Name: Jarman Zig Age: 25 00 Quarter: Tria Day: 15 Year: 81377 (3) Jarman looked around him with his perpetual smile in place. This place fascinated him. It posed so many question and yet there were no answers. There was also no one to pose the questions to. Well, no one he could see. He moved among the rubble, pausing here and there to look at something that caught his eye. His grin never once wavered or slipped. His eyes never showed anything but amusement.

: IC : The grey-pelted female quietly and cautiously made her way around the Machina Ruins, looking for something that may possibly be a good addition to her current weapon store at home. She could easily copy the idea of a heavy weapon and recreate it so that it was lightweight and portable. She was an Assassin, and that occupation required lightweight, portable, and inconspicuous weapons. After a few hours of fruitless searching in the Ruins, Dani forced herself to quit looking for "upgrades", as she liked to call it. However, just as she made to leave, she spotted another pendragon and quietly headed over to him. Once she was right behind him she greeted in a perfectly cheery voice, "Hello!" (((EDIT: Realized I made a mistake when I typed something.)))

Incendi was lounging in the sun on top of a fallen wall, Miska coiled up beside her. Miska definately liked the warmer climes better than the cold ones that Incendi usually favored but she liked th occasional sun bath too. she was feeling extraordinarily pleased with herself, so much so that she decided she would find a sucker. A nice wandering niotie would do, they got into trouble by themselves, she would hardly make a difference. She stood up, shaking her light aquamarine pelt free of sand and pricked her ears. A voice. She would have to investigate. She padded along and glanced at her new quarry. A young female and male. This would be great sport. Or if they were of average intelligence she would settle on amusing herself. It had been a short while since her last job and she was already getting the urge to hunt down others. This bit of sport should apease her slightly. She padded forward and announced herself in a way too cheery grin. "Why hello there little ones! Marvelous game er day isn't it?" Incendi had found that loud and cheery worked just as well as quiet and sullen sometimes. She decided to test her theory here.
He stiffened slightly, hearing the voice so close behind him. He turned his head, green eyes roaming over the female behind him. He turned around, still grinning. And in a voice just as cheery as hers, replied. "Hello." He looked toward the other new comer. His eyebrow quirked at her slip of tongue, though he didn't comment as he answered. "Yes, it's a marvelous day." He looked around him, then back to the other two. "I did not pay much attention in class. Can you tell me what happened here? I cannot seem to figure it out just by looking around."
Incendi tilted her head and glanced around. She gave a small shrug. "Ancient city thrived, then died. Not much else to it i guess. So... how would you like to play a game with me. Its an odd game from my home but very fun, i assure you." Her eyes twinkled, to her it was a very fun game. to other participants however.... it all depended on how they could react. she tried to keep her toothy grin as friendly as possible and not as frightening as it probably was.
OoC:Gah! this is gunna suck... IC: He looked at Incendi and smiled, his green eyes watching her. "If you'll tell me the rules, I might." He sat, waiting for her to explain the rules. His eyes kept flicking up at the sky.
"Well... It's against the rules to say the rules, so by telling you this i'm already breaking one rule for you. i can't tell you the rules exactly but i can tell you what the game is about." she gave her sweetest grin. "You look bright enough and strong enough. you should do fine. i'll bet you exceed the average life expectan.. um round time."
"The average life expectancy, right? So, what is that? Two, three minutes?" He raised his eyebrows, his tail twitching ever so slightly. "And you said earlier that it's a fun game. Fun for you? Or fun for the, what would you call it? A victim?"
Incendi grinned, perhaps he would be a challeg\nge after all. "My but you are bright. Of course the game is fun for me, as for the victem" she shrugged, "it all depends on their personality. But i geuss i can tell you more about the game now. Tis very simple, an assassin's game. I try to kill you, you try to stay alive." Incendi grinned again, eyes glittering.

