  1. <font color='#000080'>Linnet nodded to Ziarch request. She knew what could happen, if things werenÂ’t taken controle of soon the boat might never make it back to dock. It wasnÂ’t exactly what she was wanting, but it had been her choice to come on this trip.

She ran out on deck, quickly helping with the rigging. If they lost there sails now they were done for. Sure some of them could fly but in a storm and a long way with on land could make it hard. She moved around jumping and flying from mast to mast. She was glad to have wings, even if they were to big for her.

She didnÂ’t really stop to pay attention to what the other where doing but kept her mind on this at the moment. There would be other time for that. Then at that moment she took a gust of wind wrong and it spent her off course spinning out of control for a few seconds. She then saw the lone ‘dragon flying in the storm.

She didnÂ’t think it to important to tell any one just yet but she decided to keep an eye on the lone ‘dragon incase they tried to do any thing to the ship. She landed on deck and took a spot out of the way.</font>

  2. <font color='#000000'>Gejusa eyed Taydron but did not move. She had no intention of doing anything, she wasn't even sure she would help out with the mutiny. She had only agreed for fun. She looked around at the pendragons rushing to and fro. Finally she decided that she could help a little. She eyed a small piece of rope and her eyes glowed. The rope floated over to her and she tied one end to her left paw and the other to a loop on the edge of the deck. She smiled menacingly and looked over at Taydran.

Said secure everythin'. Carn't very well do anythin' now wit me paw all tied down.

She sat down with a plod, her earrings jingling slightly. Her bandana came a little loose and she bent her head down and fixed it with her paws. The stupid thing had loosened in the water. She looked up at the figure hovering above. She was not in the least worried of anything. Her stubborn attitude prevented her from being anything of the like</font>

  3. <font color='#000080'>Incendi followed Ziarch rather patiently as he wandered the ship making checks.  Not that it wasnÂ’t easy for her to remain patiently silent; it was just easier because she had a job in mind.  Patience always came easier when she thought there was opportunity to kill someone.  And of course the water wasnÂ’t helping either.  It was either stay on deck and get wet or go below deck and stay dry but have at any minute water come gushing down the stairs to make her even more wet.  She followed him to the end of the ship.  She gave a small bow of her head as she began her address.  She spoke in hushed tones “Ziarch, youÂ’re in a spot of trouble here, and IÂ’m willing to help... for a price.  A small one mind you, IÂ’m not overly picky."

Then again it was hard to be picky when you didnÂ’t have much.  She had no family, and no real place to call home.  She had Miska, but the spitting tmuka had been left in the swamps, for this adventure; and a good thing too, he would have definitely not liked this voyage.  She let her mind wander freely, only to find a small barrier in the air. She shook her head in disdain at the magic.  It would be simple enough for someone of her age to tear down the barriers squash the mind that created them like a bug but that required a patience and focus that she didnÂ’t have right now, if she even cared at all.  The waves were getting higher now and she was getting splashed regularly.  Only her anticipation of violence kept her from panicking.  She let only slight irritation on her part be revealed on her face as she burst into small flickering flames that evaporated the water clinging to her fur and kept her dry.  She turned her attention to the captain, awaiting his answer.</font>

  4. <font color='#810541'><span style='color:navy'>"I'm in more trouble than you could know Incendi."</span> His eyes glinted dangerously. He was not really angry at any singular person, except for perhapes LoneShadow, but rather the situation he found himself in.

<span style='color:navy'>"So, what do you propose to help me with, how would you "help", and what is your price? Don't lie to me now. I dont take kindly to word games."</span>

The boat rocked dangerously as it hit a particularily large wave. Ziarch sidestepped to avoid being thrown to his knees. He growled deeply and bellowed out to the crew. <span style='color:navy'>"All of you! Put on your safty harnesses! All precautions are to be taken!"</span> Under his breath he mumbled something about not wanting anyone going overboard. The ship couldn't tack in these conditions and things were going to be getting worse before getting better.</font>

  5. <font color='#000000'>The 'dragon was now above the ship, soaring around the main mast. He was clearly enjoying the thrill of this: The storm, the yelling, the thought of mutiny. What excitement! He looked down on them... his glowing red eyes looked down on them. The 'dragon cackled, and continued... then that happened.

    KABANG!!!

Lightning crashed onto the main mast, and for a split second one could see that his face was covered in terror and surprise... but his eyes were no longer glowing red! The ship's crew was very lucky this time; the mast didn't fall over. However, the 'dragon plummeted down to the deck, and would have met a sticky end if it weren't for his wings and acting just in time.

