1. Lanky figure wound through the darkness of the surrounding land. Nimble toes wandered over the spongy ground, littered with decaying leaves. Long, slender tail swayed slightly with the motion of Vlad's pace, normally orange flame flickering like a beacon in the falling night. His expression was lacking as large, brown eyes wandered the expanse before him. Thoughts wandered faintly through his mind as the silence of the world caved in upon him.
Trees swayed with a breeze that was harsher higher up, but it hardly impacted the male. He was the size of a whippit dog; a creature like a greyhound, but almost half the size. Leathery wings were carefully folded in as he kept at his wandering. Freakishly large ears were canted forward, exceptional hearing trademark to his family's genetics. Messy, ebon bangs fell into his wide eyes a bit, but he had grown used to him, so vision remained unimpared.

2. A large, brightly coloured figure crept silently after Vlad at an equal pace. Clearly, a femme. Bright powder violet appendages ruffled with the cold wind. With every step, she seemed to draw nearer to him - but because of her pace equal to his, she remained at quite a far distance, one that never changed. Her head was held low as each shoulder blade raised and lowered with her monotone steps.

3. Day: 6
Month: Mia (Winter)
Year: Year 2

Fell Naru:

The Fallen breed crept foward, kneeling instead of walking on all fours as it was easier from one such as large as her. Ebony colored fur covered the pendragon from head to tail, with an ice blue and violet tippings. No wings or weapons came from her, only her claws, which were long and thick. She lerked towards the sides of them, somewhat off in the distance, enabling her to see them both. Her main goal however, was to seek the male.

4. Large and slender femme glanced to her side, noticing the other pendragon. She had been seen for sure by now - but continued following Vlad.

5. Large ears folded backward, picking up on the beings that were. A rushing breeze carried the scent of two females to his odd nostrils. He didn't change his pace, however, nor anything else about his actions. Only his ears.

For a while, he kept walking normally. Tthen, quick as a flash, he darted away, leaving hardly a trace. Only a few falling leaves gave the secret of where he had vanished to, up a tree. The only question was, which tree?

Vlad naturally slipped into stealth mode, the flame of his tail having rushed to a black that could not be noticed. Creeping through the branches with all the skill of a spy, skill his family had taught him, he sought out to place enormous eyes upon she who had followed directly behind. Small form was hard to pick out from the tangle of foliage and branches in comparison to the other two he had yet to face.

6. Fell's eyes watched the leaves as they well, she couldn't pinpoint where the leaves had fallen. But knowing about animal instincts and such, she had a random idea. Slowly she crept to where he was last seen with her own moonlight eyes, and sure enough, his scent touched her nostrils. Only now to find where he really was hiding....

7. Silent eyes wander around the scenery, observing. A rustling of leaves, a Rheyant is spotted. The young Femme leaps and catches her prey. Unforgiving teeth sink into the young, still warm skin.
Reyhant, she thought, A delectable dish ...
Sofia, now satiated, sits down pondering as she cleans her blood stained paw.
Why am I here?, she wonders, There is nothing left for me here, in Manik.
She had come her for buissness but had found her future employer to be - dead. This had been to be Sofia's first 'real' spy job and it at all gone wrong. she couldn't return home, no, not after so many humiliations...
She had to get her mind on something else, she decided, before she went mad.
Suddenly her ears pricked as another rustling of leaves was heard. She sniffed silently an made out three individuals. Two femmes and One male she believed. Long years of learning had made her an efficient spy with keen eyesight, sharp ears and damn accurate sense of smell. She quickly climbed the nearest tree and sat to observe her surroudings. The two femmes were now clearly visible, she ducked slowly and hid behind a branch, still observing.

8. The femme paused. She heard something like a jump. Her head raised as her ears perked up, and caught a glimpse of something climb up a tree. This intrigued her. But she had only looked in time to see the figure jump to the opposite side of the tree. She decided to forget Vlad and simply follow whatever climbed up that tree. She padded towards the tree, still as quiet as ever.

9. A figure splattered with swamp mud sat on a thick branch of a tree, resting. The fatale 'dragon had found that yesterday after her short nap, she had more energy than she knew what to do with. She had wandered away from her den, and since she knew no actual home, she found herself unrestrained when she went exploring.

{ I should have avoided this swamp. Now I need more of a bath than before. } she thought to herself. Hearing a sound, she straightened up, auds erect. Her lilac orbs roved through the dark, searching for the sound's source. She pressed herself up against the trunk of the tree, trying to find as much shadow to hide herself in as possible.
{ Oh why did I have to be born with such brightly colored fur! } she thinks to herself silently. Indeed, her sky blue fur did not hide her well, even while she was half-hidden in shadow.

The femme leaped to higher branches, all the while throwing glances down towards the ground and surrounding trees. Though she was guilty of nothing, she desperately did not want to be seen. Horribly paranoid because of her past as she was, Adathiel thought that anyone who saw her would unreasonably decide that she needed to be abused. She was only 17 00 after all, and the world seemed even scarier than it had living with her prejudiced father.

10. Sofia had lost sight of one of the Femmes and was getting a little nervous. She had the strange sensation that she was being watched, that she had been spotted and some was closing on her. She glanced aprehensively, both hoping and not hoping to find the someone, at the same time. She was about to turn around when she heard a rustling. Someone was climbing a nearby tree ! She quickly turned around, almost falling of her branch. A clearly visible bright blue pendragon who didn't seem to be much older than herself was visible. Obviously not one of the other two. She bared her teeth and gave out a slow, almost noiseless yet perceptible growl. Scared of letting the others find her too she telepathed.
{ Who are you? And what are you doing hiding behind me? ! You'd better explain yourself. }

11. Adathiel turned her head, searching for the one who had spoken to her. Seeing her, she crouched against the tree branch she was on.

