Her face glimmered even while his remark didn’t sound right. “You are not just any normal vampire, you know." She replied anyway, licking below his nuzzle and pulling back with a smile. She continued walking with him toward the end. She touched his shoulder firmly, smiling. “There was one technique that I couldn’t show you and it will get us to the top faster," before covering them in a blanket of shadow. A dark blotch appeared on the side of the island. In the form of a spider, it climbed molding it feet to the jagged wall with a glue-like grip until it felt the grass on one of its legs. A sizzling sound rose from within as it scurries under a dense canopy of treez and look about to see there were no witnesses before it broke part or better to say, it melted until the two vampires remained standing over the thick black puddle as slowly faded away.
Sieben smirked lightly at her remark about the bad vampire/weatherman bit. Shakes his head lightly and chuckles a bit as they continued on walking. Lowers his eyes down upon her as she spoke of him not being any normal vampire. Licks his lips a bit at the remark then replies. "Perhaps...not to you eyes my dear." He spoke in response as she licked below his nuzzle. Lifts his eyes back up and looks ahead again thinking to himself. Comes to a point to where they was going to be taking the way up towards the surface then looks back down on her as she spoke of another way of moving them to the top. Licks his lips lightly and glaring thinking to himself about the whole matter. But before he could answer to her, he felt the sudden rush of coolness run over his body as everything became darkness. Her placed his arms about Rilith's waist gently and held her so-so not to lose her. His eyes drifted shut as they moved through space as if it wasn't even there. Opens his eyes moments later at the sound of birds singing and the soft feel of grass beneath his feet. Lowered his eyes upon his feet and glared a bit before lifting his eyes up towards the treetops with a smirk on his face. "That is bloody amazing. It seems you have mastered something other then that of the dark gift." He spoke to her in a soft tone, sliding his hand up along her chin then back down along her neck, resting it at the base of her neck. Lifts his eyes back up from her and licks his lips lightly sniffing the air then glares a bit off into the direction of the two 'dragons his counter part spoke of. Smirks lightly then nods lifting her face up to his looking to her eyes. "They're close...can you smell and hear the sound of their hearts? Listen to the rythemic beating as they flow together as one." He spoke to her becoming a bit intoxicated by the sound of their beats.
Pup shivered, her white fur scattered in a multitude of directions as the breeze swept through it. Her blue eyes changed once again, swirling in ridiculous colours of blue that were rarities to the natural world. Her face struck with sorrow, her maw brought down by the overwhelming need to cry...she bit her lip and held in the tears that swelled in her eyes...she was determined not to be a pup anymore but a grown up... A grown up. She was not a puppy, she travelled so much...alone. Just like the grown ups do. And she was smart. Just like the grown ups were. So that made her a grown up too...right? Right? Lately she had come to the conclusion that if others did not treat her like the adult she (obviously) was, they would be in for it. In for what, she had not yet determined, but it was going to be bad. She was not to be treated like a baby anymore. She fought it with all her strength... But she still looked like a baby...sounded like a baby...and despite her defiance people still treated her like one... a soft, sweet, innocent little ball of fluff. Cooing and aweing and desperately trying to snatch her up and call her their own. what one wouldn't GIVE to help so defenseless a child and offer a warm, welcoming hand...
Qutnema looked down at Pup and put her paw on her shoulder. She didn't even know her, yet she acting like everything was fine and dandy. "It's going to be alright....I hope." She said quietly to her companion. She stomach clenched tightly almost making her throw up. She shook off the sickness and the uneasy feeling she had. The fear that she had earlier was coming back and with a strong vengence. Everything that was happening now seemed to be getting worster. "Even though you probably don't trust me because you just met me, but I think we can both agree that something weird is going on and we should just get somewhere. My home is three miles from here so we should just get there as fast as we can."
The pup nodded her approval, she was well prepared to get out of this forest as soon as possible. She turned and began walking in the direction of Qutnema's house, not knowing exactly where it was but lead the way anyway... Suddenly she spun around, in a furious fit, as if something had bitten her on the behind. She crouched low to the ground, and her soft, baby appearance suddenly turned violent and foreboding...her teeth bared, her ears lay back, and she said something... But not audibly...not even telepathically...the words were so clear, so crisp and perfect that you could almost see them floating through the air...and the words were, "I know you're listening to me..." in a voice that was not the pup's.