When he was on all fours again, the pendragon closed his eyes, and his wings shrank into the shoulderblades, soon completely gone. Now he opened them. They were a dull blue, and he was clearly still nervous. Well, who wouldn't be if lightning had just struck a tall thing next to them?</font>

  6. <font color='#008080'>Taydran darted around deck, securing barrels, tieing loose knots, making sure all the crew were still accounted for. He knew they hadn't reached the worst part yet and for that he was thankfull. Suddenly, a loosely tied barrel snapped out of it's hold as a larger wave crashed against the side of the ship. It rolled down the deck and Taydran spotted it a second too late. He tried to avoid the heavy object but it slammed into his side and sent him skidding across the slick deck. He cried out as he desperatly tried to grab the deck with his claws. The scraped and bumped across the wooden floor. Taydran soon found himself thinking that this would be it. He came closer and closer to the side with each passing second. Just about when he was about to go overboard, his claws found grip and he jerked to a halt. Taydran rose to his feet slowly. His legs shook under him and his chest ached with spurting amounts of pain. Every time he took a step, it burned. Taydran knew he had broken something but he put it in the back of his mind as he secured the lifeline around his waist. Walking quickly over to the post were everyone's was tied, he checked them and double checked them making sure they were all secure. In the back of his mind, he wanted to loosen LoneShadow's and just say it was an accident when they discovered that he was lost. Shaking his head, he secured LoneShadow's line as well and called up to the captian.

The life lines are secure Zirach!

His chest ached again and he stumbed a bit as he walked over to a safe spot to wait out the storm.</font>

  7. <font color='#000080'>Incendi smirked.  She could get to the point.  She gave him a slightly insulted look though when he came to the lying part. "I'm hurt that you'd think i'd lie to you.  But I'll get to the point.  I'm a master assassin, and i know about your problems with mutiny and storms.  If you would like to hire me to kill someone then i'll do that, if you want to hire me to help you keep control of the ship from certain mutinous individuals then i'll do that as well.  And as for price... i could use a new weapon."

She nearly panicked as a huge wave washed over and set the flames on her body hissing but instead she showed, or tried to only show at least, a mild anoyance.  She stood up and turned away from Ziarch and started to walk away, "Or you can handle this by yourself.  Take your time; I think i'll explore below deck until you make your decision."

With a final flash of teeth in a smile she merged into the shadows, her pale blue fur strangely not making it any easier to spot her as she made her way below deck.</font>

  8. <font color='#0000FF'>OOC:yo storm i said i gave da storm an part of my conscience so by my recokoning 'cos ya need an conscience it is an thinking elemental hence da twin bit *grins*

    IC:

"Incendi, i believe ya cannot harm me in anyway" he stated as he heard what she had said about killing certain mutiny planners. Him. "incendi i belive you do not want to test the merits of my power" he growled as he rose to his full height, his mane flowed in the storm as thunder flashed about gave him an slighty evil look that could aid him.
mm i like this thunder and storm thing he thought as he raised an hand to point at Ziarch "and as for you i give you an choice" when he said this his voice took an hard edge " you can come willingly into as my captive or unwillingly so i will cause pain through this saddens me"  He was truely sad about harming Ziarch but he had no choice. In fact he was going to "capture" the entire ship for an few days or so and then hand it back for Ziarch. He was enjoying this new taste of cruelness but he would not allow it to develop any further into harmful intent.

"i will give you ten minutes to decide which you will prefer since i will have to attend to some important business in my clan but as you can see my creature will keep you in lime" He grinned as he brought both hands in front of his chest and pushed outwards while muttering an chant. Purple lines deepened in quality as they danced across the surface across his body, circling his arms while he said this chant. Then soon he then basically he just popped out of existance right there in that spot that he recently was in.</font>

  9. <font color='#810541'>Above the boat lightning flashed yet again and yet again Ziarch missed the 'dragon that had been hovering there. This time the bolt hit the mast and burning the entire core to a crisp. It would have been better if the thing had fallen. At the moment it was being held up by nothing more than the stays. Any balance it once had blown away by the bolt of pure elctricity.

A low growl formed in Ziarchs throat. He knew that things were going to get bad, but he wasn't expecting it this soon. Taydran's yell about the safty belts being secure was lost in the howling winds, although Ziarch did see the boy make his way to the side of the boat stumbeling as he went. He placed the stumbling due to the heaving deck. He braced himself, spreading his legs to keep form being thrown from the bucking ship.