{ My name's Adathiel. I don't know what your problem is, but I don't need to explain myself to you. }

The lilac pendragon revealed her claws nervously, digging them into the wood underneath her paws. She couldn't take on a pendragon, she knew nothing about fighting. But the other 'dragon didn't know that, so perhaps she could bluff her way out of this.

Apparently she had stumbled upon something this femme didn't want her to know about. Well, that was fine with Adathiel. She she wasn't sure she wanted to know anyway.

12. Sofia relaxed a little. This new femme didn't seem to be too much of treath. Yet, she was scared that her birght colours might put her presence at a peril so she telepathed, as coldly as possible.
{ Alright then, Adathiel, I will not harm you. That is - if you be gone right away. I do not wish to be seen, is that clear? Please do be silent as you leave, I do not want to attract any attention to myself. }
She was about to turn back to see if she could spot the other three, when, suddenly, her back feet lost their grip and she just about managed to save herself from a fall. Her location, however, was no longer a secret. She quickly got back to her branch, a proud 'I did that on purpose' look. Yet, though she bore a smile, she was far from happy with her self.
DARN ! you are SUCH an idiot !!!
She turned around to see if Adathiel was still there and wehter she had seen her almost. If she spotted any trace of a smirk of a laugh, she would kill her. Well maybe not kill - but make sure she wouldn'tfeel like mocking her anymore.

13. Adathiel looked at Sofia with wide eyes, but nodded.
{ Very well. I was about to leave anyway, I was just resting. }
She leapt farther up the tree silently. The femme was so small and light she didn't quiver a branch in the least. She looked back once again, and quashed a laugh when she saw the other 'dragon slip. She was pretty certain she hadn't done it on purpose, as her features suggested. Sofia was so uptight about not letting on her position, it seemed hypocritical that she would do such a thing. Of course, Adathiel didn't want to make her even madder, so she made not a sound.
She jumped from a high branch and fanned her wings out, flying farther away from the commotion. She soon found herself in the opposite end of the swamp. To get home she'd have to go back eventually, but for now she could wait in the swamp trees for the area to quiet down a bit.
{ Why does it always seem like I'm the one in the way? } she sighs to herself silently, feeling slightly depressed and even a little lonely. The brief brushes she'd had with society had left her craving for more, despite her reservations.

14. From the bottom of the tree, Eve managed to pick up some of the thought-speak conversation. Apparently, two strangers encountering one another accidentally. She sighed and decided to climb the tree herself. In one nimble jump, she landed on a low, thick branch. Her grip had almost gave in and if it wasn't for her claws digging into the wood, she would have most likely fallen to the ground. She chuckled to herself nervously, feeling her heart beating within her, her erect form smothered on the branch, her arms gripped around it and her tail swirled along the entire length of the wood. Not to mention even her wings had opened and held her firmly to the tree. She caught her breath from her startling experience and rose. She sat, relaxed, eventually lounging with her back against the tree as she could only watch the two pendragons walking away from eachother far away.

15. The shadow, Vlad, kept utterly silent, picking up on disturbances that were now far below as he continued to climb up. There were getting to be too many others for him, so he kept what he could of himself a secret. Unheard, unseen, unknown. Not even his mind was open for detection.
Continuing to transverse the trees, the male glanced back to his last ground location and spied far below the female who crept upon duo legs. Slant of the head indicated curiousity of her and her posture, though the gesture was lost in darkness. Ears, almost the size of Vlad's own head, were fixated upon she that was still far below.

16. As Eve relaxed, she began closing her eyes. It was the middle of the night, and she obviously was pretty weary of travelling. But she sensed something, and remembered the male she had been following earlier. She jumped off the tree, and landed as quietly and with the skill of a cat. She closed her eyes, and uttered aword in a quiet voice.."Ellonemusa...," and all around her, her fur seemed to glow a turquoise aura. This gave the forest a frightening feel to it, the tree's shadows that crept along the ground. Yet Eve could never make it to the umbra, for she was the source of this lone light in the darkness. This gave her a feeling of safety, even though she was a good warrior. She still hadn't seen Vlad, for she wasn't looking out for anyone - she wanted a place to stay the night.

17. Sofia thought she had noticed an incipient smile on Adathiel's face as she left but it was too late to go after her now. And, anyway, Sofia had already regained most of her pride and was thinking about the consequences of her 'slip'. She was about to climb higher, in the hope to have a better vison of things, but froze a the bark of the tree she was on shone a faint blue glow. Baffled, she decided to follow the strenghting glow, still hidden, gracefully jumping from a branch to the other. She finally arrived above the source, one of the two Femme's she had seen before. She wondered what the nature of the glow was. Healing? Protection?

18. Eve's vision was improved with the light. Around her, she saw lots of potential places to sleep in - caves, burrows, hollow trees and bunched up dry leaves. But none of them were very appealing. She grew frustrated, but then she found a perfect looking cave. It was uninhabited and surrounded by rocks. She slipped inside and realized her fortune. Autumn leaves had blown in from the frigid winds and as they slowly decomposed, that fresh autumn scent was conserved all inside of the cave. These abundent leaves lined the entire floor of the cave, untouched. Eve slowly let herself collapse into the leaves and decided that this would be her permanent dwelling. She pushed a rock at the entrance of her cave to prevent too much cold air from coming in and warm air from escaping. As her eyes fluttered closed and her weary body molded a form into the leaves, she said, "Kauta ellonemusemd," and fell asleep.
