Kyofu smirked lightly and turned her head to Paush at the sound of a coo. Her eyes widen slightly as she gazed upon the dove that was nestled in his palm. Licks her lips a bit then lifts her eyes back up looking to him with a nod. Then came forth the sound of his voice speaking that 'tis a gift for my lady.' At this she smiled upon Paush and walked over taking the bird onto her flaming finger. Lifted it up to her face slowly then looked upon the red arua that burned within it's eyes. "Well, thank you my elder. It will be a most remembered gift." She spoke with a grin before turning her eyes away from him slowly looking to the bird close to her face then placed it upon her shoulder. Turns her eyes back towards the mounted of statue remains glaring a bit at it then closes her eyes.
A pulse of darkness rippled through the air. The black, seemingly emotionless female licked her lips and shifted into her antromorphic form, suddenly wearing a black cloak. She stretched out a black, clawed hand towards the black dove on Kyofu's shoulder, but the magical little bird swiftly spread it wings and flew out of her reach. "Beings born from darkness shall by darkness be devoured." She quickly returned to quadrupedal form and leapt out of the cloak, snapping her jaws in a fruitless attempt to grab the dove in the air. She landed gracefully on all four, her eyes focused on Paush's feathery magical creation.
Paush smirked, this one was wise beyond her years "Yes that is true...yet not everything is what it seems, that bird is a living thing made by alchemy not darkness, I have minimal training in the art of Alchemy. Just enough to know the laws and create little trinkets and birds. So, it is not made quite out of darkness, unless the stone is darkness."
Archfang watched the bird as it fluttered around, cooing softly. "If darkness is devoured by darkness then what happens to the light?" It was another one of those questions that he always asks, just to see the intelligence of someone else. By the looks of it, his ranger sense was right, all for play.
Kyofu reacted without any show of concert for the dove. Licks her lips lightly and snaps two of her fingers together causing the remains of the once lovely creature to become something more then just another piece of stone, but a ball of flaming and painful energy to the one that comes within contact. Smirks and turns her eyes back to the dark female shakes her head lightly. "Tis be a spicy meatball, yes?" She spoke with a chuckle then turns her eyes away from the female, crossing her arms.
Paush smirked... "Tis a very spicy meatball..." He laughed then shook his head. "Yet some like the spice..." Another larger smirk came upon his maw. His tail flame shown brightly. He looked at the rings on his right hand, one in the shape of a snake with emerald eyes, another had a ruby in it, the rest were completely covered with tiny carvings. Suddenly he noticed a small bug on his face, he imeddiatly picked it up and then sent it up in a black flame. "Bugs are a pain...What use do they serve besides feeding the few birds there are here."
Kyofu smirked as Paush laughed. Shook her head lightly and yawned as she moved over towards an alter then gets up on it. Curls up and lies there with her eyes closed, relaxing. "So tired...", she spoke with a faint voice as she lied there on the stone stand. Licks her lips a bit and crosses her arms over herself as she continues to relax and rest.
Archfang moved back to the outer rim of the dome and sat down on the edge of the light. His briefing ceased to be stopped. He muttered curse to himself and stretched lightly. His black fur was still hot after being out in the sun all day, and he hated the sun more than anything.
