  1. <font color='#810541'>Ziarch nodded at Linnet as he past by and made a mental note to talk to her after this latest event was delt with. He dashed into the galley and up the stairs onto the deck. What he saw there almost caused him to crash headfirst into the wooden planks as he missed more than just a single step in surprise.

Before him stood another new 'dragon. She was a black colour with blue tints that caused the red bandana that held back her dark hair to stand out sharply. Her ears were covered with numerous piercings and her knees were almost visibly knocking together in fear. With good reason too!

Ziarch stared at the "demon king" that was his ships protector and shook his head. He didn't approve of the actions, but he had to admit that LoneShadow had picked the one thing that would probably terrify this female, this pirate, into jumping ship of her own accord.

Then, of course, there was Incendi in the corner, controlling the head of a giant water beast that hovered menacingly over the ship. Ziarch couldn't help, but smirk. He felt bad for the girl, but both his crew probably had good reason for pulling stunts like this one. At least they had better of had good reason, especially after he had just specificly warned Incendi...

He decided to let things play out. As long as nothing serious happened it couldn't hurt and he wanted to see what the others would do, if anything. Besides, parhapes this would push the pirate femme in a new direction. One that didn't include stealing from others to make a living.

He sat down for the time being, his muscles still coiled and ready for action if he needed to move quickly to stop LoneShadow and Incendi's "game", and waited.</font>

  2. <font color='#0000FF'>LoneShadow let out an sonic roar that rippled across for an few miles disturbing some birds that nested an few miles away. He nearly ripped the ship aparted but he had an firm control over his powers and limits which were boundless. He glared at the shaking form that had surrounded so easily. Then all of sudden he laughed merrily as he held out his hand to be shook. "have no fear Gejusa Quentil if that be your name, see that fella over there he be our captain" He leaned closed and whispered to her "Maybe ya be wanting to join in this mutiny i have planned" He glanced at the captain that was watching everything with an piercing eye.

he will be surprised when i come to fight him He winked at the pirate "know now my powers, if ya wanna flee like an coward then swim home we offer no help but if ya seek to be useful inquire the captain for an position" He glowered again with purple that took on an deep quality as his hand that was held out in an friendly gesture started to burn with purple flame that interwined between his paws. "shake my hand and i will give you protection only if you join me as my guard"

He knew that if the captain knew what he was doing he would be put to death straight away but that would never happen to an master of dark sorcery. He grinned as he held out his hand.</font>

  3. <font color='#000000'>Gejusa was entirely befudled and confused. So was this still a ghost ship? What was that dragon there for? What had he just said to her? She twisted her head and looked at him a second, the fear suddenly fading from her as she relized the situation. She would have under different circumstances been angry but she was to confused. She lifted a darkened paw and let it downn hard on his and she smirked.

    "Sounds like arlot 'o fun!"

She liffted her paw to the sword and sheithed it at her side. Her red eyes flashed in exitement.

"Thar I dont be knowin' by what means one like yurself would be needin' of one like me."

She walked over to the captain wary of the water dragon looming overhead. She made a courtious bow and smirked.

"Ar hope I didnt cause to much of a disturbance on ye fine ship? May I be so foolish as to arsk for a job, ifn' you aint goin' to dismiss me regardin me past?"

She was not really expecting him to say "yes welcome aboard" but so far the crew seemed more than forgiving why not the captain? She was compleatly ready to have to chop her way out and dive overboard but hoped that she would not have to, mutany was fun!

((ooc: sorry for my lateness, the internet down here sucks...))</font>

  4. <font color='#008080'>Cerulean orbs widened as he heard of the mutiny that LoneShadow was planning. Taydran had been behind a row of water barrels for the whole conversation and he wasn't very suprised to hear of the plan. Tail flicked in anger and the flame grew into a bloody red color. Inspite of his anger, Tay remained silent. The salty air had wiped out any traces of his scent, supposidly... In any case, the youth knew he had to report this to Zirach as soon as possible. Blood tipped charcoal bangs fluttered infront of Taydran's face as he padded out from behind the barrels once LoneShadow and the pirate 'dragon had turned away. He padded slowly by the older 'dragon and turned back to glare at him.

I wouldn't try anything funny LoneShadow, or you might be facing a quick and painfull death on your part.

