A rumbling growl shimmied its way up her trachea, as she watched the giant monster rise from a sunken place in the floor and gobble up her papers. Bastard plant... A snarl caught her lip, and pearly daggers became exposed. How dare he interrupt her socializing. And they were all seemingly writing back, too! Her temper boiled and sizzled. Had she a tail flame, it would have surged with rage and probably lit the darkening room. As the lights dimmed to near nothing, she managed to scribble another note, the last one, and chuck it on the floor where the monster had risen before and swallowed her vital info. It read " Going for a potty break, Teach. May not be back. Thanks for the comb." She could care less if anyone found it, or if it were to be trampled by the student's feet. With a smirk, she rose quietly from her seat, bulky backpack slung carelessly over one shoulder, she glanced at the crumpled paper then back towards the door. Eat that... As if she were never there to begin with, she slunk out the entry and filed into the halls, meandering in the direction of the nearest lavatory. She would still visit the Ice Cream Parlor after class would have been released, and wondered if she would catch any of the note flickers there as well. At the moment, duty called, and so, she would answer.
Linnet was also very surprised by the plant that had risen from the floor. It was a neat trick, but she could not help but be disappointed by her note being eaten. He said they could get them back later but it wouldnÂ’t do any good then. Also it seemed that Rochi might not be returning by her sudden exit. Then the lights went out. She now turned her complete attention towards the teacher. What he was talking about really caught her attention. She had only done magic with her water skills. And now she would have the chance to make fire! The complete opposite. Then she was suddenly worried about herself not being able to do it. She would be the fool of the class. But she was not one to be discouraged so easily. During his talking Linnet had taken out paper and pen and wrote now what she thought would be important to remember. One the top of her paper was; Contribution, Instruction and Activation. Then the definition that followed. Then drew out the alchemist circle. With that done she put out her right hand and relaxed her whole body, something with was used to. She loved to connect with Fromina, and had gotten good at it after a few of her old classes. She let her thoughts flow. She had wanted to put a fire in her paw but to her surprise her hand turned wet and a few drops of water fell to the ground. It was not really what she had wanted. So she wiped her paw on her side and tried again. She had made water many times before, it was time for a change. Slowing but surely she push the power down towards her paw once again and this time she felt heat. It did not burn but it was there. A small turquoise flame was in her hand. She smile at herself. Finally she was getting somewhere. She turned her two toned eyes back towards the teacher to see what they were to do next.
<span style='color:blue'>| O o C |</span> OMG! I'm so sorry! Damn classwork! This weekend will be the last time for abouta week when I'll be able to post regulary as I've got my drama exam next week as so thigns get bad at school with rehersals everywhere! Just thought I'd let you know beforehand... And this post isn't exactly brilliant :'( <span style='color:blue'> | B i C |</span> <font color=black>Ebony grumbles as she watched the plant chew up the notes before returning her focus to the front and listenning to the teacher. She then noticed the original note-thrower getting her stuff and walk out, presumably to the toilets althoguh why she was taking her bag with her, Ebony couldn't guess. Hey Rochi! Meet me, Ebony, in the Ice Cream Parlour if you don't come back She mindspoke straight to her, a trait that most females were born with. Ebony's face didn't show a single hint of this little message passing and was still looking at the Teach. He mentioned that they were going to draw power from Fromina, something which Ebony could do easily due to her Advanced Elemental Sorcery classes. She held out her right hand and peered at it, slightly shutting her eyelids. She "built the pathway" as Mr Kjetta had called it and the familiar rush of energy flowed through her veins before seeping out of her wrist and turning into an icy blue flame bracelet around it.</font>
<span style='color:purple'>"Ok now, let's see them change colors. Maybe I need a different flow.</span> Kipcha spoke to herself from her seat. Seeing Rochi leave the room made her kinda depressed. She was the fun of the show. She wasn't even invited for icecream, let alone know that anyone was invited. Pulling her attention back to her fancypants bracelets, she tilted her head left and right, as if she was trying to catch sattellite signals wih her ears. Maybe... if I concentrate more on my left arm...the colors change. Or maybe I just need more altogether. But what if I get an Overflow like Khaz said. I can burn myself or freeze my arm or something. Ughhh. Bad thoughts are bad for my diet. Just pull a little more... Kipcha thought of contracting more energy from fronima> She let it spread around her arms rather than just her wrists. They were glowing more brightly this time. But no change in color. Errr...JUST TURN RED ALREADY!!! It turned red. Oh... making more sense. So MY thoughts change it. Why didn't I think of that before?...I'm an airhead. She began to call out random colors not even caring that anyone would think she was a fool. <span style='color:yellow'>Yellow...<span style='color:green'>Green...<span style='color:red'>Red...<span style='color:blue'>Blue...<span style='color:orange'>Orange...<span style='color:gray'>Plaid...</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style='color:purple'>Gold..., Macaroni and Cheese.... YAY! This is fun! Wait, I said that out loud.</span> Kipcha shifted her head left, right, and back again. She still couldn't see anyone's face, but she felt eyes staring at her. <span style='color:purple'>Heh heh, sorry.</span>
