  1. OOC: If I don't post for more than two days, post without me - as of now my computers motherboard fried along with my power supply so computer access is extremely limited.

    IC:
<span style='color:purple'>~I have nothing in particular on my mind, I assure you. Though, the thought that stands out the most is you getting some rest.~</span> he sent, his face contorted a bit in heavy thought.

  2. Leehara nodded. She was fairly tired, despite what she knew awaited her as soon as she fell too far into the realms of sleep. She strecthed and just so Sah`daj had a small idea of what she and Jyr had been talking about said,

<span style='color:purple'>"Y'know Jyr, I think I might just take up your invitation...if that's okay of course..."</span> and just for effect she yawned, only to reveal her sharp white fangs.

    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Short post</td></tr></table>

  3. Jyr nodded to Sah`Dja and Leah in succession, acknowledging both.

    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class='ooc'><tr><td>same here</td></tr></table>

  4. Sah`Dja took Leah's yawning as her cue to leave. She pushed herself up off of the bed, the springs giving a slight creak as the pressure lessened.

<span style='color:FF0080'>"Alright Leah, you need rest. I'll be heading back to my dorm then i guess, the secretaries know where to find me."</span> she said as she left the dorm, closing the door behind her.

    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class='ooc'><tr><td>So very sorry about that display of gomoding, it won't happen again. Rythe just hasn't been on in a while nor has she answered any of the e-mails i've sent her in the past two weeks. Like I said, so terribly sorry aobut this.</td></tr></table>

    Leah watched as Sah`Dja left.

<span style='color:purple'>"nice girl, she tries too hard though"</span> She muttered to herself, more than Jyr.

    She turned to him.

<span style='color:purple'>"You're positive it's okay for me to rest here?"</span> She asked him. Her mind wandered back to her dorm. It was rather uninviting with an even more uninviting roommate.

  5. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class='ooc'><tr><td>You'll have to forgive me. I thought this thread had died and I've had a bad turn in my personal life. The short of it is that I've not been around and I missed your email, Siaka, so I don't mind your removal of Sah`Dja. :: Waves :: Have fun you two. </td></tr></table>

  6. <span style='color:blue'>"Abseloutely, it's rather rare that I use a bed unless I have done extensive physical activity."</span> he said with a yawn, as he slowly trodded over to the corner and curled up into a dark shape in the corner... <span style='color:blue'>" 'night..."</span> he muttered as his eyes closed

  7. Leah watched Jyr as he curled up in a corner of the dorm and began to sleep.

<span style='color:purple'>If only it was that easy...</span> She sighed.

<span style='color:purple'>"good night"</span> She said, and then added just a bit more quietly; <span style='color:purple'>"I owe you one"</span>

Leehara lay down on her side and streched one of her large wings over the side of her body like a blanket. She closed her eyes and waited to fall into the abyss of fronima and nightmares everyone else called sleep.

SHe closed her cursed eyes and let the blackness enfold her almost instantly. The only hard part was, it felt as though she had woken up only a few moments afterward. The sun was shining thorugh the patchy shades and she quckly moved out of the rays of light. She slipped past Jyr who was still sleeping and made her way to her dorm. She fiddled with the lock for a few moments and then the door opened.

She stepped inside, but something didn't feel right. The muscle under her left eye began to twitch and then the stench hit her like a brick to the face. <span style='color:purple'>Blood...</span> She thought unwillingly.

She paced a bit, thinking of what to do, and then remembered she had a roommate. She would have told Kataari about this, save for the thill's pathetic fears. She walked over to Kat's bed against her better judgement. Kat's head and the rest of her body were hidden under the covers. Leah tried to shake her awake, but Kataari refused to stir. She drew back the covers and screamed.

Leehara sat bolt upright in an unfamiliar room. Her eyes darted back and forth. She saw a form curled up in a corner.

<span style='color:purple'>Jyr...</span> She thought and with that a few memories of the day's events came back to her.

Then, much to her horror, and possibly her dismay the form began to change. Large spines sprouted from his back and various other mutations began to form before her eyes.

Leehara woke up again, surely she was awake now? Perhaps not. She was vaguly aware that something or someone was screaming. Then she realized it was her. She managed to silence her screams to faint wimpers. She drew her legs in close and put her wings around her like a sort of shelter. She sat in the darkness like that for what felt like an eternity only vaguely aware of what was around her.

  8. Jyr's ears perked up at the screaming and then thought it was only his imagination since it had stopped. He laid his ears to rest and closed his eyes, drifting back to sleep...

    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class='ooc'><tr><td>short post!!! short on computer time :( </td></tr></table>

  9. Leehara's ears swivled forward as she thought she heard something move, but she didn't hear anything else, s she dismissed it. She remained sitting as she was, with her wings around her, until she felt sunlight on her right wing, it hurt like hell, but she refused to move, she wanted to be positive on her current state of consiousness. She heard the leathery membranes that bound the struts of her wings together begin to sizzle. She hissed and quickly skirted out of the light. She crouched on the other side of the bed and assessed the damage it had done.

    <span style='color:purple'>"Thes,"</span> She cursed.

There was now a large hole in the flesh...she was going to need some more of that thread...and a new needle.

<span style='color:purple'>"Jyr?"</span> She said, her voice barely more than a whisper.

  10. Jyr's overly sensitive ears perked. He heard his name, still drowsy though...
<span style='color:blue'>"Who the hell is in my goddamn dorm at this hour..."</span> he said, still half asleep.

After about 10 seconds of waking up it dawned on him that Leah had sklept at his apartment. He walked, or stumbled may be the word, to his room to check on her, grabbing a bottle of beer and unscrewing it with his mind, as the liquid floated to his mouth and he lopped it up out of the air. He creaked the door open slowly...

  11. Leehara's muscles stiffened as Jyr asked who was in his dorm.

<span style='color:purple'>"It's Leah, you said i could sleep here last night"</span> She said.

She looked back at the hole in her wing. It seemed rather large and she was somewhat curious. She stuck her paw through it.

<span style='color:purple'>that's...not...right</span> She thought to herself, disgusted. She pulled her paw out of the hole.

<span style='color:purple'>"Jyr, i think in the drawer to the left of the sink that there's a needle and some thread, could you get it for me?"</span> She asked.

  12. <span style='color:blue'>"Sure"</span> said Jyr, faintly hearted, and obviously tired still, and having been up late that night. He opened the cabinet with his mind as the needle and thread floated out, and he floated it through the open door crack. <span style='color:blue'>"Let me know if you need anything."</span> he said, as he went and layed down on the couch and put his forearm over his eyes.

  13. <span style='color:purple'>"thanks"</span> Leah said weakly.

She plucked them out from where they were susspened in mid-air and began to put teh thread through the eye of the needle. Once she had successfully threaded the needle she began to work on the gaping hole.

She sew neat X's over the cut drawing the leathery skin together. She flinched every now and then when she stuck the needle in wrong. When she had finally finished she used one of her claws to cut the thread and tied a knot.

She got up and walked over to where Jyr was attempting to sleep.

<span style='color:purple'>"I'm getting the idea that you're not a morning person, but should i put this back where you got it or in some other drawer?"</span> She asked.