Rilith seems to close her eyes to the tone of his voice, sounding agitated and shaky. The sound of his words was more that someone placed a tuning fork over his lip after striking it on the stone. She stood stiff and confident only in the outside, while the whole shadow-shift took a lot out of her along with being in the sunlight without a shadow adjacent enough to mention. The ability could only be called in area of near-complete darkness and easily to mention if the area had at least of shadow around. The form walked thought a shadowless area for a longer time than allowed and she keep it together only at a small cost of her own energy. “You apt to giving us the ride home" She replied laughing a little, while not hearing what he said at first. Rilith really want to rest on his chest the minute she felt him on her neck, but the way he was standing wouldn’t allow that. Sound of the forest echoed like a distant cave and her vision blurred occasionally, not that she was blind, just like a pulsing pain that was only desired to go away. Her eyes closed, nudging against his head, as she caught the heartbeats of the dragon. "So desired a sound their heartbeats make...on such a nice day."
Sieben smirked lightly as she nudged him then lowers his eyes upon her slowly. Licks his lips a bit and slides his hand up along her neck once more. Draws her back along his body then looks away from her. Glares a bit at their surroundings then moves out into the forest walking, follows after the sound of the heartbeats and scents. Shakes his head listening to the beats then draws his arms back from about Rilith's waist slowly. Licks his lips a bit then vanishes with her reappearing in a tree. Glares down at the ground and shakes his head slowly looking at the soon to be meals. Casts his hand up and causes the a shadow vale appearing over the two of them. "Take them in slowly my love, they will be something for us...to fest our hunger upon." Smirks and kisses along the side of Rilith's neck gently looking to the two of them slowly.
She was tempted to oblige, to grab one and drain him or her until the last drop. Her lack of energy slowly ate away her resistance to her hunger, but lucky for them for a few minutes she remained what they came here for, "but love, are we suppose to play with them, this time...these are the quinea pigs we need for my lesson, right?" She smirked, looking down upon. "They can die a little later...there is this urge to play and feed on their fears and confuse before their blood"
Sieben smirks slightly and slides his claw along Rilith's chin gently and slides his tongue along his lips slowly. Draws her head back slowly and leans it on his shoulder as he slips his lips down the side of her neck a bit then turns his eyes back to the prey. "We will observe them for a short while long my love, then you can have your way with them." Chuckles lightly and kisses the side of her neck as they both slide off the tree in a shadow and creep along the casted shadows on the ground. Sieben lifts his eyes and looks to the two young 'dragons glaring a bit, feeling the fear that was slipping into their hearts. Laughs evily under his breath then waves his hand along the ground surface. The ground began to fade into black and become thick like as if it was tar or something. But this was only the beginning of the fun...only the beginning.
Qutnema was taken back by the Pups change in demenor. She had only known a few people that were able to surprise her by doing something like that, but they were off in different places now. She grabbed her hand and tried to pull her along, but found that she couldn't even move her feet. "What kind of trickery is this?!" She cried out into the darkness She let her eyes search the darkness that surrounded them and found a nearby tree to her left that was big enough to support her weight and was near enough so she could put her leg up on. She tried to work her left foot from the tar and managed to do so after a few tries. Qutnema wobbled from side to side as she balanced herself in the tar on one foot. She reached out her foot to the tree and got her footing just right 'Give me your hand!" She said, as she reached out her paw to Pup.
The pup shiver...the darkness that embraced her was cool and...welcoming? What was this new...evil... She was not an evil child but some longing tugged within her heart as she recognized something that had been hers since she was born...but what it was she could not tell. She was intensly frightened, and when Qutnema found her footed and offered a helping hand she destroyed that feeling of remembrance and was once again the baby of Heavenly hue and ancient yet youthful wonder. She grabbed Qutnema's hand and trudged slowly toward the tree, making sure her footing was right so as not to slip quietly into the darkness, never to be heard from again...