<span style='color:navy'>"A mere assassin cant get rid of this nutcase Incendi. If it could I'd be doing the job myself."</span> His voice was a low whisper. He had no idea where LoneShadow was now that he had dissapeared, or if he was even still around. He glanced at the flames that danced across her body. They were the only thing giving her away in the shadows. <span style='color:navy'>"Then again you are not a normal assassin are you? I think we could probably find you a suitable weapon. Do what you can to help if the offer is still open, but keep out of harms way. He shouldn't hurt you if he doesn't have to. I'm in control of the ship and besides, he seems to only wnat me."</span>

Ziarch glanced around the deck searching for any sign of the sorceror. There was none. He let his voice raise in an attempt to overcome the wind.<span style='color:navy'>"What kind of choice is that LoneShadow? I would never be a captive. Least of all one to you! The offer itself is far to degrading for me to even concider! Just dont tell me that a dissapearing act is all that is within your 'inconceivable' power."</span> His tone was high and mocking. <span style='color:navy'>"I'm afraid you'll have to pull off more than cheap tricks to scare me. So lets get this over and done with so that I can throw you from the boat as I should have done at the start. If you drown it will be a favour to all pendragons."</span>

He crouched, partially to keep his balance, partially so he could jump when LoneShadow made a move. The back of his mind wondered where the others were. Hopefully out of danger. He could only see Taydran and Incendi in the gloom. <span style='color:navy'>Boy, your going far to soft. Worry about yourself right now. Not someone else.</span></font>

  10. <font color='#000080'>Incendi paused as she glanced back at the captain as he gaver her the go ahead.  She smirked slightly as she thought to herself.  No i'm not an ordinary assassin... i'm incendi Thurin.  she turned only to be accosted by Loneshadow.  She smirked in slight amusement at his antics with the storm and she let him get away with it instead of taking the storm and making it dissipate entirely like she was capable of doing.  But no, she let him put on his show and she smirked.  And for the first time in a long time she had to fight laughter.  Incendi had not lived as old as she had to be intimidated by this nioti.

She sat down, only her eyes giving away the mirth that she was holding back as he continued on with his light effects and dramatic exit.  Then she laughed, fell on the floor and laughed untill her sides hurt.  The assassin got up, whiped a tear from her cheek and regained her composure.  She shook herself and glared at the rain that still fell on her form.  With a brief flash of red in her eyes she formed a sphere of telekinetic energy that the rain slid off.  Ten minutes eh?  She sat back down and waited, eyes glowing as her body flickered in flames within the kinetic forcefield.  She could be patientt now; she was on a job.</font>

  11. <font color='#000080'>Linnet looked around at every thing going on, while she tried to keep her balance. She had her wings slightly held out to be more balanced. She just had to be careful not too let the wind get under her wings and left her up.

She watched the conversation between the tree ‘dragons. She wind was still to strong for her to hear what they were say exactly. When LoneShadow disappeared it made her worry. He could be any where. She quickly called up a shield that would block most attacks. She knew that they werenÂ’t directed at her but you could never be to safe.

She watched a Incendi called up her magic thing, she wasnÂ’t quit sure what it was but she could tell it was magic. She wanted to help with something but since Ziarch didnÂ’t want them to involved as that she still wanted to help. The thing was she didnÂ’t know who she could trust of the older ‘dragons.</font>

  12. <font color='#728FCE'>Ooc: *blink* where did everybody go?

IC: Jarman layed on his bed. The storm was bad, he knew that much, but he would be more of a hinderance on deck, so he stayed put, waiting to see if the storm would cause any injuries to the crew.</font>

  13. <font color='#810541'>OOC: Most are around... its just that we cant do much until LoneShadow posts. I think he may be away on vacation, but he hasn't posted in the absence thread nor anywhere else for that matter.

Right now I cant think of anything that would move the story from where it is currently stuck... So, unless someone else can think of something and posts it I'm going to wait a few more days (weekend at the latest) before posting again. *shrugs* After that I'll think of something if no-one else does at an earlier time.</font>

  14. <font color='#348781'>OOC: Yeah, I can't do much as of now either or I would have posted. -sigh- I hope he posts soon.</font>

  15. <font color='#0000FF'>OOC: yo sorry guys i been busy at the club  [IMG]

LoneShadow was extreamly tired, he had been argueing with many clan leaders who wanted to join him. He could not deal with the stress of handling an already large clan without adding more 'dragons. This meant he had more 'dragons to take care off and look after. He knew there was no possible way of gaining the favour of all aboard the ship 'cos of his actions. Now it was time to return. Time to fight the one who also had magic. His sourcery was far reaching and he had kept an certain spy aboard the ship that observed all goings on. He had dismissed the water element since it was an waste of energy and he was not going to cause any real damage with that element.