The words dripped off of Taydran's tounge as he spoke them. The cold, hardness of his saphires glittered in the ocean sunlight as he turned and stalked off t'wards the Captian. Noticing he was busy with the rogish pirate, he increased his pace. Upon reaching the captian, he tapped him lightly on the shoulder, his eyes serious as well as his tone.

Captain, a word if you please.

He used the formal name for Zirach as he glared at the female coldly. He reached into her mind and spoke/thought the words icily.

I know what you are planning and you are not going to get away with it you drunken she-'dragon.</font>

  5. <font color='#000080'>Linnet was still a little put back by the display of magic and the presence of the newcomer. She had no idea of what had been going on between the others, but she could tell something was up and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to be a part  of it. Well that was a stupid thought She told herself. Of course she would be a part of it. Not a big part but still a part, she was on the ship and they where suppose to all get along but sometimes things went in the other direction.

She was angry to find out that there would be trouble, but didn’t let it show on her face. It was better for them to think that she knew nothing of the matter. For now she would try to lay low and try to find out what was needed to know.

She took a step forward form where she stood in the doorway to below deck. She knew that what ever was going on she would be on the captains side. She moved forward a little more hoping to hear something from any of the ‘dragons. She eyed the ‘dragons trying to take a guess at who was on who’s side.

Now that her mind was set on this she had forgotten all about the on coming storm. It wouldn’t go unnoticed forever, someone else would be sure to see it.</font>

  6. <font color='#810541'>Ziarch glared at LoneShadow. Surprisingly the male seemed to be behaving himself. That only made the captain that much more wary. He strongly doubted that LoneShadow would have taken his earlier words to heart.

Something passed between the dark sorceror and the female pirate before she came over to him, asking for a job in such an innocent voice that it made the hairs along Ziarchs spine stand on end.

<span style='color:navy'>"On this ship your past means nothing. Just make sure you know which way your future is pointing. We still have plenty of spots on this ship that need to be filled so your more than welcome to stay. I'm hoping you have some knowledge on boats from your past... experiance. If you dont mind we could really use a few more hands on deck to help with the rigging."</span>

At that moment Taydran came over asking to speak with him. Ziarch simply nodded with his head for Taydran to lead the way. He remembered Linnet wanting to tell him something and motioned for her to follow Taydran as well. Before he left he through over his shoulder that one of the other crew members would tell Gejusa where things were. Then he followed Taydran, his eyes slipping towards the horizon as he walked.

OOC: Sorry for the lame post. Its been a long day.</font>

  7. <font color='#008080'>OOC: It's ok Storm, I have long days every day. x_x

Taydran nodded to Zirach as he walked quickly below deck. The young cabin boy seemed oddly miffed at what he had just heard but calm nonetheless. Prehensile tail flicking again in irritance, he continued to walk down the long hall to the Captian's room where they would not be overheard. Auds swiveled back as he heard the female's light footsteps. Taydran was about to stop and protest but he held back. The crew would soon be told of this anyway. Upon reaching the end of the hall, Taydran pushed open the door and walked inside. He sat himself down and stared out the porthole for a moment before growling slightly. He closed his deep blue eyes and glanced at the female once before speaking in a rather monotone voice.

Zirach, I have overheard talks of a muntiny already at hand. The bearers of this are currently LoneShadow, whom I did not trust in the beginning, and that other female whom you have just heired. I heard of their little agreement. LoneShadow is the one who is planning it.

Taydran paused as he listened to the pounding of feet above him and the creak of the ship below his feet. The then realized that this was going to be a very, very long journey... Realizing he hadn't finished, Taydran coughed and contiuned.

I thought you would like to know Zirach.</font>

  8. <font color='#000080'>ooc: i hate school... clerical erros always find me and make me think its the end of the world...

ic:  Incendi smirked slightly as she kept a small eye on the goings on, well at least she was enjoying herself with her giant water dragon puppet.  she had the great looming head bob and glance around for a bit before rejoining the main body of the ocean.  Perhaps water wasn't that bad... and perhaps she would sprout wings... She leaned over the side and gave the water a hate filled glare as she returned her attention to the rest of the crew.  With a yawn she relaxed the constraints on her mind and let it wander freely for a moment.  Something about a storm... a mutiny... spying on crew members... fear... hate... worry... all the basic emotions and thoughts were... wait... mutiny?  spying?  Incnedi decided to decline the idea of sorting out whose thoughts and feelings were whose... that would prove more chaotic than she wanted.  The thought of the storm came into her mind and she scurried up the rigging and into the crow's nest.

