  1. <font color='#000080'>As the new male entered, Nafel sighed. She didn't like being late,  even though she had been, but she had been 5 minutes late. Not 10, not 15, not 20! She wondered what had held him up. She began to doodle on her paper, since they hadn't actually begun to talk other than where the elements came from, which she wrote down promptly.

Nafel fingered the black and amber stones about her neck, smiling. She liked to draw, and was pretty good. The drawing soon morphed into music, a melody that she had made up a few days ago. She tapped the rythem out on the desk with her pen idley. She wondered if they were even going to do anything. Maybe the teacher was going to test them, making each perform a task? That sounded likely, but Nafel didn't know what this teacher was like. She began to list the spells she knew in one corner, with their effect in the other. 'Thyba... push something away.'...</font>

<font color=darkred> He could see that some of the students were getting bored. Better get them doing something.. He thought as he turned to face them all. Now, I want each of you to perform a small act of magic so I can see who is capeable of what. His eyes cast over the desks and rested on the smaller child. He thought she looked too young to be an Advanced studen so he was going to chuck her in the deep end.

Aurora. I want you to create a small sphere, created entirely from fire and make it spin anticlockwise on a horizontal axis. He said no more. If she was truely advanced, she would know to perform the simple "mind clearing exercise" first to allow her concentration to be at its best. The others whilst watching, should also think about doing the same exercise....</font>
    </font>

  3. <font color='#000080'>Mist lowered her paw down as the other student came in and answer the question. A little disappointed that she had it right but the new late student had gotten it before her. Oh well the class was just begging, there was lost more still to do.

When their teacher finally said that he test them to see what they could do her ear perked up and she started to pay more attention. She was interested to see what the other could do and see if she could learn any thing new.

She turned her blue eyes to small, glowing Aurora. Waiting to see what she could do. At the same time going over the words for the spell that see would use to do that.</font>

  4. <font color='#8D38C9'>Sirius looked over to watch, when she thought of something... if they were all going to be doing this than she had better prepare. After all, she knew she was a bit rusty with her magic. So she slowly started to clear her mind of that which was around her, hoping that when she was called upon it would either be fore fire or lightning, her specialties.</font>

  5. <font color='#348781'>K'uei watched as the teacher stepped off the platform and took a few steps towards him. A smile was swept across K'uei's face. He had acually gotten it right! At least he knew what he was doing in this class. Silvern bangs fluttered across his face again and he nodded to the fuming teacher.

My name is K'uei and I'm new around here. I kinda uh..got lost. Oh and sorry about the interuption.

He grinned sheepishly and scratched the back of his head. Upon hearing the assingment, K'uei nodded more to himself. He was mostly a water and lightning mage but the others he could do to a point. He opened his hand and thought about a large ocean full of cerulean water. K'uei closed his chocolate orbs and concentrated. He felt the cool sensation upon his palm and he opened his eyes to see a ball of water levitating in his hand. He took his other finger and swirled it around as he waited for the teacher to come by.</font>

  6. <font color='#ADA96E'>Felgrin made a lot of noise when he entered the classroom.
    <span style='color:#008080'>"Damn this boring hellhole! It's like a maze!"</span>
He was 30 minutes late, but he didn't really care. The thing that made him mad was all the people in the academy. Big crowds of people always made him feel... cornered.</font>

  7. <font color='#000080'>Aurora started glowing brighter, but she did what she was told. She lifted her hands and muttered a few words and a fire appeared spinning anticlockwise on a horzontal angle, the ball shook slightly as her hands quivered, but still held it's shape and form.</font>

  8. <font color='#000080'>Nafel smiled at the younger 'dragon's accomplishment. The spell seemed to have worked pretty well, which was good. Rather than call up similar orbs, like the others seemed to be doing, Nafel hummed a few bars of music quietly to herself to get herself prepared. Music was the easiest way for her to access Fronima, as it had been her primary trade prior to her switch to Magic.

She didn't worry about Luthano showing up unexpectedly, as she knew what time he would appear, and this type of magic wasn't enough to guarentee it. She was learning (sort've) to call him by will, and when she managed it, he made a good conversational companion. She liked him, as there were no secrets from him. He was her, she was him. It worked well. Nafel stopped her musings to turn her attention back to class, ready to see what the teacher would do.</font>

  9. <font color='#348781'>K'uei lay his other hand on the table as he held the hovering ball of water in his right hand. It spun and moved like a liquid dance and he traced it's movement with his dark chocolate orbs. K'uei's mind started to wander as he stared at the liquid concotion he had produced. It's swirling depths reminded him of the days when he would run to the beach after his chores and swim and play until the sun when down. Many times when he was younger, he would dive down and see how long he could hold his breath then come up gasping with a large smile. Every time he would last a little bit longer...

