Nyx looked over at him and smiled still blushing. "I have worked and trained to get further in electrokinesis. I guess the compliment is more of just a suprise than anything." He isn't bad looking, wait a minute why am I thinking this? She quickly removed the confused look from her face hoping that Raizan didn't see it.
<span style='color:purple'>Hard work pays off, always has, always will</span> He said, smiling at her and looking outside, noting the sunset. <span style='color:purple'>I think that there is a view here that you would like</span> He said, remembering a place in the city where the sunset made the city actually look peaceful.
Nyz smiled back at him and followed his eyes. "Oh really? I would like to see the view then." She stood up and reached into her pocket, and pulled out a bill and set it on the table to pay for thier food. She waited for Raizan to lead the way.
<span style='color:purple'>Follow me</span> He said, taking her hand and moving through the streets, seemingly not knowing where the heck he was going. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>10 minutes later</td></tr></table> Raizan finally stopped on a rooftop overlooking the city as the sun was setting behind it, casting a glow on the buildings and making them look like they had been painted with gold. <span style='color:purple'> This is the only place where you can get the view, because the light hits the buildings just right.</span> He said, sitting down and looking out over the city, letting the sight relax him.
Nyx quietly followed him. Not exactly sure of where they are going but, when they stopped she turned and looked. She let out a gasp. She sat down next to him, and stared out over the city. "Who would have thought this city could look this amazing?"
<span style='color:purple'>I stumbled on this place by...acc...i..dent</span> He said, his voice caught in his throat on the last part because he had looked at her. The light was shining off of her at the same angle, giving her the appearence of an angel in his eyes. <span style='color:purple'>You look beautiful...</span>
She turned and looked at him, unable to hide her suprise. She found herself looking into his yellow cat like eyes. She felt herself blush again but, this time she made herself look at him. "You look wonderful yourself...."
It was now Raizan's turn to blush, although one could not tell from the fur. His hand gently placed itself on hers as he smiled and stood up, pulling her up with him. His eyes stared into hers, boring into her soul and seeing the good heart in it. In this light, everything about her seemed perfect. His head leaned in a little and then stopped, unsure about what he was feeling.
Nyz felt her heart pound as Raizan pulled her up. She looked deep into his eyes with her own dark green eyes but, could find no explanation for the feeling that had started to develop when she first noticed him earlier in the market. She smiled but, wasn't sure what to do next.
Its now or never He thought, leaning in and giving her a gentle kiss, the sunset illuminating them against the building. Everything went away, there were no anubi haters, no jerks who wanted to hurt them, not anyone but themselves. He had been wanting to do this since he first saw er in the market, although it was in his subconscious, it had taken a strong enough hold to surface at this moment, driving him to kiss the anubi in front of him.
Nyx kissed him softly back. She suddenly felt as if she were walking on air. In that instant if only for a moment, she forgot all of her problems. She had never felt this way before, and she most certainly didn't want it to end. She took a step closer, and for once she didn't care if it would be to forward or not, and gently placed a hand on his chest. She whispered,"That felt good."
Raizan said nothing and embraced her, his forhead against hers as he smiled at her. <span style='color:purple'>You've never been kissed before have you?</span> He whispered to her, wanting so badly to have the feel of her lips on his again.
Nyx enjoyed being held close to him. She looked into his eyes again. She whispered,"No, that was a first for me." She closed her eyes for a moment, and then opened them again. She smiled, and leaned in close and kissed him.
Raizan eagerly kissed her back, now pulling her as close as he could while being careful not to hurt her. As he broke the kiss for air, he smiled and moved her up against the outside wall of the stairwell, then kissing her again as he ran his hands through her hair and along her back. Several years without a meaningful relationship had caused him much sexual frustration, and she was serving two purposes. One, she was now an outlet for his frustration, and Two, the larger purpose, was to give him someone to care for and love, to treat like a princess in his own way.
Nyx allowed herself to be pressed against wall, she couldn't help but, let out a soft sound as he kissed her again and touched her. She closed her eyes and responded to his kiss, somewhat shyly but, with a feeling that was taking over any common sense.
Her moan sent a shock through him, pleasing him. She likes it, she's happy He thought, a warmness filling him with that fact. He wanted her to be happy. He remembered once that someone had said an Anubi's ears were more sensitive than most, and that they liked to be scratched just below them. Lets see if that guy was telling the truth He thought, one of his hands scratching her in the spot he had been told, while the other lay wrapped around her waist.
Nyx opened her eyes and smiled, as she gently moved his hand from the spot right below her ear to a spot just slightly further back. She giggled as she said,"You were almost in the right spot." She was trying to ignore all the thoughts flying through her mind. For once she didn't care what they had to say.
<span style='color:purple'>I wish I had done this sooner, the sweater brings out your eyes.</span> He said, his hand rubbing the spot she had shown him. She had made him feel loved in that special way, not ther brother or sister type, or the type between an arden and their mate. It was the type that made you feel like you wanted to spend your entire life with the person, no matter the cost. He didn't care that people would look at him wierd for loving an anubi, all he cared about at this point was making her happy.
Nyx smiled and let her eyes close as he rubbed the spot just behind and under her ear. She felt her insides melt at his touch. She said softly,"If you had done this sooner, I more than likely wouldn't have responded in the same way. Tis' better that you waited till right know." She gently traced a circled on his chest, with a tip of her blood red fingernail. She somehow knew deep down inside, that despite the fact he wasn't an anubi, that he had somehow found his way through the hard shell around her heart. "Raizan, I am not sure how this happened but, I think I am starting to fall in love with you."
<span style='color:purple'>I have already fallen for you</span> He said, giving her a quick peck and continuing ot scratch behind her ear, determined to hear the small sound that she had made again. He confession relived him, now knowing this was not just some sick game that some played for kicks.
