her garments. "Its almost time for pushing.." he said quickly.
His words were some what comforting to her in a situation like this which was really rather odd because nothing seemed to comfort her any more.She looked at the dorctor poking around under the large sheet they had spread over her legs, what nerve he had.The contractions had gotten really bad now making her still cry out but now she had his hand both her hands which probely added to her new found super human strenght
He kissed her forehead lightly, just to remind her that he was there for her. The doctor watched for a moment then said "Its time..." he looked up at Rom "Are you ready?"
Looked atto Temyc her large innocent eyes filled with fear and exaustion as she took a good hold of his hand then looked back to the doctor and on his word began to push as they had taught her to do in the classes she had taken about baby birthing, it seemed so much eaiser in the class room this was scarey and difficult
"Just keep breathing Rom..." he said as he held her hand with one of his and wiped her forehead with a damp, cool rag. "Just keep breathing and pushing..."
((ooc: i dont feel like describing the rest blech, sooo TIME WARP!!! *jumps to the left* and shes ahd it still in the delvery room)) It was over, 17 hours of pushing and contractions it was all over. Ture she was still in a large amount of pain but her focus was on the tiny form the doctor was handing to a nurse quicky to be cleaned off. Slowly she relaxes down in to the bed and closes her eyes for a few moments as sweat rolls from her forehead what she would give for a soda water. Slowly she re opened her eyes and looked at Temyc with a small smile as the nurse approached with her arms out stretched and in them a tiny bundle. Slowly and carefully she let the nurse place the small infant in her arms against her chest. Roms eyes light up as she looks down at her daughter making not of every facial feature every mark every movement. For a new born infant she was very silent not making a noise gently falling asleep on her mother this little pink creature breathing lightly with the same pace as Rom's. Rom slowly looked up at Temyc tears rolling down her cheeks again this time not from pain but from joy.
Temyc smiled, with tears slowly rolling down his cheek. He smiled at rom and kissed her forehead once more and looked at his daughter. "Wow.....shes so small. " he said softly and he grabbed the rag and dipped it in the cool water once more, squeezing it out then wiping the sweat off her face again. "you did a good job rom..."
Looks to Temyc quickly "Thanks" then back to her child, she was small just like her mother but she was perfect in any way from the colour of her fur to her smell.Rom gently ran her fingers over her little girls face as the doctors worked in the back but Rom didnt seem to notice. Exausted she slowly closed her eyes for a few moments then looked back at her "Hello my little girl, welcome to the world" gently she leaned forward and kisses the infant on the forehead softly.
Temyc smiled and put the rag away. He watched them silently. he didnt want to ruin this moment for Rom. A lifeform she had within her for so long is now here and alive. He wiped his eyes and watched as Rom talked softly to their daughter.
Eyes not able to move from her child "Shes soo beautiful" she said softly as to not awaken the sleeping angel "My little Devsyvrauosi Djui" softly more tears fell from her face but she quickly wiped them away then looked to Temyc "I gave her your last name if you dont mind" she quickly looked back to the sleeping infant happalie.
"its fine....." he smiled and sat down...he had been standing for such a long time beside rom. he was fine with everything. ooc: Do you want to end this thread soon and we can start a new one with like Temyc gets the baby for a few days? LoL fun stuff!