It was a huge storm too... one that would probably give Incendi's skills a run for the money if she chose to fight it... if she wanted to...  a thought occuerd to Incendi.  Perhaps she should downplay her powers, not reveal exactly how much she had.  So instead she bounded halfway down the rigging to be heard over the waves and yelled down to the captain, Captain!  Storm off the starboard side!  It ain't pretty!</font>

  9. <font color='#000000'>Gejusa heard the thoughts echo in her mind. She was so infuriated she would have chopped his head off there and then. Instead she arched  her back, bent her head and narrowed her eyes. She was realy andgry.

Drunken?!? She-'dragon!!!! How dare he!?! Im a better pirate youd see in your life, my taz has nothing to do with the matter!

Gejusa on top of everything elce was also very hatefull of tazists, she had grown up with them, later killed them but that was not the point. She thought about pulling her sword out, one quick easy motion and she would be rid of him! But she resrained herself.

She just managed to hear what the captain had said, she knew she was in for it now, joined the wrong crowd at the wrong time. Nothing for it now, all theh kissing up in the world couldnt fix it now. She walked back over to LoneWolf and grinned.

"I think we be in for it nar!"</font>

  10. <font color='#0000FF'>LoneShadow knew that the captain had been told of his plan. He had felt the presence of an certain 'dragon that he had no doubt about. He let his mind ran through the other 'dragons mind leaving no trace that an intruder had read all their thoughts and imprinted mind. He chuckled as he watched the pirate 'dragon tell him that they would be in for it. "no worries, like i said i would give you protection" he pulled something out of thin air that glowered with an mystrerious light source. "here i want you to have this, if ya ever in trouble then ya call these words exactly LoneShadow E kull shaa sy ni gjysakseym, this will gaurantee your aid"  The obect he held in his hand seemed to resamble an small snake that was motionless yet had all the life of movement in it. The snake was encrusted with red gems that serverd as its eye.

LoneShadow for his part was not evil in anyway, he was just an big overgrown child that was the general impression often many 'dragons thought but those that grew to be close friends knows that it was an front to put many 'dragons off guard and that he was really an closed mind that did not like the idea of sharing his emotions to others that he deemed unworthy of such show.

LoneShadow walked to the bow of the ship slowly as he watches the raging storm approach. He delighted in such shows of true power as his mind joined as one with the element of the storm, he could feel an rush of ectasy as he feels the raging powers of the storm. He let out an cry of joy "Captain, lemme control this storm so that it avoids you" He wasnt really going to make the ship avoid the storm nay he would direct it to where the captain lay and bring in water elemental creatures aboard the decks that would take over the ship. he had many big things planned. He grinned as he once again felt the power of the storm flow through him.</font>

  11. <font color='#008080'>Taydran still sat in the chair. His mind was on the matter of LoneShadow and the she-'dragon. Prehensile tail twitched and swayed as if in some elegant dance. It showed the irratance in the cabin boy's mind. His blood tipped bangs fluttered in his face as he growled lowly from deep within his chest. LoneShadow...he reminded Taydran too much of his father. It scared him slightly and made him hate his worthless father more. Reaching a hand up to his neck, Taydran grabbed the pendant around his neck. The heavy peice of metal was cold to the touch and rather heavy. He couldn't remember who gave him this, all he knew is that he had it forever...

The shout from above deck alerted him to attention once more. Looking out the porthole again, he spotted the dark, looming clouds coming nearer to the ship. Nodding to the Captian, he got up and peered out the door to the stairs that lead above deck. He caught another fleeting glimpse of the she-pirate and he growled. Turning back, he spoke.

Zirach...this storm is gonna be nasty..</font>

  12. <font color='#000080'>Linnet fallow the captain below next. She then turned her head to listen to the on coming shouts of the other crew members of the on coming storm. She nodded to show it was true. not that he needed any more reassuring.
<span style='color:orange'>“That’s what I had wanted to tell you Zirach. I don’t know if we would be able to pass it or go around it. It could cause us more trouble then we already have."</span>

She was angered to hear the news about the plotting against the captain. And so soon. This could turn in to a blood fight if this were taken whole of.