Qutnema pulled the pup closer to her. She looked up at the tree and spotted a nearby branch she could get a hold of it. Once she a good hold she pulled herself up and onto the branch. She reached down and pulled the pup up beside her. Her heart was racing a mile a second as her anger melted into fear. She let her eyes scan the area below them to see if she could spot where the intense darkness was coming from, but to no avail. She tried to search for a way to find the way back to her house. When she couldn't she looked above her to the tree tops. Even though she could not see the sky she had to try and reach the open air. A plan formulated in her head and a smile spread across her face. "The only path I see for getting out of here is up. So, I hope your a good flier." She pumped her snow white wings to get the momentum she needed to hover above the tree branch.
The pup glanced up...she had a bad feeling about this....the sky was looming and foreboding now...not as it had been only minutes earlier. Was it still afternoon? The shadows that crept the ground where gone now...just a big darkness that covered the hard dirt road...the shadows had mutated into something...more. Something darker. And the pup was frightened. Thankfully, something like Qutnema was around to help her. So much that she even pulled her up to the branches, as if she were a favored doll; with hardly a problem at all. The pup grinned in approval...she was happy she had a friend lke Qutnema...a friend. But then Qutnema began eyeing the sky and making effort to go to it...the pup winced...something about the sky gave her a warning signal...oh, if only she were as strong as her sister..she would know what it is and what to do...and what was inching it's way down that dirt path. The pup shivered again...she pawed her way across the tree branch and into a knot in the wood...calling for Qutnema... ...but what's this? The small voice of the child was carried off by a large gust of wind that blew unusually in her direction.
Sieben smirked lightly at the few 'dragons attempts to escape into the day. Licks his lips lightly and extends his hand forth from the blackness of the pit, covered in the black. Releases another of his dark, nightmarish things into the base of the tree they scaled. As if fire that was dancing up and coiling about the trunk of the tree it shifted and released a crimson fluid forth from its binding coil to the top of the tree. Then once to the top it purged into the minds of the two 'dragons causing the illuisons of crimson red skies to appear over head. The tree they scaled became a living breathing object that released a low and deadly sound of a roar as it quaked. Roots up lifted from the ground and sprouted claws, spliting into linked chains with large meat hooks on th ends of each and everyone of them. Screeching black figures crawled along the tree lapping upon the crimson fluid that was flowing from the trunk of the tree. Larger more deadly looking of the odd looking creatures on the ground turned up a set of red glowing eyes, releasing a hellish roar into their direction. Blood pouring from it's mouth as it slowly came up the tree at the youngest of the 'dragons. Sieben and Rilith appeared out of the darkness as they played themselves into the illuisons. A course of running blood, flowed over their feet as they stood watch the display of terror unfold upon the two 'dragons' minds. The fine but strong scent of blood filled the air to fulfill this illuison of terror. Sieben smirked lightly and shook his head slipping his fingers along the underside of Rilith's chin, slicing his finger and placing it against her lips softly.
Qutnema yelped in surprise at the happenings going on around her. Her heart pounded like a hammer in her chest when she saw all the blood on the ground and the newly mobile tree. As Qutnema tried to avoid even touching these horrible creatures, but snapped her head around in the direction the other creature was heading. She dove for the creature and kicked it away from the Pup. This is insane!!! Where are these creatures coming from? Someone is behind this! But why are they after us? We haven't done anything to them at all. She thought as she hit the horrific creature away again. She looked back at the Pup. "You okay?"