The ball of water in K'uei's hand suddenly fell apart and cascaded down his hand and all over the table. He jumped up to avoid the flood and from getting it all over his pants. A large blush crept up on his face as he cursed at his carelessness. Glancing up to the teacher, a meek expression crossed his face. Scratching his head, he sighed.

    Sorry, I'll clean it up.

He cast a small fire spell in his hand and went about evaporating the water on and around the desk.</font>

  10. <font color='#736AFF'>
<font color=darkred>Kjetta was just about to congratulate Aurora on the task being performed correctly when there was another interruption. He turned round and glared at the doorway where the offending male 'dragon stood. He moved over swiftly, as if he was flying, and cornered the offender in that he could even turn out of the classroom and run or stand still and listen.

How dare you disrupt my lesson? How dare you call this Acadamy a "hell hole" when it's the finest in all of Ramath! And then, to top it all off, you are over half an hour late to my lesson! I want you to sit over there and not say or do anything unless I tell you. You will stay behind at the end and no arguing!

His tail flame glowed a crimson red as his eyes flashed angrily. He pointed over to a empty desk, away from the other students, done in quite a violent manner. He didn't loose eye contact with the student at all until there was another disruption. He heard the sound of falling water and of it flalling face on to a desk and the floor. He turned round to see K'uei looking astonished and trying to clear it up with a fire spell. Then, after glancing at hte rest of the class, he saw that most of the others were performing similar speels even though only Aurora had been asked to.

STOP USING MAGIC AT ONCE! I did not ask any of you to do so apart from Aurora! K'uei! Don't clean up a water spillage, caused by the lack of the "mental clearing exercise" and thus the loss of concentration, by a fire spell! You'll set fire to the desk! Go to the back of the classroom and you'll see a towel. Clear it up with that! I want silence in this room this instant!

His tail flame was the worst it could be. It was the most vibrant and powerful red it could ever be and he would get violent if they didn't do as they were told...</font>
    </font>

  11. <font color='#000080'>Nafel sat still.  Very still. She was glad she hadn't actually done the spell, and had only gotten warmed up. She settled her mind by flexing her stiff wings slightly. She hadn't been able to fly lately, and she needed to, or the hard-won muscles in her wings would atrophy. She tried to make as little noise as possible, noticing the teacher's scarlet flame. Nurano's never changed colors, except to blend in with an environment (he was a spy, after all), but she guessed it meant he was mad. Very mad.</font>

  12. <font color='#8D38C9'>Sirius could not make out the words as her thoughts focused upon clearing her mind, but with her empathy she could feel her teacher's anger. She knew that if she had not been clearing her mind she might be just as angry and that scared her. A brief shudder went down her spine. She had no desire to be angry now, only to learn what she could.

She had not even noted the water disruption, and for the first time in a long time everything was quiet in Sirius's usually cluttered mind. Just clear and quiet.</font>

  13. <font color='#ADA96E'>Felgrin hesistantly did as he was told. After seating at the desk, a homidical expression came to his face.
<span style='color:#008080'>"No arguing? We'll see about that... Once all of these... mongrels is gone, we'll see..."</span>

As a sign of his bad mood, the spiny fin on his back shaked and created a low, rattling sound.</font>

  14. <font color='#000080'>At the sound of Kjetta's angry voice she ducked under the desk, and the fireball vanished it a cloud of grey fumes. The light she was emitting was incredibly blinding by now...</font>

  15. <font color='#348781'>K'uei jumped at the loud roaring voice of Mr. Kjetta's angry voice. The flame almost jumped out of his hand but he caught it and cupped it in his hand as he looked over to the door to see the Teach yelling at a student. The crimson tail flame made K'uei's ball of flame seem tickle-me-pink and his dark chocolate orbs widened in amazement. As Mr. Kjetta was finishing with the other male student, K'uei went back to evaporating the water. Needless to say it wasn't working too well. The cerulean male cursed and just as he was about to make a stronger spell, Mr. Kjetta turned his anger on the teen. K'uei stumbled and bumped his head on the desk. He glanced up at the teacher meekly and knew he was right. Damn! I knew I forgot something... Nodding, K'uei closed his hands over the ball of fire exstinguishing it in a puff of smoke. Bowing his head, K'uei's voice was close to a whisper.

    Sorry sir.

He trudged to the back of the class, his own tail flame alight with a vibrant orange in anger at his own self. K'uei wasn't about to disobey the teacher now, that tail flame scared the living hell out of him not to mention the teacher now did...

K'uei grabbed the towel and glanced around at the rest of the class. The younger female was glowing really brightly now and K'uei felt a pang of sympathy for her. Dark eyes turned to look at the one near him who sat like a stone, unmoving. Brow quirked in question. How could someone sit so still? K'uei began to walk back to his desk and he glanced over to the one in the corner. He seemed to be plotting revenge or something? Ah well, that would be amusing.