She didnÂ’t trust really any one trying to control the storm. She knew that she didnÂ’t have the experience for any thing that big. And not many ‘dragons could, it was a hard thing controlling weather. They might just have to sail through it and hope for the best.</font>

  13. <font color='#810541'>OOC: You know this is the third time I've had to write this!?! The first time I tried to save it by copy and pasting (had to go to supper). It didn't save! The second time I wrote it my computer decided to crash just before I posted! What a pain...

IC: Ziarch nodded solemly. Something bad was going to happen and something was telling him it wasn't going to be just the storm. He stood for a few minutes just thinking about what to do. Then the captain turned towards the youngest two members of the crew. It really was ironic. These two were the ones he had at first worried about. Now they were the only ones who he really trusted.

<span style='color:navy'>"Okay. We need to ready the boat. Anything that is loose needs to be secured. I'll tell the sailors to furl all the sails except for the jib and a single main. Theres no point going around the storm. We will be caught anyway and it will just make the crossing worse. We're going straight through."</span> By this time the piers were far behind. The 'Water Dragon' was far out to sea. There was nowhere to run or hide to. She and her crew were utterly and completely on their own and with a rising mutany 'alone' was a word to be afraid of. Very afraid.

<span style='color:navy'>"If LoneShadow tries to do something during this, and I think he will, you cant oppose him. If he does gain control standing behind me will only cause you grief. I do appreciate the trust you two, and who knows how many others, have placed in me, but if things get bad, back down. Understand? Your both to young to be risking your lives for an old fogey like me."</span>

Ziarch strod out of the cabin and headed for the upperdeck, once again. He did indeed feel much older than his 2, 000 some-odd years. What he had wanted to be an amazing journey was quickly turning against him. The weight of this lay across his shoulders like a dark cloak. The foreboding grip clutched at his chest, forever tightening its grip. The ships planking creaked under his feet as he walked. It was time.

He easily slipped back into his old skin. The one that killed. The one that he had been taught to wear from a young age. Ziarch was no longer the captain of a magnificent ship. No, he was now a creature that had been molded by the hands of another. He was the one thing he hated most in the world. He was now the death of whoever got in his way.

The assassins cold eyes seemed almost to let off a light of their own as the sky darkened still with the oncoming rush of the black clouds that signalled someones demise. Who exactly it was, still hid within the inky mass. It would become clear soon enough. For some it would come to soon.</font>

  14. <font color='#728FCE'>OoC: sorry i haven't been posting, didn't seem like Jar-jar could do any thing during it all...

    IC:
Jarman's emerald eyes raised to the sky.

He shook his head and headed back to his cabin. He would be no help right now, and seeing as how the situation with the female had been eased over, he didn't seem to be needed now.

    At least... not yet.

    Ooc: ... sucked, I know...</font>

  15. <font color='#000000'>((OOC: Time for Tyran to show up... in a rather cool way, too.))

    IC:
The stormclouds were black as night, but the lightning flashes were bright and just as terrifying. Indeed they'd pose a threat to the ship, and to everyone upon it. And everyone in it.

As the ship sailed ever closer, one could catch the glimpse of a dragon-winged pendragon soaring around, illuminated by flashes of lightning. From what could be seen, he was no bigger than a small dog, but clearly a young adult. The wings were enormous, capable of carrying three times the weight of this creature.

    Was it a friend, or a foe?</font>

  16. <font color='#000000'>Gejusa walked around the deck in circles not at all afraid of the storm. She would just jump overboard if worst came to worst, no drowning for her. She was a little suprised the crew had come on so "friendly" as they had, she had expected to be tied and gagged.

    Owell thats life for ye

She looked around at the crew members darting here and there. She sat down in a corner of the deck near the rialing. She couldn't really help in anyway, and if she could, she wouldn't, to tireing. She happened to see a tip of a shadow float over the deck as a flash of lightning iluminated the sky. She looked up at the form, her paw moving instinctively to her sword.

