Well I've had a wacom tablet for some time but have just never really gotten around to useing it. I am trying though! Any tips?

Wacom?! Lucky duck. D: I have this silly generic tablet that skips out all the time & is generally a pain to use.

Umumum. As for tips, just doodle. Practice from life for real media such as graphite & paint, but to just get accustomed to the tablet, doodle little cartoons & quick sketches & stuff. Then try more detailed/realistic stuff later, once you've learned more about how your tablet & art program work. That's what worked for me, anyway. :D

 

Lol i could never get used to a graphics tablet. :( Still its fun to use on flash games ^^