He glowed with an deep purple aura as he appeared floating above the ship. His arms was raised,  pointing torwards the sky. The hands were circled with light shades of purple that seemed to chase each strand across the whole of his body as LoneShadow eyes appeared set with flaming coals, his mane raised in spikes as he bared his teeth while floating as he he howled in rage. His eyes darted upon the decks searching for the one that seeked to destroy him. He was LoneShadow clan leader of the Dre-Seynor none shall oppose him yet there was an 'dragon that was determined to challegne him and kill him but who was it and why?

He still floated above the decks, howling his rage to all that heard him as his body glowered deep purple as sourcery was made to search out this one 'dragon and seize its heart to end its life within seconds yet his attempts was failing...

Finally he brought the greatest strength upon him as he howled in the minds of whoever opposed him in anger</font>

  16. <font color='#728FCE'>OoC: *scratches head* I'm sorry, but that just confused the crap outta me...</font>

  17. <font color='#000000'>((OOC: Well, the plot began going again. That's good. Sorry this post is short, but...))

Tyran, the pendragon who had fallen from the sky, was now gripping one of the masts. His leathery wings were now on his back again, looking ready to fly. He could only stare in fright and awe at Loneshadow.

Suddenly, with a loud KABANG!!!, lightning struck the main mast once more. This time, it didn't stand. It swayed, then began to topple towards the port of the ship - putting any 'dragons on that side in danger! Tyran looked towards the mast, his eyes widened in pure horror. He could only watch in shock. Then, though he didn't know why, he let out a terrified scream.

Something tells me WE'RE NOT GONNA MAKE IT!!!</font>

  18. <font color='#348781'>Taydran skidded across the deck once more although this time he was prepared. He jerked to a stop and bounded up the steep deck once more. The loud bang jostled his nerves as he looked up through the pouring rain to see the mast swaying dangerously. His eyes squinted to see a dragon clinging to one of the masts. Taydran refused to believe the statment made by him and he decided it was time to take some action. Not heeding Zirach's order to submit to LoneShadow's request, He leaped up on the higher deck and called out to the scattered crew. His voice bellowed over the howl of the wind.

Are we gonna let this rogue pirate take us all down? There is only one of him and dozens of us! We can fight this! Be brave and stay true! Now all who are with me say I!

Taydran looked out boldly to the crew. He was no longer the scrawny little cabin boy. He was not a boy anymore for that matter, he was a soldier.</font>

  19. <font color='#810541'>OOC: I'm not really sure as to whats going on either Onyx. [IMG]

IC: What had happened? One minute Ziarch was waiting for an attack the next he found Rallyn rallying the saliors into a rebellion. He ignored the cabin-boy turned man scampering out of the way in a very undignified way as the mast came crashing down. Lines and pieces of sail coming after it. Hopefully none had been crushed underneath the pole of solid wood.

Even if they had there was nothing that could be done at the moment. Along with the turbulence aboard the ship there was still the storm surrounding it that still threatened to take the ship down. The fact that it was now being powered by magic as well as mother nature was a frightening thought indeed. The fact that it was dark magic from the apparently insne LoneWolf only added to the threat. Ziarch shook his head. Things on this ship changed course far to often for his liking.</font>

  20. <font color='#728FCE'>Linnet looked up to see the mast start to fall. She knew it would hit her if she didnÂ’t move and her magic shield wasnÂ’t going to stop it. She jumped out of the way as fast as she could, just making it. She then looked up towards Taydran.

She wanted to yell at the top of her lunges that she was with him but she knew that would be a bad idea. She didn’t want to draw attention to herself. Not that she was self centered and would run at danger. But because it wasn’t the best idea. He would just make a target of himself. But she would stand behind him. Well not really behind him but if he needed help she would help.

She walk a little distance from the fallen mast and looked around to make sure she knew what was going on. The crew seemed to be lost or just confused. Not sure what to do she looked over at Ziarch she could only guess the thoughts going throught his head. She walked over to him.
<span style='color:orange'>“Ziarch, he’s right. We need to bring the crew back together.. Their your crew, they will follow you."</span>

Well she wasn’t compitaly sure they would all follow him but they needed to try something.</font>
