Pendzez turned to her and saw her turn back to him. Now I'm starting to regret ever not believing about 'Love at first site'. He was really blushing this time.
Jynx caught his eye for a moment, her heart pounding, before she finally found something to distract them both. She opened her bag, pulling out some sandwhiches. She turned to him, smiling. "<span style='color:blue'>Want one?</span>" She asked, digging around for some water bottles.
"Oh, arr.... thank you" He took a sandwich, unwrapped it, and took a bite out of it. Phew, if she didn't get the sandwiches out, I would have kissed her. He was still blushing but not as bad as before. I think Cupid has shot me with a love arrow but I don't how long I can hide it for. He took another bite out the sandwich then turned to her then back, She's cute but what do I know about love.
"<span style='color:blue'>No problem.</span>" Jynx unwrapped her own sandwich, taking a couple bites before remembering the water. She pulled out two bottles, setting one next to him. As she did so, her paw brushed his leg. She froze for a moment before she turned away, blushing again. <span style='color:blue'>Stupid, clumsy Jynx.</span> She thought, glancing back at him. <span style='color:blue'>Have to admit he's cute, though...</span>
Pendzez looked down at his leg and Jynx's arm then to her face. This time he was beet red. Oh, she touched me. What should I do. She's cute and all but what should I do. He looked away, still beet red, and took another bite out of the sandwich.
Jynx finished her sandwich, taking a drink out of the water bottle. She glanced at him before looking away again. "<span style='color:blue'>Um...</span>" She blushed, staring at the ground.
Pendzez finished his sandwich and thought, I can't hold back any longer. He reached out his arms onto her shoulders, pulled himself and her closer and kissed her. When his lips connected with hers, it felt like a flame spark turning into a blazing inferno. Pendzez pulled away after the kiss and saw that Jynx was beet red. He looked away and shook his head, grabbed his bag and said, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have." He lifted himself off the bench and took a step but was halted with a grip on his right arm and a soft, <span style='color:gray'>"Wait"</span>
Jynx held his arm, still blushing, and moved around to face him again. She stood on tiptoes, closing the few inches in height, and kissed him back. Fire ran through her veins as she closed her eyes for a moment before pulling back, blushing as she stood there, unsure of what to do next.
Pendzez stood there close to her and slowly and softly grabbed her left arm, dropped his bag, and pulled her closer. He pulled her closer to his chest and wrapped his arms around her. He closed his eyes and asked her this question softly, "Do you believe in love at first site? Because I do."
Jynx blushed, leaning her head on his chest. "<span style='color:blue'>Yes, I believe in love at first sight.</span>" She whispered softly, trembling a little. She carefully wrapped her arms around his waist, her tail wrapping around her leg nervously.
Pendzez slowly opened his eyes. "There's nothing to be nervous about. I'm here with you." His tail was just keeping still pointing down. The flame on it was intensifying, probably because of being in love.
Jynx nodded against his chest, her eyes closed. "<span style='color:blue'>I can't help it. I'm not around people very much.</span>" She murmured, inhaling deeply. He smelled like a forest after a rain storm. She smiled a little, breathing in his soothing scent as she relaxed in his arms.
"Well, you said that you were more of a wanderer than a Rogue. I want to know more about you and well be with you." His tail flame intensified even more. "People who wander to different places have only one campanion who is their only friend. I want to be yours too."
Jynx smiled, pulling back to look at him. "<span style='color:blue'>Really? You mean it?</span>" She asked softly, hope filling her. "<span style='color:blue'>I've never had a companion before. I mean, there's my brother, but he's always off working...</span>" She looked down again, loosening her grip a little as she thought before she cheered up. "<span style='color:blue'>I don't mind answering questions. Ask me anything.</span>" She pulled him gently to sit on the bench again, sitting beside him.
Pendzez sat back down and looked at her. "What's your brother like? Like is he protective, shy, courageous, brave, wussy, mean, nice or something?" His tail flame was extinguishing, now that things were sorted out. "Oh, and yes really."
Jynx thought for a minute, studying their paws. "<span style='color:blue'>Well, he's a little over protective, and he's really brave. He's always off doing some job or another to earn enough money for food, too. And at first he seems a little mean, but after a while he gets used to you and he's nice.</span>" She smiled, looking up again. "<span style='color:blue'>What about you? Do you have any siblings?</span>"
"<span style='color:blue'>Wow. That's a pretty name.</span>" She smiled, looking at the ground. "<span style='color:blue'>I used to always wish I had a little sister. Never having any other girls around got boring really fast.</span>" She said, laughing.
"Because you would have someone to play with." He giggled a bit. He look up at the sky and the clouds.
"<span style='color:blue'>Exactly. I found other ways to entertain myself, though.</span>" She gave him a mishevious grin, following his gaze to the sky. "<span style='color:blue'>It looks like its going to rain.</span>" She thought aloud, noticing the gray clouds swirling in from the south.