((ooc: sorry i was gone for a little while))</font>

  17. <font color='#008080'>Nodding, Taydran agreed to the captian's wishes. His dark cerulean orbs flickered with sadness and trust towards Zirach. Taydran wasn't going to submit to LoneShadow if the mutiny was going to happen. He would rather die then serve another who reminded him greatly of his father. Flame 'pon his tail danced a dark orange as he gave one final look to the captian before dissapearing around the corner. He walked up on deck and spotted Gejusa sitting near the rail doing nothing to help the other crew members. Fighting the urge to go over there and tell her to get her lazy ass moving, Taydran snorted and walked over to the crew and told them what Zirach had said.

Secure everything except the jib and the single main and do it quickly! She's approaching fast.</font>

  18. <font color='#000080'>Incendi had jumped back down to the deck, and was huddling behind a crate, peeking around to watch the activites of the ship.  She had to admit that her first boat ride was interesting to say the least but she still hated the water.  But something was wrong with the storm... it was coming in way too fast.  Her eyes changed from their cold golden to a firey amber as her mind sought out any twists or turns if magic in the air.  She found one and traced it from the storm to Lone Shadow and bared her teeth in a silent snarl.  Now with him controlling the storm she would get even wetter than she had prepared to get and that made her hackled stand on end.  She would have to do something about this... even if it meant doing a free job.

She had not lived for as long as she had to let some nioti get her wet!  A small thought tickled the back of her mind and she paused to think.  Perhaps there was a way to make some gains off of the situation.  First she would have to find Ziarch and offer her... assistance.  Keen eyes caught the sight of a darker form in the shadows that she recognized as the captain.  She gave a wary glance around before melting into the shadows to join him.  She whispered once she'd gotten close enough.  "Captain?  A word if i may?"</font>

  19. <font color='#0000FF'>LoneShadow had been slowly regaining vital control of the storm until this wild element was in his control."HHWWWOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL" he roared as he directed the storm closer to the ship. He traced an strong path of dark magic torwards the storm and sent part of his own magic to merge with the storm so that it would serve him till he said so otherwise. While he was concreated on this particular magic of his, he was also doing complicated spells that would put up an barrier of magical and non-magical resistance around him that would stop any 'dragon that tried to direct offensive spells at him or attempt to read his mind. The sky continued to darken as the storm that was his started to lash out with water shots at those 'dragons on the decks, it was not an powerful effect, its only purpose was to raise confusion and chaos aboard the ship that he LoneShadow could take advantage of.

Soon the storm had become an second part of him, in effect it was now his water element twin with an differences, it did not possess all full powers of LoneShadow all else it would go mad being drowned in the tides of his true Dark Sourcery magic, what he was doing right now was an mere child's play thing he could easily take the ship and put all aboard under his command within seconds. He would not do that since he was the leader of the Dre-Seynor clan and would not kill those that did nothing harmful at him. Soon he was walking the decks of the ship in search of the captain as the ship lurched and swayed dangerously as he sent his mind searching aboard the ship for the presences of the captain.

he had found the captain but what he was going to do was undetermined yet ,this depended on the will power of the captain and his fierce rage to live</font>

  20. <font color='#810541'>OOC: Ummm... dont mean to burst your bubble Lone, but storms arn't sentient beings. They dont think and therefor cannot be driven mad by any amount of power ^-^ You need to watch what you write sometimes.

IC: Ziarch strod across the deck and motioned to the helmsman to take the ship directly through the storm. The rugged 'dragon at the wheel shook his head in a negative fashion and motioned a circle. He wanted to go around the storm. Once again Zirach shook his head and pointed at the middle of the storm. Not a hard thing to do since the black clouds had quickly taken over nearly all of the southern sky. This time the helmsman nodded his head. He looked doubtful but willing enough.

The captain turned his attention to the rigging. Dragons of all sizes either climbed or fly from mast to mast, tying down all but 1 of the mains and leaving but a single jib unfurled. Taydran had done a good job. Parhapes the boy had more soul than he had been credited with.

Ziarch turned when Incendi's voice quietly asked for "a word". The cold mask remained in place over his features, but he did allow the corner of his mouth to turn up in a polite greeting. He motioned for the female to follow as he continued his inspection of the ship. He comforted the crew as water literally seemed to jump out of the sea and aim for them.

Everything seemed in good order so when the two reached the opposite end of the ship he nodded to Incendi and waited for her to speak what she would. He was unaware of both the 'dragon circling in the sky above and Loneshadow watching from behind.</font>
