~Timestamp~ Quarter: Tria Day: 13th Year: 81378 Futuria darted quickly into the shadows of the forest, breathing heavily, her brilliant green optics darting from side to side, watching for movement. Satisfied there was none about, she ventured deeper into the Gyakusatsu Forests, but her pace was slower, more relaxed. She walked on for.. probably an hour or so, before chancing upon a moonlit clearing. She longed to leap out and dance in the moonlight, but she knew better. All these years dwelling in or near the wilderness had taught her a couple of things. The red-brown femme inched to the edge of the clearing and looked about. It didn't seem like anybody was about. Even so, she waited a little while before stepping cautiously into the silvery light of the moon, shaking her golden locks out of the loose ponytail she had pulled her tresses into. Her hair shone almost silver in the moonlight.
Voltan was walking at a slow pace, following the sent of a fellow 'dragon. He was getting hungry, and hoped she had food. As he was walking, he looked around at the scenery. The tall trees that loomed above about twenty-five feet high. Branches being sprouted from every direction, dead trees lying about, wild flowers growing. He pushed a bush aside, and came to a lake. He looked at his reflection. He saw his markings, and still wonder's how he got them on his face. Was it a gift, or was it a curse. He shrugged at the thought and kneeled to get a drink. He cupped the water in his hand and sipped it down. About an hour later he finally saw the other 'dragon. He peered at her red-brown pelt, and how it seemed to lightly glow in the moonlight. As he was walking closer, he stepped on a log, and slipped. He fell and knocked his head against a tree and made a loud crash as the tree started to crack. "Uhh...Hey..." said Voltan as the tree collapsed, and fell behind him.
The femme was startled by the falling of the tree, and spun around. "Who are you, where did you come from?" she whispered, taking a step back, just in case the newcomer was hostile. She couldn't be too cautious. But then again, you couln't say Futuria wasn't curious. She took two steps forward, before stepping backwards once. Again. Out of Character

Darn the short post. Forgive me. ^^;

Out of Character

Mine arnt that long ether

"Me? IÂ’m Voltan, and I came from...well I donÂ’t exactly know my mother so...I am not sure." said Voltan, smiling. He stood up and brushed his dark green fur. "So why you out here anyway? Oh yeah, got any food?!?" asked Voltan as his stomach growled in hunger. He smelt a deer nearby, and was going to go after it, but waited for the female to respond to his question. "Oh yeah, whatÂ’s yer name?" asked Voltan curiously.
The she-'dragon hesitated a moment before she answered. “Futuria Aves," she said, simply. “No, I have no food with me at the moment, but there’s plenty to hunt here." She motioned to the shadows with black-stained fingers. “Plenty of night creatures lurking about, mostly herbivores anyway, so they pose no threat to either of us."
"A shame...I could really use a fight," said Voltan as he stalked off towards the shadow. He saw, it was a deer-like animal, only about four times bigger, almost as big as them. He took a step back and thought of a sword. His machina weapon suddenly unclamped from his arm and shot up into mid air. He snatched it out of the air with his right arm and was ready to kill the creature. He lunged for the neck, with the sword aiming downwards. He slammed it down, peircing the creatures neck. It struggled for about a minute as Voltan held on, but then it dropped dead. "Get a fire started, ill skin the creature and we can feast!" said Voltan happily.
The femme grinned. "We?" she asked. "Do you possibly mean me and you dining together? Are you pulling my leg?" She looked a little surprised. Even so, she turned to pick up some firewood.
"Yes, dining together, and pulling your leg, well does it look like I am?" said Voltan as he started to cut off the skin of the deerish animal. He kept on going, and soon most of the skin but its head was gone. "You wanna keep the skull? The eyes too? Brain even? Its suppose to be good." said Voltan as he smiled, licking his lips as he thought about eating the brain. He got rid of all the bones, and set the meat in a pile. He held the head in his hands, and just stared at it. "So hows the fire?" said Voltan, looking up at Futuria.
A grin crept across the pendragon's face. "I might keep the skull, yes," she laughed, lighting the fire. "But I don't think I'll take the eyes or the brain." She dusted off her hands, and glanced at Voltan. "It should be about half an hour before it's hot enough to cook anything."
"A half hour?!? Well then what should we talk about?" asked Voltan while he was thinking of a fireball spell. Maybe he could make it small enough to boost the heat from the fire. He thought, spell after spell, as he dazed into the fire. Then he smiled and picked up the skull, popped out the eyes and went in and took out the brain. He threw the brain behind him a few feet, and kept the eye's and put them on the skin. "I know!" Where are you from anyhow? And how come you ended up out here?" asked Voltan as he glanced from the fire back up to Futuria.
She turned, watching the flickering light of the fire dance upon the dark trunks of the trees. "Around," she replied simply. "I just happened to wander around a little and chanced upon this certain spot.." She suddenly twisted around to face Voltan. "What about you?" she inquired. "Where did you come from and how did you end up here?"
"Thats a good question. I came from...Well I dont remmember, I was fighting my way through a swamp, and then I flew off to do something else. I came here, for the night and food." answered Voltan as he smiled. He finally thought of the fireball spell and thought of a tiny one. He pointed his right finger at the fireplace and just thought of a small fireball. It launched from his finger into the fireplace and doubled the size of the fire. He grabed a small pointed stick as he pointed his right finger at the stick and thought of fire resistance. A purpleish blue beam came from his hand and lit the stick with a purple color. Then he stabbed all of his food with it and set it above the fire and used his mind to levitate it. "So do you have anywhere to sleep?" asked Voltan as he licked his lips to eating the delicious food.
Out of Character

Sorry, I forgot all about this thread ^^;

The female smiled, and nodded. "Perhaps.. it just depends whether I have enough time to get back there tonight.." She picked up a thin twig from the ground, twirling it idly between her long, ebon' tipped fingers. "What about you?"
