Portae Minuses

Description

First Impressions
The first thing that you might notice from Portae is probably his two sets of bat wings and two flared tails, being like that from birth has made him numb to all the stares and comments. With a strong and tall body but covered with scars from his past, he strikes an intimidating figure. Being a fan of the arts, he decided to adorn his torso and the first of his wings. His silverish blue fur contrasts wonderfully with the black ink of his tattoos.

His daily attire would not something that would turn any heads, he opted to go more practical than stylish. Due to him spending more time inside his workshop rather than out, he always have his work apron on, some boots and baggy jeans. This does not mean he has no sense of style however, out on his expeditions, you would find him all manner of clothing from rugged and heavy jackets made for snowy peaks to intricately adorned silks or formalware when he decides to venture to sophisticated areas.

A Day in A life
After a very exciting and slightly deadly adolescence, Portae now tries his best to live a much more simple and mundane life, though this doesn't always work out. Usually you can him in his workshop, working on an order or a passion project. He has built himself a pretty good reputation as an artist in the outer rim of Myokosha. He lives a pretty simple life with the only luxury he allows himself would be the occasional fancy meal every now and again, otherwise he mostly spends most of his hard earned Khasi on his home, food, materials for his pieces, and equipment for his expaditions. Oh, and he goes on expeditions every other week. Old habits die hard I suppose.

A Few Word
After a few word with him, you would find that his personality is a complete contrast to his appearance. Friendly, almost jovial, in nature, the man can strike up a friendly conversation with almost everyone. Tries to lighten up the mood even in the most dire of situations, even though it might not work most of the time. He is somewhat a pacifist, trying to extinguish a heated confrontation before fighting off anyone who would throw the first punch.

Don't take his kind and jovial nature as him being naive, being hunted down by some unsavory characters he made enemies with during his youth has caused him to be hyper vigilant and cautious towards his surroundings, almost to the point of paranoia. Wouldn't be a rare occurance if he jumped mid conversation to the sound of breaking glass.