: IC : Dani smiled at the male who had not bothered to introduce himself (and since he didn't, she didn't). Of course, she was aware of that. But it really did not bother her - at least momentarily. Sooner or later, when she found herself having to call him but then realizing she had no idea what his name was, she would be annoyed. Another female pendragon joined them quickly, and Dani couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the pendragon's choice of words. "Marvelous day, perhaps... But game, you say?" The other female pendragon explained what she meant soon enough. And the only thing that came to Dani's mind was: Oh shit. Sure, she was an Assassin... But this one was certainly going to be much better than she. Dani would not have been surprised if the female were a Master Assassin. Nevertheless, both Dani and the male were doomed. Perhaps Dani's speed would save her. Only time would tell. But she paused, not wanting to run off right away. Oh, of all the days she could have chosen not to bring her weapons along... (((EDIT: Forgot to enter the table code.)))

Incendi grinned stretching as she eyed the other two. Oh she would have fun today. Infact she would probably have more fun if they had a head start running, this place would provide a wonderful game of cat and mouse... "Tell you what, I'm feeling rather sporty today, I'll give you both a ten second head start, give or take a few seconds depending on how patient i am. i'll even give you this time to get ready." She pulled out a small dagger, picking at under her claws with it as she sat down on her haunches. after a minute she looked up and placed the dagger back into her pack. "Ready yet? Well too bad. One... Two... Three... Four..." Incendi continued to count.
Jarman rolled his eyes as he started off into the ruins. He was well aware of how to play this game, having been the one to be picked on most at school. He was adept at escaping from numerous situations. Having to escape from an assassin was not something new to him. Once out of sight of Incendi, he crept along, trying to think of a way to best the assassin at her own game.
Ace, A large dark purple pendragon with black wings, was flying above the ruins. He was collecting interesting things and such. Suddenly he saw a person creeping along. Ace then flew down to say hi. "hey how ya doing?" Ace questioned then immediatly followed it up with "my name is Ace Drakon, but you can call me Ace." Ace Smiled" and why are you creeping around these ruins?" OOC:] Ace is actualy very smart, but has no people skills...NONE.
Jarman refrained from heaving a sigh, hoping the assassin didn't notice the 'dragon. He smiled indugently at the newest 'dragon. "Hello, Ace. My name is Jarman Zig." He leaned in toward Ace and said in a whisper. "I'm hiding from an assassin bent to catch and kill me." He winked. "Trying to give her a hard time, while I'm at it."
::Ace frowns:: killed! thats not nice! :: he thinks for a second.:: what do you suggest we do?
He smiled and shrugged, "Avoid her at all costs." OoC: She's not going to be here for five days... she's going on a field trip... so, yeah, we're on our own till she gets back... That ok?
ooc:(mur evil things.... schools are evil burn them all! MWUHAHAHAHA*coughhackdie* sorry bout the wait) ic: Incendi watched as the newest participant to her game, wether he knew it or not, landed. He was conversing with someone, which meant that if she was careful, she could kill two birds with one stone. inceni cracked a smile as she stalked forward, perhaps she would play with them a bit first... she crouched down behind some wreckage close enough to hear their conversation. then she concentrated, keeping the flames sprouting at her feet small and controlled as they snaked around the rubble and towards her two targets.

: IC :As the older female Assassin started the count, Dani followed after the rather stupid male pendragon, mainly because she was out of ideas. But she did not resort to creeping on her belly; doing that would just slow her down when she found she needed to run. She started tiring of following the male for the few seconds that she had and let out a sigh, intent on suggesting that they both start running instead of crawling. But at that moment, a winged pendragon swooped down on them both, and Dani, thinking he, too, was an Assassin, snarled. The winged pendragon struck up a conversation, and it was from there that Dani learnt of the two males' names. But this really was not the time to talk, and Dani wondered why Jarman - in Dani's mind truly an idiot - had even bothered telling the other details. This was a waste of time. Dani turned to leave the two males to their own business; if they wanted to be assassinated then so be it. She took a step forward and stiffened noticeably as she felt something - or perhaps it was someone (one guess as to who it was!) - sneak up behind her and the chatting males. Was it waiting to pounce? Probably. "Run, you idiots!" Dani shouted and shoved Jarman and Ace in the direction where the other female Assassin was not located, and started running, slowly at first to let the two males catch up, and then moving much more quickly. Dani was small and fast.

Jarman's head shot up a second before the female shouted. He let out a low growl, as he started running, not knowing if Ace was following... Ace probably had been the one to give away his location, flying down like that, but it really wasn't his fault, he didn't know what was happening. He ran, following the female, who was slightly ahead of him, and gaining ground.