K'uei knelt and began to soak up the spilled water without a sound.</font>

  16. <font color='#736AFF'>
<font color=darkred>Kjetta had to blink several times as Aurora's light got brighter and he made a funny noise in his throat,  very hard to hear, that sounded something like a growl. At least they were quiet. Perhaps that'd teach them to behave. He glanced around the room as he heard the soft rattleing of something and he couldn't figure out what it was. Then he spotted Felgrin's spine shaking and realised that that was the cause. He chose to ignore it for now. He'll be dealt with later. He walked down, silently, one row of desks before turning on his heels and walking down the next, trying to create more tension in the room. He liked tension. It meant the students were likely to co-operate.

He ignored the cowering Aurora under the desk and continued walking down the second corridor structure until he got to the front of the room. He turned to face them all as his tail lashed against his sides, not burning him, but violently so. The flame was a little lighter in colour, not by much but enough for him to be calm. It was then he noticed  Sirius, sitting quietly and by the distanced look in her eyes, she was still performing the "mind clearing exercise" and completely oblivious to what was going on. This made him smile a little, knowing that at least one student was going to pass the exams.

Now. Let's return to the lesson. I want everyone in this room to perform the "mind clearing" exercise now. If this is done adeqately, we can get on with a practical. This can only be done however, if you work without any more disobediance. When the bell goes, I want you to ignore it for five minutes when I shall go over the rules in my classroom. Becuase nearly all of you were late, you missed them and thus, angered me. Now you have seen what happens to some extent when I am angry. I hope, you have learnt something important from it. Especially as some will be doing Ramathian with me. Now, please perform the exercise now in silence.

His tone sounded normal but there was a slight hint of danger involved, as there was also a warning by his flashing eyes and lashing tail..</font>

    ooc:

sorry for the wait. I damn homework to hell. muahahahahahahahaha...</font>

  18. <font color='#000080'>Aurora was still shaking as she slowly raised her head and attempted the mind clearing exercise.

Out in the hall, Esper wandered the halls, still trying to be familiar with the hallways in the school. His ears twitched as he heard Kjetta's yelling in the advanced elemental sorcery classroom. He walked through the door and glanced towards Kjetta "Mr. Kjetta, anything wrong in here?" He looked around the classroom of students, to him, they were obediant, but didn't seem too happy about being there. He barely made out Aurora through all the light she was emitting. He walked over to Aurora and whispered in her ear. "What's wrong?"

She whispered back "H-he is mean... He yells too much!" Pearls of tears fell down her cheeks as she spoke.

"Come on kiddo. Be strong, I have a little something for you after class" He winked at Aurora. A tissue flew off Kjetta's desk and wiped her eyes up. "See you"

"Bye daddy..." She watched as Esper walked back up to Kjetta, still waiting his response.

(ooc: That's ok. I hate homework too. btw, I replied in 'giving up' ... reply to me plz!! I am not known for my patience.. and I get bored so easily [IMG] Why did god have to create us with the feeling of boredom?) [IMG]</font>

  19. <font color='#000000'>K'uei had finished and placed the rag back on the shelf quietly. As he was sitting down, Kejtta begun the class. The cerulean male was at full attention now and gave Kejtta a look that plainly stated "i'm sorry." He closed his eyes and was just beginning the exersize when another 'dragon peeked in. He had walked over to the glowing girl and whispered in her ear. The girl named Aurora calmed and K'uei smiled a little. He remembered the days when his parents would do the same for him. A warm glint shimmered in his chocolate orbs as he looked back to Mr. Kejtta. Swinging his tail once, he rolled his shoulders and relaxed. K'uei closed his eyes and began to clear his mind. His muscles loosened and he found that special spot in his mind. K'uei was finished with the clearing...</font>

  20. <font color='#000080'>OOC: Sorry it took me so long. My keyboard has been broken for the last few days and we had to get a new one. Then I had a bunch of homework that I must type out, so I might be a little slow replying. Sorry.

    IC:

Mist sat there quietly as she watched all these goings on. She never really cared for big classes and this one seemed to keep getting bigger by the second. She sighed. She turned her attention back to the teacher and watched as he walked around the room.

Before she did any thing she watched as an older pendragon came into the room. And said something to Aurora she didnÂ’t hear what. She also had no idea who he was so she didnÂ’t pay to much attention to it.

She turned once more back too listened to the teachers instructions and quickly set her mind to easily flow into her mind clearing sate. It wasnÂ’t hard, it was something she often did for magic and for fighting. Her thoughts cleared from her head and her body started to relax. Her mind getting ready for the use of magic.</font>