The tree was so safe for the moment. Qutnema seemed to be eyeing the sky still. BUt the death lingered, the smell of blood overpowered, and suddenly things came to life out of the shadows. The tree began to move, and creatures seemed to be crawling for their blood from the darkest of niches. She yelped, the pup like innocence in her voice. She was no longer focused on being grown up...she wished her mother were here... It was the first time she had ever wished her mother were there. IT was not as if she could remember a time when she had a mother. Usually when she was frightened she wished for her motherly keeper, the grandmotherly female who raised her...not this time though. This time she wanted her mother...her mother could help her, her mother could save her... and she could...if she were not dead. But it could hardly be known by the pup such a fate of her mother's. Her mother was grand, superb, and...Godly. But not here. And not now. The sky suddenly was scorched with the red tint and the pup slunk. She didn't believe her eyes. The creature headed for her...evil and black and loathing...Qutnema kicked it away... The friend! She had forgotten about her. She saved her... "You okay?" Qutnema asked, and the pup started to speak, but the tree lurched again...and she was flung the the ground. Right at the feet of the fiend.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Massive sorry for my delay...been a victim of the un-inspired bug. </td></tr></table> When the tips of his fingers caressed the side of her chin, she gave a violent contortion as she became very still, as a condition for recollecting the regards whipping over in her conscience before his action interrupting the process of free-flowing tasks. The illusions played around for her to close her eyes and remembered where they really were, that this a lone tree along many in a typical forest rather than the enclosed black nightmare that perturbed deep in the mind of the young ones. A sweetness bought her in a state of mindfulness that caused her tongue to accept a tap of crimson without verbal notice of the arbitration, while the idea of hasting the small wound to give faster still wrangled with the self-control sitting high upon her calmly etched face. Her eyes revealed themselves with that resolve as a mouse who escaped the owl, while the glow from them portrayed their intents on the other hand. They were twisted amber as they turned into vermilion wavering like water, but convulsing like carelessly contained flame. During the same time period, many eyes opened upon the inky darkness that grounded around the two dragon like a fine pattern mat and lined along the dark corridors that surrounded them, all with the same crimson glow that matched RilithÂ’s perfectly. They all started emotionlessly that at the two acting on one accord to the dragon that owned them. She blinked slowly and they followed the motion at the same pace and only narrowed when she did soÂ…
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>It's okay. I forget to rp here also</td></tr></table> A undifinded rage began to build up inside of Qutnema. If was a rage that she wasn't familiar with and wasn't even aware that this sort of fury and anger dwelled inside of her for so long. She gave a low growl as she lundged at the creature that was about to attack the pup. She attached herself to the creature and began to reap and maul the horrific creature. She didn't care about this souless thing. She only cared about how much pain she was bringing the creature, if any at all.
Sieben watched on as the other 'dragon attacked the large dark beast that reacted the same as any other beast would if it was attacked. Smirked lightly at the display of protection towards the pup. "Now, I do believe that they want to survive this...", he spoke laughing aloud at it all. Looks over his shoulder for a short moment then sends another of the large beast into the direction of the fighting 'dragon to fend her off. Lowers his eyes lightly and looks down upon Rilith as she was being induced into the whole experinces and everything. Slips his index finger along her neck gently then drops it back on her shoulder looking back to the fight.
The pup looked up...in the tree tops high above her she saw the shadowy figure of Qutnema, a beautiful creature, she thought. LIke a guardian angel, here to protect her... But now she was on the ground, with the writhing creatures and the two who started it all...she picked herself up, the blood that poured out of the roots of the tree soaked her paws and stained her purity...the rich, heavenly white now dyed the rich wine colour and her demeanor perished. The sweet angel pup was now no more; like a virgin raped...her of her sweet colour and her goodly soul... Now she sat in the blood, as it continuedf to pour and stain her bushy, wolf like tail and thick pelted lower haunches, the tips of her angel wings drip dripping with the thick substance...and she looked up at her assailants...her eyes empty and cold...and gave them the saddest, emptiest look of all... She looked through them...souless, empty, unforgiving creatures of the night. And somehow it didn't frighten her. She was born of emptier voids then those souls. For a moment she was free...for a moment she was free of all fear....but without emotion save for that sinking sorrow...like she couldn't feel love, glee, or happiness. For a moment she was the saddest and most beautiful she had ever been, the white noite with blood dripping wings... The moment passed, however, and again she grew frightened, wanted to flee, wanted to...kill them? What was this new emotion...never was she known for wanting to kill anything or anyone...but it felt...so good. And the pup sat....too frightened to move, unsure of her life, and wanting to kill...oh so badly...the two that sttod before her. ANd she grew frightened of the feeling and terrifiec of everything.
